Bon-Apart

Check-in erfolgte per SMS. Ich habe nie einen Mitarbeiter zu Gesicht bekommen, Tür Code und safe Kombination wurden auch per SMS übermittelt. Zimmer war groß und hatte 3 Matratzen in 2 Betten, alle 3 waren mega unbequem. 2 viel zu weich, bei der dritten konnte man die sprungfedern spüren, viel geschlafen hab ich nicht. Sehr prominent war die preisliste für starke Verschmutzung und Beschädigungen. So viel misstrauen und Einschüchterung habe ich von einem hotel noch nicht erlebt, wohl fühlen ist was anderes

Leider war das hauseigene Restaurant wegen Personalmangel geschlossen! Ansonsten war alles top.

The hotel is a smallish size one, run by an extremely warm and friendly husband and wife team who make you feel very welcome. It has all the basic amenities, including provision for a very decent breakfast. The room was quite spacious, clean and well maintained, will all the basic amenities available. The location of the hotel is very good -- in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance from the old town area of Gorlitz. During most days of the week, there is a small and interesting local market that is set-up in the square in front of the hotel -- an added attraction. Very much enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bon Apart !
