Everything was fine at the property, no issue. Public parking is a bit hard to find, but it makes up for it by having paid private parking and the fact that the metro station is max 5 minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel is fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t return. First impressions weren’t great—after a long trip, you’d expect a smooth check-in, but good luck finding parking. The hotel has no designated parking for newly arrived guests, so you’re left either breaking the law with illegal double parking or scrambling to figure out where to leave your car. The entrance itself is hidden behind a cage-like gate, making it even more frustrating. If you opt for the paid parking (€15), finding the garage entrance is another challenge—there are no clear signs or directions. Once inside, the experience doesn’t improve much. The rooms are extremely small, more like college dorms. The photos on the booking site were misleading, using mirrors and camera angles to make the space appear larger than it actually is. Another major downside is the terrible Wi-Fi. It seems the hotel has a single 50Mbps connection for all guests, which slows to a crawl in the evenings—dropping below 1Mbps (128kbps) when everyone is online. Overall, while it might work for a short stay, the frustrating parking situation, tiny rooms, and unusable Wi-Fi make it a place I wouldn’t choose again.

Very clean and modern looking hotel with good sized rooms, which were spruced up each morning. Clean towels provided daily. Pillow range quite poor for size of the bed, and toiletries are of a poor standard with shampoo and shower gel quite cheap and the toilet roll very low quality. Attemped to purchase snacks at 11.30pm, as timings state they are available until 12am, however, staff would not serve me snacks at this time, no recommend an alternative. No access to vending machines or similar which would allow access to 24hr snacks without the need for staff. Area was very close to the metro station which is very easy to navigate towards main centre and other areas. For location and a decent nights sleep, this is a good hotel, but for a 4 star hotel, there are some elements that are lacking and this leans more towards a generic basic national hotel chain.

Sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung. Ist 6 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt aber da wir ein Auto hatten, war es für uns kein Problem. Das parken in der Unterkunft kostet 15€ pro Tag.

Walking in the property looks great. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. The bar food menu was limited to frozen foods. The rooms and upstairs hallways were dirty and not well kept. Pretty sure the photos are outdated. The carpets were stained and gross to the point where l didn’t want to take my shoes off. There was mold in the shower. The room smelled like they put car air fresheners in there to cover up other smells. The walls were dirty the bed was very uncomfortable. It was close to the metro though. We won’t stay again.

The hotel has a convenient parking and provides all the "normal" services. We did miss a make-up mirror and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The subway is closeby and that's an easy and cheap way to visit the city. However, hygiene and cleanliness could clearly be improved for a hotel boasting that many starts: no cover on the mattress - just a simple sheet, many stains in the carpet on the floor, in the shower the sealing was either shoddy workmanship or lack of cleaning.

Das Zimmer war okay, aber Badezimmer war richtig dreckig. An den Badetüchern gab es Haare von anderen Gästen. Ich dache mir an dem ersten Tag, okay das kann passieren, es ist kein Weltuntergang aber an dem zweiten Tag wieder das Selbe. Ich hoffe, das Hotel achtet in der Zukunft auf Sauberkeit. Ansonsten war es okay, liegt direkt in der Nähe von Verkehrsmitteln.

Lenzuola sporche per non parlare del materasso ingiallito, ho dovuto farmi cambiare il letto perché era vergognoso. Il riscaldamento la mattina faceva un rumore tipo martello pneumatico che mi ha svegliato. Non credo che tornerò.

utilizzano sacchi al posto delle lenzuola e non li cambiano al cambio utenza. Il sacco del mio letto era pieno di peli. Il telo doccia aveva delle macchie marroni. Le camere sono in gran parte comunicanti con una porta di accesso ed io sentivo tutto quelle che accadeva nella stanza adiacente. La colazione è esageratamente costosa rispetto ciò che ti offrono

Our first room was so small it didn’t even fit our luggage and there was black mould all around the shower base and long black hairs on the towels so we asked them to change room. They brought us to our second room, which was a little bit bigger but again the shower had black mould all around the base. So we asked them again to change rooms and they finally put us on the ninth floor, where they said all the rooms were renovated. This room was larger, cleaner and had no mould in the shower. The service at reception was very good. They accommodated us with the changing of the rooms, but this hotel is situated in a poor area, which will make me never ever want to go back to this area in Milan.

A parte un problema con la chiave elettronica, che ci ha fatto girare per tre volte su e giù per la struttura. Non ho apprezzato molto la scarsa insonorizzazionebdelle camere. Sveglia più volte durante la notte per voci sia in strada che all'interno della struttura. Per un 4 stelle speravo in qualcosa di meglio sotto questo punto di vista. Tutto il resto cmq OK

Only one thin pillow for each of us. Room was small but manageable. Staff very nice. Biggest problem: only 2 electrical outlets. Not sufficient these days. Also, location far from attractions and no restaurants close by

Très bonne situation parking gratuit et métro à proximité. Pour notre deuxième séjour nous sommes un peu déçu. Salle de bain inondée quand on prend une douche. Alarme incendie qui flash toute la nuit. Taches sur les draps bien que propres Oreillers trop ferme. Penderie design mais ceintres à + de 2m et non détachable Impossible de s’en servir !(chambre 721)

Very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable bed and room. Location is good, not close to the touristic area but easily reachable by metro line 5. Shower had no glass nor door so after taking a shower all the bathroom was wet, does not matter how careful you were. I dont know if all the bathrooms are like this.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer bestellt. Das Zimmer hatte jedoch zwei einzelne Betten, was aneinander geschobene worden ist. Das war sehr unpraktisch, da man nachts in die Kuhle gefallen ist.

