Thank you Hotel Harris for your hospitality. All of the staff members that we interacted with were friendly, professional, and have the best customer service skills. We loved the long pillows called guling. The room set up is simple, but it is cozy and clean. We will definitely stay at Harris Hotel again whenever Pontianak is calling.

Great location for food and necessities Asking for non smoking room, yet the smell of the tobacco smell very strong Very basic shampoo, shower gel and tooth brush Cooler are not working I’m staying at 7th floor but the street noise still can be heard (a lot of noises)
