This place is beautiful and amazing it is remote, you have to take a water taxi to get to the main part of phi phi island, the property is under construction so the big pool wasn't open. The staff is amazing and the stay was very relaxing it is great for a quiet vacation.

Superflot og moderne hytte med total rengøring hver dag. Lækkert klimaanlæg, der ikke støjer og stor bruseniche med både hånd- og loftbruser. Separat garderobe. Alt i nyeste teknik. Personale super hjælpsomme og rigtig søde. Perfekt morgenbuffet med udsigt til tidevandet. 2 store pools med forskellige dybder til alle aldre og velassorterede poolbars. Alt i bedste kvalitet som modsvarer den høje pris.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful and the location is stunning! Easy to walk to village behind resort for lovely restaurants and shops and cheaper trips. Breakfast was delicious! We did a trip organised by the hotel and we really enjoyed it - cheaper trips available but we were travelling with a child so wanted to be as safe as possible. Check in and check out are very busy times - but very well organised! We used the Saii’s own speed boat to get there and back and it was a great service! The mosquitos were bad - made worse probably by the time of year and the rain! There is a mosquito plug-in in the room but you have to find it. Also, another guest told me nets are available on request. The only thing I think that lets it down is the service around the pool areas. There wasn’t an obvious place to get fresh towels (they were provide to the room on request). There were paces to get towels - we just didn’t spot them and they weren’t manned so to speak. The pool bar often didn’t have staff to serve you. They would come over from Tom Yams upon request and if available. Staff very friendly and helpful!

This place has everything ready for you to relax and enjoy the quiet views of the sea. We got a oceanfront room. It was spacious and pristinely clean. The AC was not working properly and they fix it in no time. The resort has their own app and you can do everything there. From ordering food to booking tours or request a buggy if you don’t feel like walking around the huge property. The staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend.

Enjoyed our time at Saii Phi Phi, however would say that things are overpriced compared to most other hotels in Thailand. Dinner at the a La carte restaurant Beach house was average if not below average and came with a hefty bill. All transportation via the hotel to and from the island was extremely expensive, but due to flight times we had little other options. In addition, both pools were completely green during our stay and require some attention. We stayed in a beach front suite which was clean, nice size, nice patio, great view, but still compared to other 5 star resorts (and we stayed at three other ones in Thailand) over priced. Breakfast was great with lots of variety! Would think twice about staying on Phi Phi at this hotel vs just taking a trip to the island from Krabi or Phuket next time.

While we enjoyed our villa (which was beautifully updated and very comfortable) we found that the resort amenities (including the fun pool, the bathrooms by both pools and the lobby, and the lounge ) to be outdated. The landscaping is also in bad shape, patchy, and people have created their own paths across a lot of the areas. The staff is kind and friendly but they lack training: even when there were multiple people at the bar, we had to call them to ask for drinks. The coffee shop was also unattended and not set up at 7:45 in the morning and this happened multiple times. Twice I also had to ask for our villa to be cleaned because it was 3pm and the staff had not passed by to make our beds and refill our water. Lastly, the dock at the resort is not appropriate for a resort that advertises itself as luxury. The resort facilities need to be renovated and staff needs to be trained to vastly improve the experience. The saving grace for the property are the villas and the views.

Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly. They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair. We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat! Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water.

Das Hotel war super, allerdings war die Sauberkeit wirklich erschreckend. Ich musste das Hotelmanagement mehrmals kontaktieren bis das Zimmer endlich sauber war. Mittags konnte man auf Grund der Ebbe nicht mehr ins Meer, da das Wasser nicht mehr da war.
Das Hotel war super, allerdings war die Sauberkeit wirklich erschreckend. Ich musste das Hotelmanagement mehrmals kontaktieren bis das Zimmer endlich sauber war. Mittags konnte man auf Grund der Ebbe nicht mehr ins Meer, da das Wasser nicht mehr da war.

Resort bellissimo. Perfettamente inserito nell'ambiente. Spiaggia stupenda e servizi al top. Camere spaziose, nuove e silenziose. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Servizio di transfer offerto dall'hotel super organizzato. Dall'aereoporto alla camera ci si arriva senza fatica e problemi. Pensano a tutto loro, compreso bagagli e rinfresco con bibite e spuntini. Vicino al Resort un piccolo villaggio offre molteplici ristoranti, market e centri massaggi a prezzi bassissimi. Anche le gite in barca organizzate al villaggio sono ottime ed economiche. Noi avevamo una garden villa Deluxe. Tutto era nuovo e pulito. Spaziosa e con una bellissima terrazza nel verde in cui riposare. Ottima anche la connessione internet presente ovunque.

