Wonderful stay. We loved our room, the bathroom was huge and the bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant is very reasonably priced considering how nice the hotel is. You can be shuttled around the resort and down to Kamala easily. Sunsets from the rooftop’s restaurant are phenomenal!

Beautiful small resort built in Thai style with amazing views. Good facilities, although a 5 minute ride to the nearest town (shuttle provided). The Thai Grand Pool Villa was incredible - spacious, private with a good sized private infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spa facilities.

Very beautiful property and very attentive and helpful staffs. There is nothing in walking distance. We took a day trip to the islands and one day in patong. As a 5 star luxury hotel, I think several details need to be improved. Towels thicker and not as worn, better gym facility (gym not usable), lounge chairs in better condition; a small gift shop for necessities such as sun block and ibuprofen especially there is nothing nearby. One recommendation for future travelers, book rooms with swimming pool attached. There is only one not too big common pool by the breakfast area. The restaurant is great with wonderful breakfast.

Property was very quiet location and Natural seaview room with spa was very private. Enjoyed pool area and billiards area. Pickleball was also fun. Staff very helpful and polite. Cleaning staff very good. Can use resort shuttle to cafes otherwise need transport. Great place to relax

Lack of information at the property is a problem, the staff are nice but there’s no information packs in the room, you have to communicate through WhatsApp all the time. Found it disappointing. Our poor was green and slimy for the first day 2nd day pool man came and poured huge amounts of chemicals into it it put us off swimming in it! I wouldn’t stay here again.

Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa is a very good place to relax. The spa in the resort is amazing with a highly professional therapists. I also enjoyed a very good breakfast. Shuttle to Kamala beach always was ontime, drivers did their job very well. All staff of the resort is very polite and friendly.

We spent two nights in the Grand Pool Villa Ocean View room. There is no real ocean view; three giant trees block the view. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that there were no Grand Pool Villa available rooms. It wasn't delightful due to the high cost of each night. In addition, the pool is very low maintenance. The tiles in the pools were broken in a lot of places so it felt like stepping on little rocks. The pictures in the app are not like reality. The villa is big but the TV is old and not high quality. breakfast was very good. overall we are very disappointed and we will not back to this hotel.

The room is big but old and can be cleaner. The breakfast was not good at all and they forgot to bring my husbands breakfast plate that he ordered after waiting for almost 45 minutes. My husband and I waited for 20 minutes after checking out without anyone telling us we were fine and checked out. On top of that we waiting for another 15 minutes for our taxi and guests that came after us got their cabs before us. Im pretty sure we missed our flight thanks to the front desk staff! We should have stayed at Cape Sienna. All of this literally happened in less than 24 hours. I’m so glad we didn’t stay here for 2 weeks.

The staff/dining/spa and room were incredible. But the property itself is starting to look a bit dilapidated. Areas that need cleaning or maintenance but more in the general upkeep sort of way. It may very well look like this just from being in such a tropical location. But our room was top notch for cleanliness and amenities

This was a very nice resort. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, attended to with details for our comfort. All requests met within a timely manner. Shout out to our drivers Park and Kit who always made sure we were safe and sound and our drop off and pickups were well timed. This was a great experience.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück am infinity Pool genial. Der mix aus A la Card Menu und Buffet war super. Es ist sehr sauber. Das Bett und die Kissen sind definitiv 5 Star. Ein Shuttle bring einen zum Kamala Beach. Sehr passendes Preis Leistungsniveau Verhältnis. Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man ein Problem hat. Immer wieder gern.

Great hotel for travellers looking for a serene and peaceful getaway. Spacious rooms, amazing spa, and good food options. The staff at the hotel were the highlight of my trip--everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and friendly. Housekeeping could be more thorough and attentive--dead bugs and lizard droppings that appeared after my first night remained in the room even after housekeeping visited. A relaxing and memorable stay overall, thank you :)

The staff was very kind and had great service and amenities. The rooms were extremely clean and beautifully kept. They provided quick room services and fantastic house keeping. The food in the resort was pretty good for the most part. The only downside was how the resort was structured. It was a hike to get to and from the lobby to call rides. It was also a struggle to adjust the temperature in the rooms so we were pretty much freezing most of the time.

도마뱀 많다는 후기 봤는데 생각보다 도마뱀 없었었다 한마리정도 본듯. 직원들은 친절하고, 오래된 숙소같은데 관리가 잘 된것처럼 느꼈음. 숙소앞 인피니티풀과 바다전망이 좋았다. 인스타용임. 단점은 숙소가는 길이 꼬불꼬불거려 빠통놀러갈때랑 호핑투어갈때 차탈때 멀미날꺼 같음. 자주 밖에 돌아다닐꺼면 다른데가 좋을수도 침대가 조금,딱딱한편

Although the property was in a beautiful location I wouldn't rate this property 5 stars. I could hear my neighbors conversation through the walls. The power went out multiple times. The TV was not useful. The bathtub malfunctioned numerous times. My room service order was provided with no utensils. I was interrupted by staff on numerous occasions when attempting to sleep. I was not provided my advertised discount for food and beverage for being a one key gold member. The male staff was not friendly only the female staff seemed to welcome me. One of the nights someone was trying to open my door while sleeping and it scared the crap out of me because I'm a solo traveler. Upon check in/out I felt rushed. Also, the food was very mediocre. I also found that the air-conditioning was not acceptable for the temperatures and the bathroom area never cooled down at all it felt like a constant sauna in there. Although the property was in a beautiful location I wouldn't rate this property 5 stars. I could hear my neighbors conversation through the walls. The power went out multiple times. The TV was not useful. The bathtub malfunctioned numerous times. My room service order was provided with no utensils. I was interrupted by staff on numerous occasions when attempting to sleep. I was not provided my advertised discount for food and beverage for being a one key gold member. The male staff was not friendly only the female staff seemed to welcome me. One of the nights someone was trying to open my door while sleeping and it scared the crap out of me because I'm a solo traveler. Upon check in/out I felt rushed. Also, the food was very mediocre. I also found that the air-conditioning was not acceptable for the temperatures and the bathroom area never cooled down at all it felt like a constant sauna in there. I wouldn't stay at this location in the future.

