InterContinental Aqaba by IHG

Our stay at InterContinental Aqaba (Resort Aqaba) by IHG was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout our visit. When they learned it was our anniversary, Despina, the Guest Relations Manager, surprised us with a complimentary celebration cake delivered to our room — a truly thoughtful and memorable gesture. Kiras at the reception was also outstanding, incredibly helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Every detail was handled with care, and we genuinely felt valued as guests. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Aqaba.

Vi reiste som familie til Jordan med fire barn på 8, 10, 12 og 15 år. Alt i alt et flott hotell med hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Maten var god og det var rent og pent på rommene. Mulighet for connecting rooms. Egen privat strand for hotellgjestene. For dem som reiser som familie er det likevel viktig å vite at det er 16-års aldersgrense på å benytte boblebadet ute og det store bassenget, og 18 år for spa-avdelingen, treningssenteret og biljardbordet. Men det finnes likevel flere gode svømmebasseng også for barna - også oppvarmet i den kaldere perioden av året. Det er egen fotballbane, volleyball, bordtennis, lekeplass og et eget lekerom for de mindre barna. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Excellent hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. Pools and other facilities were top class.

Staff were exceptionally good. Every single staff member we came across was polite, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Good food options. Have to make a special mention for the pool bar team who we found cheerful and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.