Very bad price-quality option. It is very expensive for the type of rooms you get and the overall experience. We had cockroaches in one of our two bedrooms and the air conditioners broke during our stay. They have an app to handle most of the island experience, but it is not very user friendly. Transportation in and out of the island is handle by a third party company which make it difficult to book or arrange with good prices or different schedules. Nonetheless, the service and attention from all the staff was awesome, and they were very attentive and helpful.

L’ensemble du site est très bien , mais à ce prix nous avons été très déçu des rénovations qui avaient lieu juste en arrière de notre hutte , et ce tous les jours - tres bruyant avec des outils électriques …. Nous n’avons pas pu relaxer et en profiter comme nous le souhaitions . De plus une des deux piscines étaient fermée pour rénovation , ce qui rendait la seule piscine restante peu agréable car trop achalandée . La taille de la chambre était très bien mais l’air climatisé coulait et faisait beaucoup de bruit dérangeant . Le personnel a été pour la plupart très aimable. Les prix sur le site aux restaurants et excursions sont trop élevés. Le petit déjeuner présentait beaucoup de choix mais était somme toute un peu moyen . La propreté du site et des chambres était impeccable .

Unique place right on the beautiful beach, the tide does go right out but this adds to the fun! Great little village within 5 mins walk for fantastic food a lot cheaper than the hotel! Boat trips are so much cheaper booked through a local too.the rooms are amazing & the staff are attentive however I’m not sure the rooms are cleaned properly as we found clumps of hair & nails that was not ours throughout our stay! Pool Bar staff are polite & pool was lovely in the heat. Overall an amazing place to stay on phi phi definitely a slice of paradise 😍

This resort is absolutely stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hilltop Villa. The buggy service was so quick we rarely ever waited. Staff were so wonderful and attentive, they took care of our every need, much of the time without us even asking. It’s so beautiful you will not want to leave

Our 2 bedroom villa had a private pool and our view was spectacular. The staff is very professional and truly make you feel appreciated. The beach was great and the breakfast provided a lot of diversity, so everyone was happy.

Beautiful location and great views. Accommodation is good if you book a villa, not so good if you have a bungalow which are very basic and old. Some of the sea view accommodation are only glimpses from the 2nd row.

깨끗하고 잘 관리된 독채빌라. 바다가보이는 야외샤워시설은 내 로망을 충분히 채워주었다 다양한 조식메뉴 망고가없는건 아쉽지만 그외 메뉴들이 충분했고 리조트 내 기념품가게에서 파는 상품들이 상당히 맘에들었다 특히 가방을 하나사왔는데 너무 예쁨 ㅎㅎ 에어컨은 아쉽게도 소리는 요란하지만 소리에비해서는 성능이 조금 아쉽다 ㅎ 그치만 다시 피피에서 숙박할일이있다면 꼭 다시가고싶은 곳임 비치론트주니어 너무 내스타일!!! 침대에 누워서 바다만보고있어도 힐링 자꾸 게을러지고싶은 풍경.. 최고

Resort bellissimo. Perfettamente inserito nell'ambiente. Spiaggia stupenda e servizi al top. Camere spaziose, nuove e silenziose. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Servizio di transfer offerto dall'hotel super organizzato. Dall'aereoporto alla camera ci si arriva senza fatica e problemi. Pensano a tutto loro, compreso bagagli e rinfresco con bibite e spuntini. Vicino al Resort un piccolo villaggio offre molteplici ristoranti, market e centri massaggi a prezzi bassissimi. Anche le gite in barca organizzate al villaggio sono ottime ed economiche. Outstanding Service Despite Weather and Renovations We recently stayed at SAii Phi Phi and were genuinely impressed by the experience, even with ongoing renovations and some terrible weather during our visit. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after – always warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and made a real difference to our stay. The facilities that were available were well maintained, and the food throughout the resort was fresh, varied, and consistently excellent. What truly stood out were the activities and island tours organised by the hotel – professional, well-run, and a fantastic way to make the most of our time despite the weather. Every interaction with the team felt personal and genuine, with staff doing everything they could to create a memorable stay. Renovations are always temporary, but great service leaves a lasting impression – and SAii Phi Phi delivered that in spades. We’ll definitely return when the works are complete. Highly recommended.