Beautiful small resort built in Thai style with amazing views. Good facilities, although a 5 minute ride to the nearest town (shuttle provided). The Thai Grand Pool Villa was incredible - spacious, private with a good sized private infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spa facilities.

The bed and pillows were so bad I had to ask for cushion on the bed and new pillows. It is hard to get around the property unless you get the driver every time you come and go so keep that in mind. The staff was very quick to try to remedy anything necessary and room service was quick!

I absolutely Loved the property and staff! I received a complimentary upgtade. My room was enormous and included ab infinity swim-up pool. I loved the VIP service provided. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We will certainly be back!

We spent two nights in the Grand Pool Villa Ocean View room. There is no real ocean view; three giant trees block the view. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that there were no Grand Pool Villa available rooms. It wasn't delightful due to the high cost of each night. In addition, the pool is very low maintenance. The tiles in the pools were broken in a lot of places so it felt like stepping on little rocks. The pictures in the app are not like reality. The villa is big but the TV is old and not high quality. breakfast was very good. overall we are very disappointed and we will not back to this hotel.

The room is big but old and can be cleaner. The breakfast was not good at all and they forgot to bring my husbands breakfast plate that he ordered after waiting for almost 45 minutes. My husband and I waited for 20 minutes after checking out without anyone telling us we were fine and checked out. On top of that we waiting for another 15 minutes for our taxi and guests that came after us got their cabs before us. Im pretty sure we missed our flight thanks to the front desk staff! We should have stayed at Cape Sienna. All of this literally happened in less than 24 hours. I’m so glad we didn’t stay here for 2 weeks.

Everything here was absolute PERFECTION! The staff was super friendly and helpful for an English speaking guest, the property is stunning with excellent views, very clean, and the food was delish! This was a very nice resort. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, attended to with details for our comfort. All requests met within a timely manner. Shout out to our drivers Park and Kit who always made sure we were safe and sound and our drop off and pickups were well timed. This was a great experience.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück am infinity Pool genial. Der mix aus A la Card Menu und Buffet war super. Es ist sehr sauber. Das Bett und die Kissen sind definitiv 5 Star. Ein Shuttle bring einen zum Kamala Beach. Sehr passendes Preis Leistungsniveau Verhältnis. Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man ein Problem hat. Immer wieder gern.

The views of the ocean together with the infinity pool is something you cannot take your eyes off... The service at the breakfast, pool, restaurant, bell, reception, is so friendly. The food is great, quality wise and fine presentation. It is a secluded and nested in between the hills, but is really beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Walk to beach down the property, or walk a little bit down the road to see almost private natural untouched nature beach. We loved it and are missing Ayara Kamala already!

Wonderful stay. We loved our room, the bathroom was huge and the bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant is very reasonably priced considering how nice the hotel is. You can be shuttled around the resort and down to Kamala easily. Sunsets from the rooftop’s restaurant are phenomenal!

Very beautiful property and very attentive and helpful staffs. There is nothing in walking distance. We took a day trip to the islands and one day in patong. As a 5 star luxury hotel, I think several details need to be improved. Towels thicker and not as worn, better gym facility (gym not usable), lounge chairs in better condition; a small gift shop for necessities such as sun block and ibuprofen especially there is nothing nearby. One recommendation for future travelers, book rooms with swimming pool attached. There is only one not too big common pool by the breakfast area. The restaurant is great with wonderful breakfast.

Refreshingly amazing! Had a room with a pool and spent a lot of time there relaxing watching the water and hearing the waves. Ning and Tob in the restaurants made our stay magical. The food is phenomenal and the menus are diverse with so many choices, you never eat the same thing twice, though you want to. The masseuses are remarkable, talented and so welcoming and friendly. The front staff never missed an opportunity to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is ideal. Close to all without hearing anything but waves.
Refreshingly amazing! Had a room with a pool and spent a lot of time there relaxing watching the water and hearing the waves. Ning and Tob in the restaurants made our stay magical. The food is phenomenal and the menus are diverse with so many choices, you never eat the same thing twice, though you want to. The masseuses are remarkable, talented and so welcoming and friendly. The front staff never missed an opportunity to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is ideal. Close to all without hearing anything but waves.

Stayed for a weekend in June. Had a room with private pool which was excellent. Extremely spacious, well stocked and a great view of the Andaman sea. It wasn't prime season and the resort was very quiet but the service was excellent. Breakfast in the morning on the patio overlooking the infinity pool and the Sea was standout each day and thanks to Ning for connecting with me on day 3. 10-15 USD Grab to Kamala beach - I did walk it once buts it's a hike, and likely not all that safe given some blind corners and quick the ascent coming back from the beach. Would return!
