What a great stay, concept and hotel. The guest services was great, very attentive and was prompt on requests. I appreciate how they cater the whole hotel on kids and Lego enthusiasts (my wife). The proximity to the park is hard to beat and quite convenient. Would definitely do it again and try out the other hotel next time!

Not worth the price. I had seen multiple staff members more engaged on their personal phones than guests. No phones available to speak with front desk. Elevators were a joke.

Themed rooms were great. My kid enjoyed the activities in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Overall an excellent experience. Only minor suggestion is the check in experience. It would be good to have check in a bit sooner than 4pm.

We got food poisoning- once from each restaurant. We should’ve learned the first time but then decided to try the other restaurant because bricks is supposed to be good… food poisoning there too. Generally dirty in our room, needs a good deep clean. Staff was great except for one was quite rude. Quite a few ‘out of order’ signs around the hotel. Arcade game stole $5 and when we told a staff member, they sent us off to find another staff member which we never found so just ate it. My son loves Legos so this was still a great stay- but would definitely try castle hotel instead next time. Food there was good, and they look more clean and new.

We got a second floor room and the elevators were down upon our arrival had to bring all our belongings and 2 toddlers up two flights of crowded stairways as all guests were forced to move trough floors via stairs staff was trying to help everyone but it was first come first serve we had to wait for the rest of our luggage until the elevators were back in operation and this took about 3 hours from our stay

The castle hotel had great staff. They were welcoming and always there to support any additional needs as it arise. Each time I reached out they were there to help. The room was clean and organized.

I would like to report to you that our stay at the Legoland Hotel on November 25th was extremely disappointing. This was our first time visiting Legoland and staying at your hotel, but the experience was far below expectations. We were honestly shocked by how poor everything was. The air conditioning was malfunctioning. We set the temperature to the lowest setting, yet the room was still extremely hot. We have two babies—one is 1 year old and the other is 2—and they are very sensitive to heat and stuffiness. The room never cooled down at all; it was hot and suffocating. Both of my children were so uncomfortable that they kept crying throughout the night. The towels were dirty, with visible stains on them. It seemed like they had been used before and were not replaced with clean ones. The baby crib you provided was broken. Because it was damaged, my baby couldn’t hold on properly while standing and ended up falling and hurting her mouth. Aren’t the cribs you provide supposed to be checked for safety? This was extremely dangerous. The bathtub was clearly not cleaned. We originally planned to let our babies take a bath, but the tub had obvious dirt on it, which showed it was not cleaned at all. This is completely unsanitary. The toilet was also sometimes clogged and required several flushes to work properly. Room is fun and my kids enjoyed it. However, several items throughout the room seemed worn or broken. A piece of the window sill was broken off and loose and some of the bathroom trim were falling apart. Our room faced the aquarium, and for some reason inconsiderate workers were using the dumpster nearby at 2am. Nothing like the loud banging of tossing heavy items in the dumpster to keep you up at night. For the cost, the experience is not worth it.

Each day the TV that was inside of the Bunk Bed room area, did not work. Was told that the TV would be fixed and never was. The water to the entire property was shut off without notice, we had to wait for over an hour for the water to be shut back on which delayed our early entry into the park and our breakfast reservation. Was told that their would be building blocks inside of the room, those were never there until we requested them. Was told when booking that we would have a nightly treasure hunt and Legos would be inside of the lock box. That did not happen. When asking castle staff about park or hotel information they were not knowledgeable at all. This happened throughout the entire castle and stay. The staff encourage you to collect badges for the lanyards they give you at check in, but when you ask different staff members they tell you no but ask another associate, and each associateits the same response to the point where we just stopped asking. When trading your minifigures the selection is from what ever another hotel guest has turned in so there is not a great selection to choose from. On two separate days housekeeping came inside of the room after being told that we were coming to the door. Both days they neber announced themselves, the just entered the room. Before arriving to the door to allow them to come in.

It was a great family experience. Buffet wasn’t anything to write home about but being walking distance to legoland plus the nice Lego decor all over the place was worth it for me and the kids.

When trading your minifigures the selection is from what ever another hotel guest has turned in so there is not a great selection to choose from. On two separate days housekeeping came inside of the room after being told that we were coming to the door. Both days they neber announced themselves, the just entered the room. Before arriving to the door to allow them to come in.