The SAII village was a 2 night stay as part of our honeymoon trip to Phi Phi. On arrival, we had our luggage taken care of, sat in reception with a fresh pineapple juice drink and a cold towel (lovely after the boat ride over). From here we checked in and a member of staff sat with us in the lobby and explained where everything is, got us to download the SAII village app on our phones (which is amazing, allows you to do everything via the app, ordering fresh towels, room service and even ordering a buggy to take you around). We then got taken to our room via a buggy and showed around our room. The room was a Deluxe Garden King Villa, the cool air-con was heaven, the room and shower facilities were great! The resort itself is easily walkable, the pools are more than big enough and plenty of loungers either around the pool or facing the beach for most of the day. The food was amazing on-site too, probably more pricier than anywhere we’ve been currently (expected). We had the most amazing 2 nights here and the staff were so polite and friendly. We got the SAII Village boat (which was arranged for us) back to Tonsai Pier to catch our Ferry back to Phuket. Would highly recommend this place and me and my wife have already spoke about returning.

During our three-night stay for a party of five, we primarily dined and enjoyed the hotel's amenities. The rooms and beach were delightful, although the location is somewhat secluded, requiring a 20-30 minute journey by tail boat to Phi Phi Town. However, our check-out experience was awful. We discovered significant discrepancies in our final bill, with thousands of Bahts erroneously added and our receipts mixed up with others, bearing different signatures. Despite our efforts to rectify the situation, the initial response from the staff was disappointing, even resorting to threats of involving security and police. It took considerable time for the hotel to acknowledge their errors, including different signatures and additional charges on our bill. We found that we were overcharged by 10,000 Baht which is not a small amount at all. If we hadn’t checked our receipts and went along with the not so clear final bill we would have paid for things we did not have. Such service falls far short of even a one-star rating, let alone the expected five-star standard. This incident serves as a stark reminder to thoroughly review receipts, emphasizing the importance of vigilance beyond the final bill. In light of our experience, I advise caution in trusting this establishment. Absolutely appalling and just unacceptable service. PLEASE CHECK YOIR RECEIPTS WHEN CHECKING OUT. The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you

The hotel is pretty good in general. Good food in the main restaurant. The rooms are very nice, The check in and check out processes were too slow. More than an hour in the check in and almost an hour in the check out. The main pool floor in bad and dangerous conditions for the feet.

Overall it was a good experience, even though they took a long time to respond in the Hotels.com chat, which somewhat hampered my arrival, as I didn't know what the boat transfer was like.That's why I ended up paying more, plus I had made a special request to them for some kind of "treat" since it was our honeymoon, but we didn't get anything, they forgot. Aside from those two points, the hotel has a good structure, excellent breakfast, and great room service and internal transportation. I recommend it.

The resort itself is beautiful - rooms are great and staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool area was also lovely and we didn’t use it but private beach was big. Weather was unfortunately very poor while we were there and there wasn’t really anything to do, felt quite claustrophobic as when the waves were bad you didn’t even want to get a boat to the main town on Phi Phi. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this but just something to be aware of.

Nous avons passé 3 jours de reve. Le cadre est superbe, le personnel attentionné, les chambres ont été rénovées recemment et sont tres confortables. N'hésitez a emprunter des vélos et balladez vous autour de l'hotel, il y a des points de vue superbes à découvrir. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et commerces dans le village adossé au resort. On y mange tres bien. Vous pourrez reserver une excursion vers Phi Phi Ley ou vos déplacements directement aupres d'un des long tail boat présents sur la plage de l'hotel. Par contre l'arrivée et le départ peuvent etre rendus TRES compliqués par la marée et vous serez peut etre obligés de marcher dans l'eau avec vos affaires. Malheureusement l'hotel ne vous dit rien a ce sujet. Tout comme sur le fait qu'il y a d'autres options possibles pour vous y rendre sans passer par le bateau navette de l'hotel hors de prix et aux horaires mal adaptés.

