Toilet was tippy, needed a new seal. Door handle to outside was loose. I used a wooden chair to lock the door. Breakfast was a joke. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it. I’ll never return to this motel.

The room was plenty comfortable, hot shower, table to enjoy our dinner and breakfast. Only issue was the bathroom power tripped the morning we were leaving but that didn’t affect us in any way

The place was a dump actually and so old still has 2 prong outlets in the room. The shower sprayed the ceiling and the faucet almost came out of wall in shower. The door would not close and lock. Outside was dirty and not well maintained

Upon entering the room, I was immediately overwhelmed by a strong, lingering odor of stale beer and cigarette smoke. My son has severe asthma, and this environment posed an immediate health risk. When we attempted to use the bed, the top blanket was visibly filthy, appeared unwashed for an extended period, and had a greasy texture. The bedsheets were heavily stained yellow and black, emitting a foul smell. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state: it reeked intensely of urine (strong enough to cause me to vomit), the toilet seat had dried urine and hair on it, and overall hygiene was severely neglected. We got to the hotel late. When we got to our room, it was in terrible condition. The toilet and bathroom wall was literally covered in sh! . When I showed the picture to the guy at the front desk, he was very apologetic. I would have left, be we found out there were absolutely zero rooms anywhere around Gaylord for 50 miles, that's why we ended up here. The carpets were filthy, dead bugs/wasps in the windows. Run from this place. If i hadn't had kids with me, i would have slept in my car.

I have never stayed in a place that was so filthy. Floor in bathroom was dirty. I wouldn’t walk on carpet without slippers or shoes on. Sheets were clean, but bedspread had yellow stain. I don’t know when the last time the bathroom door was washed in our room and daughter’s room. Bathtub in daughter’s room had mold. Never again!

Pictures are deceiving they are about 30 years behind. Place is run down and unclean. Checked into room uneaten food left in a styrofoam container on top of microwave. Pubic hair left all over bathroom counter and in sink. Looked like they had a sasquatch shaving party. Food remenants in the sink strainer. Hair on every towel pulled from the rack. Stained sheets hair in the bed also. Booked this through hotels.com with no refund otherwise I would have left and found another place to stay. Slept on top of blankets.

I simply want clean and a place to sleep. Driving up, the exterior appeared questionable, and I hoped the interior was not the same. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean room with a comfortable bed, larger than normal fridge and microwave. The (manager?) made it a point to bring extra towels and make sure our stay was comfortable. Don't expect anything fancy and you won't be disappointed.

we booked this stay based on breakfast included. There was no breakfast. We booked double queen beds - and we were given a room with one queen bed. They were switching cable tv wires in rooms - and we were told not to go to our room yet because they wanted to make sure the tv worked - so we left the property waiting for them to fix our room that expedia had available when we booked. The girl was really nice.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! When I arrived, after I paid, I went to my room and the toilet was not clean, and the sheets on both beds were dirty. I returned to the front desk and left the key. The owner wanted to know why I wouldn't stay and asked to see what I was talking about. After he saw my room, he offered me another and I refused and left. When I asked Expedia for a refund, they contacted the hotel and were told that I stayed the night (lie) and there was never a complaint about the toilet and the dirty sheets! WOW...

The manager was not in the office when we arrived. A sign told me to wait. I called the numberon another sign and no one answered. Then I said and said hello. I waited 10-15 minutes and then went back to my car. Someone finally came out of the office. He handed me two forms to fill out and as I was filling out the first one, he loudly tapped the other one to get my signature. Then he told me to sign the other one without providing address, phone number, car info etc. He told me to use the wrong entrance. The carpets are f—ing disgusting and the room is not big enough for two. Avoid this place at all costs even if you are on a tight budget.

This property was possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. We sat in our room for 20 minutes and then checked out. The hallway to our room smelled of fire. There were piles of linens in the hall. We checked in after 11:00pm. There were a lot of flies in the room. It was dusty. The rooms are very out dated. We payed $130 for one night. Check in including the wait time to get someone to the front office was over 30 minutes. Someone came up to us when we walked out to go to our room and asked if we’d been helped. It’s after midnight now and someone approaches us in the middle of the parking lot. Definitely made us feel unsafe. When we left and let the front desk person know in the parking lot we were leaving he asked why and tried to deny the conditions of the room. My finacee did her best to kindly explain to this man the situation. The place needs to shut down, torn down and they can start over. Trying to polish this turd won’t cut it. Stay in Traverse City or sleep in your car.

This motel was nice and clean.. Check-in and check out were seamless. It is false advertising for the breakfast and the Egyptian cotton bedding lol..but I wasn't expecting much. The "breakfast" is Little Debbie snack ckes but the coffee is delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

I will not use exprdia for motels again. This motel was 20 miles from our destination. When we got there we found out it eas a motel for migrant workers. The price was higher than expected for a room in the area. We were told it would have been cheaper to direct book. The staff however was amazing and attentive.

Room it’s self was ok , no, it was half the size in footage that you advertised. I stayed there about 12 years ago and it was much nicer than it is now. I wont stay again. Room it’s self was ok , no, it was half the size in footage that you advertised. I stayed there about 12 years ago and it was much nicer than it is now. I wont stay again. Very quiet and we slept well. Stairs to the second floor were dirty and seemed a bit steep. They charged us twice for the same room. We called and couldn’t get it resolved with them so we disputed it

Seemed quite intimidating when seen from the rear ( the way our GPS took us) but much better from the front. Friendly people. The owner was very nice and helpful. Room was adequate. Air worked great! Can't remember what the description said, but 'breakfast' was packages of mini muffins, honey buns, and pretzels.

Toilet was tippy, needed a new seal. Door handle to outside was loose. I used a wooden chair to lock the door. Breakfast was a joke. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it. I’ll never return to this motel.

I would avoid this property and pay the extra $50 to stay in All Seasons. Very poorly maintained property, the “breakfast “ consisted of coffee and some cheap sweets. A real dump, not worth $131/night

Room was not ready until after 5. Air conditioner made awful noise. People nice but the stairs to go to the second floor were hard to manage getting baggage upstairs. No breakfast provided. Coffee only in main office, not in room.

This motel was nice and clean.. Check-in and check out were seamless. It is false advertising for the breakfast and the Egyptian cotton bedding lol..but I wasn't expecting much. The "breakfast" is Little Debbie snack ckes but the coffee is delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an older hotel and their decor has not been updated for quite a few years, but everything is clean and serviceable. The bedclothes in my room did have a strong odor of smoke and the t.v. didn't seem to work (I couldn't get it to power on anyway).

Im not really sure why this place is even on Hotels.com. This is no more than low income rental property. We ended up not staying. Our key would not even work in the door. Could not get computer to even come up and when it did, he said I have your reservation right here. I never gave him my name which means I was the only sucker to stop by. I don’t know how old the reviews on this place are, but sleeping in my car is more desirable than this place. Hotels. Com must have really lowered their standards to even have this on their site. Go down the road to All Seasons resort. A little more in price, but so worth it.

This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.
