we loved the property, clean , well maintained, housekeeping was great , the veiws off the balcony was just amazing, a lift up to the floors, made life easy.. loved it so much ... we won't look for anything else when we come back !! thank you 😊

It’s a fantastic apartment. Tidy and comfortable. Very easy to access and also very convenient to everywhere. What I want to mention is the washing and dry machine. It’s really convenient for me to wash and dry my dirty clothes. Strongly recommended!!!

This hotel was located above some shops and restaurants that were NOT noisy and Bondi Beach was across the road. It was a very secure apartment with access codes to the entrance and room. Unfortuneately there was no car park but we was offered to park in a secure car park a 3 minute drive away with an extra fee by the owner. It was expensive to park on the road side but after 10pm until 8am its free at the time of our trip. But please check the meters. We had a beautiful room with a separate en-suite and a balcony overlooking the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. Comunication with the owner was very good.

Great location, average to no service, limited parking, room is alright Great location right next to the beach and less than a couple minutes walk to Icebergs. If you're driving, parking is going to be an issue - there is off site secure parking but spots are limited, and when I tried to make a reservation for a lot, management asked me to provide my credit card details via phone call or email to secure a spot. I replied that I was unable to do so due to credit card fraud concerns, and there was no further assistance provided for alternative forms of payment (ie. via PayPal etc) even when queried. They simply didn't reply. When I had arrived on the premises and tried to request for a parking spot, I was informed that parking was full. Street parking is difficult to find if overnight. This creates some issues for parking - for guests who are driving, this may be something to keep in mind. Apartment itself is okay; clean and amenities are basic. Keep in mind this is not a hotel and the service provided reflects this.

Our stay at Bondi 38 apartments was sensational. We loved the apartment. Clean, tastefully decorated, super comfy bed. We loved the beach being across the road and everything we needed being close by. Shops, restaurants, supermarket. We enjoyed Bondi Icerbergs for daily saunas and swims in the sea baths. We really didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend Bondi 38 Apartments.

The room exceeded my expectations and was spotless with amazing views, the staff were amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, my son wants to live there :) We will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed an overnight stay at Bondi 38. What a lovely, modern, clean and well appointed apartment. Conveniently located and with a beautiful view. Customer service experience was outstanding, we will definitely stay again!

Comfortable apartment in a great location but a used coffee cup sitting on the bench and when I pulled back the bed there were several long black womens hairs etc on the pillow and sheets. Obviously they hadnt been changed. Clean other than that.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want the beach scene. Bondi Swim Club is almost directly across the street. Very clean with nice staff. The quality of the beds, bedding, kitchen amenities, towels, etc. is very good and very comfortable. Everything was clean and my apartment was serviced daily. I was happy to have laundry facilities in my room. Don't try to check in early. Your door code and room code won't work until 2, and there is no onsite staff.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want the beach scene. Bondi Swim Club is almost directly across the street. Very clean with nice staff. Property is in excellent location. We did struggle with parking at times but managed. The only reason I gave overall poor review was because the first night there we tried to use the A/C at night because we wanted to shut the doors to close out the noise outside. Unfortunately there was an Error code on the screen and wouldn’t allow for use. The management did however send someone out quickly and just reset the breaker which appeared to work at the moment. We left the room for the day and came back the afternoon to find that the AC controller didn’t have any power on the screen. The room had been serviced which was nice however, I feel that knowing the unit was having air conditioning issues it should have been checked. Unfortunately we had to spend 2 nights with the outside doors open (which was nice and cool) however the cars and noise level was ridiculous and we had 2 very uncomfortable and restless nights that we stayed at this location. Management did say they called for service but I felt they were frustrated with me for calling. Hopefully they will get the issue straightened out because when we googled the error code it stated problem with outside unit but flipping the breaker was suppose to be a quick fix I guess.

You could not get a better spot at Bondi Beach than The Bondi 38 apartments. It was short walk to the beach and the entertainment area, and just a short walk across the road to the bus stop where the 333 would take you all the way in to central Sydney for a small fee with buses every 6-10 minutes. The apartment we stayed at number 8 was unfortunately not facing the beach, but the decor and the quality of fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in booking this again and would certainly recommend it to others.

Wow, wow, wow! Great view of bondi beach. Location right across the street from Bondi! Perfect for a run, 5min walk to iceberg for swim, watch the sunrise, gelato right downstairs, excellent restaurants walkable. Apartment itself is minimally decorated, it is big, fine for our family of 4. But seriously we’re there for the view and location.

The view was amazing best views in Bondi for sure but otherwise there is certainly room for improvement. The windows are the old 1920 windows and there is noise and heat issue as the block is on a highway The aircon unit is old didn’t do the job and the apartment was uncomfortably warm throughout the day Kitchen had safety issues The block was a good 10 min uphill walk from everything. We moved elsewhere after 2 days.

We booked a one bedroom apartment with a balcony but got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with a view of Bondi Beach, the apartment was big and spacious and the upgrade was a lovely surprise, we were both shocked! The parking is literally only 2 minutes around the corner and the communication from the host was amazing! My literal only tiny complaint is that as we no longer had a balcony, you cannot open the windows in this room, so it’s not possible to get fresh air, not a big deal and I would definitely book this hotel again!

