The Sankara Resort & Spa

El personal del Restaurante es excelente, como la comida. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad. Yo contraté por Hotels.com pagar en destino y una semana antes del arribo me escribieron muchísimas veces pidiendo que abone el 50% y pidiéndome datos personales. Eso no me gustó en absoluto y Hotels.com lo solucionó. Enviamos al lavadero ropa y un pantalón me lo achicaron muchísimo y simplemente lo volvieron a lavar, pero nadie se hizo cargo de eso. Realmente no sé si volvería. El hotel está a 10 minutos del centro, pero no es zona comercial. Igualmente hay un transfer que nos dejaba cerca del centro.

Amazing staff, villas with pool was perfect

It was a great experience at Sankara Resort. Everything was so clean and staff were friendly and very helpful. Ambience was very beautiful and peaceful. Surroundings was very romantic and calm, I have no complain with this resort or the staff. I have tried food at their restaurant and the fruits were so sweet and coconut water was worth of having. one of the staff member helped us for capturing photos, and making our stay more memorable . I am already missing everything from this resort. Thank you sankara resort and the team for making our holiday so memorable.

The construction happening next door is very noisy and should be made clear to guests before they book. There was compensation of a free drink for the loud noise but that is not really adequate. We would have stayed somewhere else if we knew it would be that noisy. We did also complain about the price of the laundry and the shuttle bus leaving 25 minutes late from Ubud centre, and we did receive a free massage in compensation, but I don’t think I would stay here again.
