Aufenthalt ein Paar, 3 Tage Das Hotel befindet sich in einem touristschen Viertel in einer Fussgängergasse. Vom Balkon her sieht man die phantastische Bucht von Valparaiso und das bunte Treiben im Quartier.Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll, gebaut im 19 Jh. als Familienhaus. Heute, wunderschön nostalgisch, erinnert an den vergangenen Glanz. Die Angestellten haben sich liebevoll um die Gäste gekümmert und waren jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an die ganze Mannschaft!

The only problem we experienced was the fact that the hotel had live music in the restaurant until very late in the night. We had a very early start the next morning and did not get much sleep!

Awesome location in the middle of restaurants, shops, museums, street vendors, etc. Next to one of the ascensors in case one doesn't want to walk up/down the hill (though I usually walked). Breakfast was nice and served each morning from 8:30 am. Staff quite helpful and friendly. Had laundry done 2 times and returned next day and quite competitive price.

We had the big top room with the huge balcony which was wonderful. It was lovely sitting outside taking in the amazing views. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen nice We loved staying in a traditional old building which felt like an event in itself. The building is quite scruffy and could definitely do with a lick of paint and some TLC. However, on balance this wasn't too important, to us.

Staff was friendly. The hotel in general is a bit rickety, but clean. Difficult to find, you must walk a couple blocks from a street corner down a pedestrian alley. It’s on the top of a hill with a funicular or take the stairway outside, with over 150 steps.
