Was ok . Profile pictures showed pool .there was no pool. My door didnt shut properly had to learn to slam it the sheets on the pull out were dirty not clean ,the pillows and bed were horrible. But looked way better then everything else in town

The room was very clean and quiet. The lobby staff courteous at check in. The only thing that could have been better is to have the lobby open earlier in the morning for some good coffee.

I was disappointed with the fact of barking dogs in the motel at night. Also they were remodeling the exterior walkways which lead to concern for nails being in the parking lots as they were pulling down old rotten boards from the walkway

Overall it was just terrible. Kill a roach on the wall when we first check in. Had no hot water the next morning for shower. Other guess where just noise all night. Would suggest driving to Longview to stay and will never stay at this motel again.

Easy check in and check out. The ac was turned off when we got there so it took a little while for the room to cool off. I'd recommended checking in, turning on ac then go sight see. 10 outta 10 we'd go back.

Every was great except the air conditioner wasn’t on and the temperature was 97 in room when got in there and it took me till 3.30 am in morning before it cooled off . And had booked the room several weeks in advance so they new I was coming

Stay was fine, room was spacious, wi-fi didn’t work through out the evening, ok by morning. Door locked properly but I could see a gap between door and door jam? I slept well.

After some issues with equipment working in the room and being moved to another nicer room. Everything was wonderful. The room and bed were super nice. The a/c worked, and the bath was refreshing. The second room I was placed in was excellent. The front desk clerk was so helpful and nice. I ran out of coffee and they offered additional coffee with no problem. I would recommend this motel. and would stay there again.

The phone in the room didnt work. When I told the lady who checked me in, she just stood there and shrugged her shoulders. I asked for a functioning phone, but didnt get one.

There was no mention of a pet fee when I booked the reservation. When I checked in they asked if I had a dog I said yes. They informed me of the fee. Then on the last day of the stay they saw that I had two dogs and doubled the pet fee. They never mentioned it was a per dog fee and never asked me how many dogs I had. That was their mistake not mine. Also the TV was a piece of crap. All I could get was streaming channels. I could not get network TV. I will never stay at a Regency Inn again.

King bed needed more pillows. Bathroom sink counter was a handy mans special at best. Kudos for making the most of what you had. But it was clean and didn't have to worry about b8g city crime.

Pleasantly surprised because we typically do 3-4 star hotels but Gladewater doesn't give you many options. It was our first time traveling with a dog and I really liked that the floors were not carpeted. Overall, it smelled clean and served it's purpose. We were on the first floor and luckily, I don't think anyone was above us. I feared floor noise from above but we didn't have any. It was mostly quiet but a few loud people at the other end of the building.

Nice and very clean. The guy from the front desk came down to fix the TV. I had a dead remote. The refrigerator kept our ice cream frozen. The bed was great. I slept through the night. I normally get up around 3AM when not sleeping at home. The shower hot water was not as hot as the sink water, but I am sure that is set so you don't scald yourself. It was worth every penny.

The air conditioner was wonderful. I paid a little extra for early check-in, and it was worth it. The room has no carpeting, which really works for me with allergies. Everything else was either new, refreshed, or renewed. The sheets were wonderful, and there were plenty of towels. I was able to park just at the door to my room, which was very helpful to me, a single woman over 80 years, who still drives and travels alone. The staff was more than helpful.

We could park right outside the door of our room, so we felt very safe. The air conditioner worked perfectly and was not noisy at all. The TV and refridgerator worked perfetly also. No problems witb our room whatsoever.