Overall the stay was amazing. It’s in a prime location and the balcony is a plus. The gelato shop down the street is amazing. The only downfall was the AC didn’t work. They did try to fix it but we were only there for two days. The first night was miserable because how warm the room was and the second night they put a fan to improve the overall night.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos. Ruhig, da nicht zur Straße heraus. Sauber, super gut ausgestattet. Alles top. Management super freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos. Ruhig, da nicht zur Straße heraus. Sauber, super gut ausgestattet. Alles top. Management super freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!

I loved the location. I liked how the manager let me in early instead of waiting until 2pm. I loved the apartment and the view. Doing the door code coming in and out sometimes can get confusing, especially if you had a few drinks but depending how long you stay, it becomes second nature. Overall the property is quiet. The one time I heard noise it was my neighbors and we ended up hanging out for little bit so it was all good. The only one thing I could say that could be fixed is when the cleaning people come in they need to be more aware if some one is showering or changing or using the bathroom regardless if the sign is on the door or not. I was showering And they walked right in. But they did walk right out when they realized. So it’s ok. But yea overall. It’s a great place to stay by far. Would stay again and recommend.

We enjoyed an overnight stay at Bondi 38. What a lovely, modern, clean and well appointed apartment. Conveniently located and with a beautiful view. Customer service experience was outstanding, we will definitely stay again!

Amazing views of the beach. Had issues with the tv but management fixed it quickly. The maintenance staff was friendly and helpful when we needed towels, washcloths, and personal items. Apartment is clean and modern. My only recommendation would be to have a mirror in each bedroom. There is only one in the bathroom and it would be helpful for getting ready.

This hotel was located above some shops and restaurants that were NOT noisy and Bondi Beach was across the road. It was a very secure apartment with access codes to the entrance and room. Unfortuneately there was no car park but we was offered to park in a secure car park a 3 minute drive away with an extra fee by the owner. It was expensive to park on the road side but after 10pm until 8am its free at the time of our trip. But please check the meters. We had a beautiful room with a separate en-suite and a balcony overlooking the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. Comunication with the owner was very good.

Great location, average to no service, limited parking, room is alright Great location right next to the beach and less than a couple minutes walk to Icebergs. If you're driving, parking is going to be an issue - there is off site secure parking but spots are limited, and when I tried to make a reservation for a lot, management asked me to provide my credit card details via phone call or email to secure a spot. I replied that I was unable to do so due to credit card fraud concerns, and there was no further assistance provided for alternative forms of payment (ie. via PayPal etc) even when queried. They simply didn't reply. When I had arrived on the premises and tried to request for a parking spot, I was informed that parking was full. Street parking is difficult to find if overnight. This creates some issues for parking - for guests who are driving, this may be something to keep in mind. Apartment itself is okay; clean and amenities are basic. Keep in mind this is not a hotel and the service provided reflects this.

Excellent property. Fantastic location. Great communication with property managers. Only issue was with door code. Sometimes it didn’t work and we were issued with a different one that also didn’t work. Just need to sort this but otherwise great.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want the beach scene. Bondi Swim Club is almost directly across the street. Very clean with nice staff. The quality of the beds, bedding, kitchen amenities, towels, etc. is very good and very comfortable. Everything was clean and my apartment was serviced daily. I was happy to have laundry facilities in my room. Don't try to check in early. Your door code and room code won't work until 2, and there is no onsite staff.

Our stay at Bondi 38 apartments was sensational. We loved the apartment. Clean, tastefully decorated, super comfy bed. We loved the beach being across the road and everything we needed being close by. Shops, restaurants, supermarket. We enjoyed Bondi Icerbergs for daily saunas and swims in the sea baths. We really didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend Bondi 38 Apartments.

You could not get a better spot at Bondi Beach than The Bondi 38 apartments. It was short walk to the beach and the entertainment area, and just a short walk across the road to the bus stop where the 333 would take you all the way in to central Sydney for a small fee with buses every 6-10 minutes. The apartment we stayed at number 8 was unfortunately not facing the beach, but the decor and the quality of fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in booking this again and would certainly recommend it to others.

Location, location, location. We were looking to be at Bondi Beach and these apartments delivered. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Within a 5 min walk were transportation, restaurants, shopping and trailheads.Roll out of bed cross the street and youre on iconic Bondi Beach

The apartment is in a fantastic position right on the beachfront in Bondi. The facilities in the apartment are all of a high standard and the large balcony is an added bonus. Highly recommended

Excellent location at Bondi beach. Very spacious unit with comfortable bed, full size kitchen and two TVs. Close to cafes, restaurants and bus stop. Please note there is no reception, it is a self check in with the code, so you can't check in early and leave your luggage at the reception. There is storage in the basement so I would suggest to communicate with the hotel, ahead of arrival to arrange luggage storage if possible. No early check in, you have to pay an extra day to be able to check in early.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, it was just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the windows are old so we could hear all of the road noise which made sleeping difficult. The heater was not working for 2 out of our 4 night stay. Communication was poor as we were told there would be a space heater in the room for night 2 but it didn't show up until day 3. I requested a rebate to compensate for this but I have yet to hear a resolution. I would not recommend staying here.
