Château du Bost - Teritoria

Our stay at Château de Bost was excellent. Were we to go again, which we almost certainly will, I would ask for a room on the first floor. Our room, on the second floor, was full of old-world charm, but there were a lot of stairs. What really makes Château de Bost stand out was the exceptional meal. We opted for the five-course tasting menu, rather than the eight course alternative. Each course was superbly conceived and executed. The beef in particular was amazing. We took the two-glass sommelier’s choice, and were delighted with what arrived. The service in the dining room, both at dinner, and breakfast next day, was impeccable. The emphasis is clearly towards dining, so you will not find a bar area at Château de Bost. We took our pre-dinner wine at the table, having had a short walk around the beautifully calm garden, with views through the trees over Vichy. If you are looking for a special place to stay, where you can sample the direction in which modern French gastronomy is developing, then Château de Bost is the place for you

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce bel endroit . Dommage que la climatisation se soit arrêtée en pleine nuit durant ces journées et nuits ultra chaudes. Le petit déjeuner était juste parfait et varié. Nous avons été conseillés pour le dîner car ce soir là, le restaurant était complet (mariage ). Merci

Très bon hôtel, avec du personnel au petit soin. Cet établissement mériterait une 4e étoile.

Lit peu confortable (a priori un problème de cadre de lit rafistolé)