The Hotel is 2 minutes away from the Metro, it takes you 10 minutes to get to the city with the Metro, so the location is perfect. The area around the Hotel is not the cleanest, but it seems to be a safe neighbourhood. The Hotel is located next to a busy street, but the windows are blocking the sound very well. We had a modern looking room, everything was clean. It was 0 degrees outside but 23 inside the room, the AC seemed to be broken. I asked an employee how to fix the solution, he only offered to remotely shut down the AC. By that the AC won't circulate anymore, but it also won't get cooler. So this wasn't a real solution, I just took my key to unlock the window (they don't have handles) and fixed the solution by myself. Not sure whether they would have given us a new room if I have asked for one. Overall a nice hotel, good location with good prices (200€ for 3 nights for 2 persons).

The Hotel is 2 minutes away from the Metro, it takes you 10 minutes to get to the city with the Metro, so the location is perfect. The area around the Hotel is not the cleanest, but it seems to be a safe neighbourhood. The Hotel is located next to a busy street, but the windows are blocking the sound very well. We had a modern looking room, everything was clean. It was 0 degrees outside but 23 inside the room, the AC seemed to be broken. I asked an employee how to fix the solution, he only offered to remotely shut down the AC. By that the AC won't circulate anymore, but it also won't get cooler. So this wasn't a real solution, I just took my key to unlock the window (they don't have handles) and fixed the solution by myself. Tutto il personale è veramente gentilissimo! Disponibili, cordiali, salutano ogni ospite che passa, sorridono… davveero un piacere stare in un ambiente così. Un particolare ringraziamento al personale della reception: hanno mostrato massimo impegno e cordialità. Quando dovrò ritornare a Milano, prima cercherò la disponibilità in questo albergo. Grazie.

O pessoal da recepção é extremamente grosso e o hotel tem uma postura hostil no tratamento com os hóspedes. Sem contar que foram desonestos comigo na cobrança de um café da manhã que foi pago como taxa extra no momento da reserva onde avisei um dia antes que não usaria, pedindo o estorno do valor que foi negado. E ainda sobre este mesmo café da manhã, serviram frios com gosto de estragado e pães duros. Além do mais, falando sobre os quartos, o kit de higiene é horrível, as toalhas pequenas e o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando. A localização do hotel não é das melhores. Ou seja, péssima experiência. NUNCA MAIS.

Excellent hotel. It is located near the metro station. Lots of transportation around. Not too far from the city attractions. Rooms are very nice, specious and comfortable. Staffing is very helpful and kind. Nice facilities. Price is very affordable. Highly recommended. Only one thing negative. Not too many restaurants or supermarket around.

The hotel was new and very clean, the room was comfortable and well furnished. Nearby the hotel there is a shopping center with several restaurants, It is less then five minutes by walking from the hotel. At night there is not much people around, so you need a car or a cab. I was visiting my son who lives nearby so for me was easier. The subway to reach downtow is not far from the hotel (10 min. walking, then some 25 five min. to Duomo)The ratio price/comfort was excellent for that day.

Hotel bem aconchegante, em bairro tranquilo e com ótimo preço. Quarto com instalações novas e equipe atenciosa. Limpeza impecável. Fica um pouco distante do centro mas tem metrô a uma quadra do hotel. Gostei muito de ficar neste hotel, altamente recomendável.

Pros: lovely helpful staff, close to workplace. Cons: no restaurant, no gym, no TV or drinking water in the room (only minibar) Flashing light in the room all night - difficult to sleep!, no light in the public female toilets, everything is pay upfront (can’t even charge breakfast to the room)

The hotel does not live up the standards of being a four-star hotel. The room was very cramped and extremely dusty. There was also a lot of noise coming from the hallway, you could here the cleaning staff talking to each other. When the luggage cart were being dragged across the floor, it sounded like we were living underneath a subway. When taking a shower, water gets all over the bathroom and there is no floor squeegee available. A smoke alarm sat above the bed that flashed up the entire room at nights The door to the room was broken; the handle was loose and it was not possible to lock the door. On the last day, we also discovered the duvet inside the duvet cover were completely brown of the dirt. I took some wet paper and rubbed it against the duvet and the paper turned brown. It was disgusting to know that we have been sleeping with a dirty duvet. The food at the hotel is very little and the quality felt like food that had simply been heated in a microwave The only good was the staff's attitude but apart from that, there was not much positive to say. The hotel could have been a four-star hotel if they improved the cleaning standards, had better soundproofing in the room, repaired the doors, provided fresher and cleaner duvets. Better quality on the food because I have never seen such a bad hotel food before. The Hotel is also located in a very dirty area with garbage thrown everywhere which makes the hotel look even worse.
