The property is quite remote, but very peaceful and quiet. There is a lake and walking trails available. You are greated by the cats that live on the property. They are very friendly and love petting.

This was an amazing stay. We got a lake front home. The owner/manager was extremely helpful and friendly. This was our 1/2 way point of a long trip and we were able to get some laundry done (free just bring detergent). We were there for a Kings Canyon/Sequoia NP trip and the location was great for those. There’s starlink WiFi and Verizon got great service. Plus there’s a cute little library where you can get better internet, and rent books or dvds. I highly recommend this stay. The home was very well stocked and the decor was really awesome if you’re into that sort of thing. Plus they had several property kitties that were super friendly. Definitely a highlight of our stay 🐈⬛ the night sky shots we got were incredible. My only warning is if you get car sick, pack some Dramamine the roads are extremely winding but the manager warned us of that ahead a time. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful view of the lake. Daily walks during spring season was perfect. Flowers bursting everywhere Very quiet and remote. Extremely spacious. Perfect for multi-families. Internet works great only inside cabin. Joseph was very friendly and very helpful for any questions or concerns. Loved the woodstove fireplace. It was fun to use and kept us warm.

Very peaceful. We had planned on fishing in the boats on the lake. But there were no boats in the end. Cute little store/coffee shop in the check in area. Kinds and helpful staff!

Joseph was great at communicating. The property was hugh with lots of areas to hike. There was a library with movies and books, bikes to use and a small lake with row boats.

When we arrived at the Sequoia Resort, Karthik greeted us and told us about all of the wonderful features of the property, including a grill and bicycles we were free to use, a lake with paddle boats we could borrow, free laundry, and a library room with books, games, DVDs, and (my favorite part) a litter of kittens that had recently been born on the property! We stayed in the guest suite, which is a studio apartment-style room with a queen-sized bed, bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, from pots and pans to spices. It was a great place to come back to after exploring Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park, which were nearby.

We had such a great time. The host treated us like family. There is a lake with free boats you can use, basketball court, bicycles, library that you can borrow movies from. I will definitely be bringing my family back again

Such a cute place, we weren’t there a whole lot, we spent most of our times in the parks, but it was clean, had everything we needed. The guy at the front was super friendly and helpful. Driving on the steep mountain roads was initially daunting, but it became less so as time passed. The resort was very quiet, and the surrounding atmosphere was impressive. very well organized and prompt to answer the email, check in was effortless. clean property and very spacious. the cabin/house is old but well kept with new fire alarm sistem. new floors in the bedrooms will be a good idea. hot water perfect, air conditioning…all good an the location and nature perfect. Very easy to get in the Sequioa NP from there.

We stayed in house 3. The location of the property is great. The serene lake, peaceful atmosphere and accessible to the national park is a huge plus. The manager Joseph is very friendly and attentive to our needs. My issue is with the cost vs condition of the property. For the price of the stay, the property is quite modest in it's offerings. The kitchen does not have enough utensils. The carpet in the rooms are definitely old with signs of spot cleaning. The bath rooms do show signs of aging. The property condition doesn't match the rating of 9. The air conditioner is quite old. The balcony access door doesn't lock and one has to use the provided support wood to prevent it from being opened. The features indicate availability of wifi acess but the wifi is not usable for anything more than texting or emailing. Otherwise it's a large cabin with privacy and serene atmosphere. I may not choose to stay here again.

The steps outside could use some repairs but overall room was comfortable and just on a beautiful mountain. Be aware roads are very windy and narrow to get up there and stop for food before you do. Was great for late night star gazing. The host was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. He lead a couple nights of star gazing and pointed out the Atlas Comet, several satellites and planets. He took a map out for us for Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon and pointed out all the most sees. When we got there, he was spot on.

Clean and spacious! Self check in with the keypad code was very convenient. We liked the layout with the breakfast nook and kitchenette - would have been perfect if there had also been a cook top! Fireplace was a nice touch. Otherwise, it was very convenient and close to downtown Seward and Exit Glacier. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed in house #1 and it gave our family plenty of room for all us (4 adults). The huge balcony had doors connecting from both bedrooms and the living room, and gave us a beautiful view of trees and lake on the property. The kitchen was also fully stocked with dishes so that we could easily enjoy breakfast and make picnic lunches for our day trips to Sequoia/Kings Canyon. The living room was also super spacious, and gave us lots of room to relax.

Excellent communication with the host. They provided good details before arrival. Easy check in at the office. 30 mins from king's canyon entrance. House is spacious, but old, keep your expectations as such. Beds were comfortable. Sliding doors to the patio could use some maintenance to fix the lock and seal the daft. House got warm during the day and it took quiet long in the afternoon to cool the house. Flock of turkeys on the patio were fun to watch. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in house 3. The location of the property is great. The serene lake, peaceful atmosphere and accessible to the national park is a huge plus. The manager Joseph is very friendly and attentive to our needs. My issue is with the cost vs condition of the property. For the price of the stay, the property is quite modest in it's offerings. The kitchen does not have enough utensils. The carpet in the rooms are definitely old with signs of spot cleaning. The bath rooms do show signs of aging. The property condition doesn't match the rating of 9. The air conditioner is quite old. The balcony access door doesn't lock and one has to use the provided support wood to prevent it from being opened. The features indicate availability of wifi acess but the wifi is not usable for anything more than texting or emailing. Otherwise it's a large cabin with privacy and serene atmosphere. I may not choose to stay here again.