I would like to report to you that our stay at the Legoland Hotel on November 25th was extremely disappointing. This was our first time visiting Legoland and staying at your hotel, but the experience was far below expectations. We were honestly shocked by how poor everything was. The air conditioning was malfunctioning. We set the temperature to the lowest setting, yet the room was still extremely hot. We have two babies—one is 1 year old and the other is 2—and they are very sensitive to heat and stuffiness. The room never cooled down at all; it was hot and suffocating. Both of my children were so uncomfortable that they kept crying throughout the night. The towels were dirty, with visible stains on them. It seemed like they had been used before and were not replaced with clean ones. The baby crib you provided was broken. Because it was damaged, my baby couldn’t hold on properly while standing and ended up falling and hurting her mouth. Aren’t the cribs you provide supposed to be checked for safety? This was extremely dangerous. The bathtub was clearly not cleaned. We originally planned to let our babies take a bath, but the tub had obvious dirt on it, which showed it was not cleaned at all. This is completely unsanitary. The toilet was also sometimes clogged and required several flushes to work properly. Themed rooms were great. My kid enjoyed the activities in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Overall an excellent experience. Only minor suggestion is the check in experience. It would be good to have check in a bit sooner than 4pm.

Shouldn't charge for early check in. Seems like the resort made me wait until exactly almost 4:00 PM to check in, which was annoying. I understand if rooms aren't ready, but it seems like rooms were ready.

What a great stay, concept and hotel. The guest services was great, very attentive and was prompt on requests. I appreciate how they cater the whole hotel on kids and Lego enthusiasts (my wife). The proximity to the park is hard to beat and quite convenient. Would definitely do it again and try out the other hotel next time!

It was a great family experience. Buffet wasn’t anything to write home about but being walking distance to legoland plus the nice Lego decor all over the place was worth it for me and the kids.

We got food poisoning- once from each restaurant. We should’ve learned the first time but then decided to try the other restaurant because bricks is supposed to be good… food poisoning there too. Generally dirty in our room, needs a good deep clean. Staff was great except for one was quite rude. Quite a few ‘out of order’ signs around the hotel. Arcade game stole $5 and when we told a staff member, they sent us off to find another staff member which we never found so just ate it. My son loves Legos so this was still a great stay- but would definitely try castle hotel instead next time. Food there was good, and they look more clean and new.

We had a fun time at the resort and park. I feel the disappointing part was the lack of good dinner options…. Everything seemed more on the unhealthy side. Also, it was my daughter’s birthday and she felt that Disneyland made her feel more special on her day.

Stayed for a night but would recommend staying for two so you can enjoy the Waterpark and Legoland then go back to the hotel to relax. Had to check out the next day so went straight home after and honestly felt exhausted once getting home. Hotel is great made for kids so hotel is very accommodating to them and the rooms were great and themed with lego dragons in the room it was great and the beds were amazing.

You have access to both hotels Legoland and castle hotel and the activities stagger so you can keep the kiddos busy and entertained. Activities include arcade, kids night club, Lego play area, outdoor giant movie screen, outdoor playground, heated pools with giant Lego pieces made for pool use. Lego characters come out for photos and dancing with kids. Staff puts on shows that engage and entertain the kids. They gave kids gifts (Legoland lanyard and pop badges) upon check in. Scavenger hunt leads kids to more gifts (Lego set per child) in a treasure chest that is located in your room. The kids were completely blown away and entertained the entire time. Your stay comes with a delicious breakfast buffet that has plenty variety of food. The coffee in buffet was delicious definitely worth it.

I love this hotel, and I'm a grownup! We got the Adventure Room (my favorite sets as a kid) and my own kids were over the MOON with how fun and adorable it was. The bunk beds are amazing, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the mini fridge fits a ton AND has a freezer section. The bed is comfortable, and if I could, I would buy the bedroom accessories for my own room! One of the best parts was solving the puzzle to open the safe in the kids' room for a special surprise. The whole family was blown away by the attention to detail, the fun and friendliness of the staff, and the excellent quality of everything we did/ate/saw. I also cannot speak more highly about the activities available after the park closes - we attended an improve show at the castle, had a dance party, played in the "LEGO fountain" and had fun just walking around and seeing everything. I can't imagine staying anywhere else and having this kind of value for the money we spent - it was worth every penny. Also - the dance breaks in the elevators - BEST THING EVER!