Beautiful resort on an amazing beach. Accessible from Tonsai pier by boat, or a very long walk. It turned out being much more pleasant on this part of the island, with the awesome local village just behind the resort. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and exploring the other islands by boat.

Was a family trip. Phi Phi Don is a beautiful island. The village resort is great snd perfect for families with children/toddlers. Resort can be a bit boring for young ones. Behind the resort lays a small village to explore and arrange further daily trips around, should not be missed; especially Nui Bay and Bamboo Island.

Hotelazo en plena isla paradisiaca. Si no le pongo un 10 es debido a la obligación de tener que contratar un servicio de barco para acceder y salir del hotel, en el cual se aprovechan del turista, nosotros reservamos sólo la ida con el hotel y el barco era un desastre. Entiendo que un hotel de estas características debería tener al menos un par de servicios de shuttle desde Phuket de forma gratuita. De todas formas, si vas al pueblo de detrás, el transporte cuesta 3 veces menos y te recogen en el propio hotel.

Das Hotel war wunderschön – wirklich wie im Paradies. Allerdings nicht geeignet für junge Leute, die feiern möchten oder das Nachtleben auf Phi Phi genießen wollen, da es sehr weit entfernt liegt. Man erreicht es nur mit dem Taxiboot, das abends zudem teuer ist. Ein Resort dieser Art sollte mehr Aktivitäten organisieren, damit man nicht unbedingt ins Zentrum von Phi Phi fahren muss. Alles schließt um 23 Uhr, und danach bleibt einem nur noch schlafen 😅. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kaffee, und die Bettwäsche wurde aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nur alle drei Tage gewechselt. Ansonsten war alles gut und schön – aber bitte, Kaffee im Zimmer ist wirklich wichtig! 😅
Das Hotel war wunderschön – wirklich wie im Paradies. Allerdings nicht geeignet für junge Leute, die feiern möchten oder das Nachtleben auf Phi Phi genießen wollen, da es sehr weit entfernt liegt. Man erreicht es nur mit dem Taxiboot, das abends zudem teuer ist. Ein Resort dieser Art sollte mehr Aktivitäten organisieren, damit man nicht unbedingt ins Zentrum von Phi Phi fahren muss. Alles schließt um 23 Uhr, und danach bleibt einem nur noch schlafen 😅. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kaffee, und die Bettwäsche wurde aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nur alle drei Tage gewechselt. Ansonsten war alles gut und schön – aber bitte, Kaffee im Zimmer ist wirklich wichtig! 😅

Paradise! Gorgeous beach and very nice grounds. Very cute cottages which were surprisingly modern inside and nice A/C too. ADORABLE town behind the resort - great bars and restaurants!! The food at the resort was just OK, except for their Ruan Thai restaurant which is amazing. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Personale super hjælpsomme og rigtig søde. Perfekt morgenbuffet med udsigt til tidevandet. 2 store pools med forskellige dybder til alle aldre og velassorterede poolbars. Alt i bedste kvalitet som modsvarer den høje pris.

Our 2 bedroom villa had a private pool and our view was spectacular. The staff is very professional and truly make you feel appreciated. The beach was great and the breakfast provided a lot of diversity, so everyone was happy.

Overall a good stay. Food was an average standard. Restaurants lacking in any manager to be seen and sometimes waiting too long for service. Stayed in beach view villa which was excellent. Food which was cold from time to time would need to improve.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The grounds are really beautiful with 2 lovely pool areas. We only ate at the Api restaurant as myself and my partner are both vegan and this had a great vegan menu with lots of options. Rooms are quite basic but very spacious and clean. There is a small village towards the back of the hotel complex with more options for food and a few bars - shout out to Camel Rock Bar this place is so cool! We did a half day boat trip too through the hotel visiting the surrounding islands which was just incredible!! I would highly recommend doing this if you choose to stay here.

Fantastic picturesque location away from the main strip. If you want a remote island feel location then this is ideal. However only disadvantage was the evening food options. I Didn’t feel it catered well for westerners and even the eastern options were poor. Buffet breakfast was great though. Another disadvantage was that you had to pay to use kayaks/paddle boards, whereas most 5star hotels these are free to use. Even though I struggled with the food the location and scenery is worth it and I will definitely be returning.