We can’t say enough good things about this cozy little place. We had the cabin next to the adorable little library. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Joseph was the person who lives on property and he was wonderful! He helped us get checked in the first night and gave us some pointers for our trip the next day to Sequoia NP. We loved how quiet the property was and enjoyed our morning coffee out walking the resort. We would highly recommend this little cabin nestled in the woods!

This was an amazing stay. We got a lake front home. The owner/manager was extremely helpful and friendly. This was our 1/2 way point of a long trip and we were able to get some laundry done (free just bring detergent). We were there for a Kings Canyon/Sequoia NP trip and the location was great for those. There’s starlink WiFi and Verizon got great service. Plus there’s a cute little library where you can get better internet, and rent books or dvds. I highly recommend this stay. The home was very well stocked and the decor was really awesome if you’re into that sort of thing. Plus they had several property kitties that were super friendly. Definitely a highlight of our stay 🐈⬛ the night sky shots we got were incredible. My only warning is if you get car sick, pack some Dramamine the roads are extremely winding but the manager warned us of that ahead a time. 10/10 would stay again.

I had a wonderful time visiting the RV resort, and stayed in one of the houses on the property. The property is well kept, the surrounding area is beautiful, and the host is a great communicator. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Internet works great only inside cabin. Joseph was very friendly and very helpful for any questions or concerns. Loved the woodstove fireplace. It was fun to use and kept us warm.

This place is amazing and very versatile! Family, couple, or solo, no matter your preference this is the place to be! Definitely coming back! Joseph Payne, the property manager was so kind and welcoming! Even gave us water because we came in late and was not prepared. I cannot say enough good things about this property!

When we arrived at the Sequoia Resort, Karthik greeted us and told us about all of the wonderful features of the property, including a grill and bicycles we were free to use, a lake with paddle boats we could borrow, free laundry, and a library room with books, games, DVDs, and (my favorite part) a litter of kittens that had recently been born on the property! We stayed in the guest suite, which is a studio apartment-style room with a queen-sized bed, bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, from pots and pans to spices. It was a great place to come back to after exploring Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park, which were nearby.

House is spacious, but old, keep your expectations as such. Beds were comfortable. Sliding doors to the patio could use some maintenance to fix the lock and seal the daft. House got warm during the day and it took quiet long in the afternoon to cool the house. Flock of turkeys on the patio were fun to watch. I would definitely stay here again.

The steps outside could use some repairs but overall room was comfortable and just on a beautiful mountain. Be aware roads are very windy and narrow to get up there and stop for food before you do. Was great for late night star gazing. The host was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. He lead a couple nights of star gazing and pointed out the Atlas Comet, several satellites and planets. He took a map out for us for Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon and pointed out all the most sees. When we got there, he was spot on.

Driving on the steep mountain roads was initially daunting, but it became less so as time passed. The resort was very quiet, and the surrounding atmosphere was impressive. We enjoyed the stay, but had to stay inside the cottage because of rattlesnakes and bees. The road to the cottage is very windy, but it is an excellent location for Kings Canyon. The cottage is fairly old but totally functional - we cooked each evening. Essential to bring everything you need as there are no stores within 45 minutes.

very well organized and prompt to answer the email, check in was effortless. clean property and very spacious. the cabin/house is old but well kept with new fire alarm sistem. new floors in the bedrooms will be a good idea. hot water perfect, air conditioning…all good an the location and nature perfect. Very easy to get in the Sequioa NP from there.

We loved it there! Joseph was so extremely helpful and so kind. We spent Thanksgiving there (2022) and was able to prepare a whole meal. We got the studio, next time we will get a bigger place and bring our pet. What we loved: clean, relaxing, great scenic drive and clean. We were able to go to both parks! Hike and back before dinner.

Very peaceful. We had planned on fishing in the boats on the lake. But there were no boats in the end. Cute little store/coffee shop in the check in area. Kinds and helpful staff!

Clean and spacious! Self check in with the keypad code was very convenient. We liked the layout with the breakfast nook and kitchenette - would have been perfect if there had also been a cook top! Fireplace was a nice touch. Otherwise, it was very convenient and close to downtown Seward and Exit Glacier. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed in house #1 and it gave our family plenty of room for all us (4 adults). The huge balcony had doors connecting from both bedrooms and the living room, and gave us a beautiful view of trees and lake on the property. The kitchen was also fully stocked with dishes so that we could easily enjoy breakfast and make picnic lunches for our day trips to Sequoia/Kings Canyon. The living room was also super spacious, and gave us lots of room to relax.

We didn't get to spend a lot of time at the property. We arrived late our first night and spent the entire day in Sequoia the next day. Basically, we just slept there. We had the guest suite near the office. It was quiet and clean. It had a kitchenette to cook with. There is no nearby food options - so stop at a grocery store first. Our host was lovely, she shared some tips for being in the higher elevation and getting to/from the park. Would totally stay here again with the plan of enjoying the property more.

Check in was super easy and the room was very clean! The kitchen is fitted with everything you need for cooking and the DVD library is a nice touch for a cosy night in :) The staff are very friendly and helpful and respond in good time to messages/queries. 100% would stay again, we had the best time!
