First I rented a club room, and they gave me a classic one; it has no privacy, skylights, and glass so if someone looks out they can see inside. The coffee never arrived. I'm the kind of person who likes to go to different places throughout the year to decide whether or not to go there.

I had my worse experience after 10 years booking with hotels.com The area was nice and all but without power you can’t use nothing. The place should have a backup generator or solar panels to allow the guests to at least have access to electricity. The hot water hearter was electric, the stove was electric ⚡️ the ac also needed electricity to run. There fore they should back back up. The room was not the cheapest to consider not having battery operated fans at least
