All were so nice and accomadating! However, we have an EV car and all the spots were taken by other than EVs. There was one EV charging and the other spots were taken by gas vehicles. We were able to hook up the next day but were disappointed by the inconsideration of the other guests.

It was a very nice room, my only problem was not enough parking spaces for all the cars, we paid for parking and only got a spot once.

Nice hotel, close to Navy Yard and football & basketball centers. Nice lounge area for food/drinks with colleagues after work. Clean room, comfortable settings. No microwave in the room, you have to go to common area to warm up your leftovers! Parking costs $25 a day and there isn't much free street parking so figure on that extra expense.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Philly. We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Complimentary EV charging. My family also really enjoyed the complimentary Christmas breakfast as well. Loved the carbonated drinks/water (hot & cold) dispenser in the lobby.

Our room was nice, clean. I’m surprised there is no microwave in the room. Although there was a coffee maker, I’m accustomed to complementary brewed coffees and teas, not paying $$ for Starbucks’. Also, only one elevator was in service. All staff we came across were very friendly. I’m also surprised there is not a shuttle service provided to and from large sporting events. I guess it’s the days of Uber.

Great room and access to the Well Fargo center. Check in was easy with Earl at the front desk. Beautiful campus with nice bar and outdoor patio w/fire pit. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Property was clean and well maintained. Their gym is above average compared to other hotels. We aprreciated the water machine in the lobby. Staff was excellent. Proximity to the Lincoln Financial Field was convenient.

Only stayed one night for a show. The room was immaculate upon first checking in. All staff I interacted with were courteous, answered any questions I had, and helpful. Extremely maintained property, quiet for being near an airport, and I enjoyed being able to walk to the show venue with ease. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to sleep at all I was put in room 103 which is on the first floor which I was excited about and there was an exit door to easily access my car right by my room which Everytime someone went in or out it was like a car door slamming right next to my bed

Nice property for the price point. Modern and very roomy. It was close to our primary destination of Citizens Bank Park, however, very distant from the historical downtown. Also, no amenities besides one restaurant close by.

NEVER EVEN HAD THE CHANCE TO STAY! 2 hours before checking in and being 2 jours away from home, we were informed by EMAIL, that due to “overbooking” our rooms were cancelled and we we were re-routed to another farther away from our venue. Now we booked these rooms MONTHS ago and checked the reservation the night before! Then we were told that “all of a sudden” some rooms were “out of order”…which was it? And it apparently it happens quite often at this location…WE WERE BUMPED, plain and simple!! We were compensated, however, have to travel farther away from the venue, a very un-acceptable situation! Why were we the guests screwed? NEVER AGAIN!

Even though it was a short stay , the service was great the night staff and morning staff was so kind I definitely will be back again for a longer stay also the breakfast here is good especially the the eggs they were scrambled to perfection

Could not have asked for more! Staff was amazing! Front desk Hailey, Niceary and Earl were wonderful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We were there for 3 concerts, super easy walking path for most of the way you do have to cross under major interstate but it was not bad at all. We had lunch in the bistro one time and it was good. Would highly recommend and will always book this hotel for more concerts in the future 100000 out of 10! Highly recommend !

We checked in online then when at the property the system was down and not allowed to check in. The restaurant area was out of food and wine listed. I did not receive a notification that my room was ready until after 8:30pm. I need to be compensated for the inconvenience and the $44 parking charge I got to refresh and change at a Marriott sister hotel my cousin was staying 15 minutes away whose system wasn’t down

We stayed here for the Eagles Superbowl win- very nice hotel, close to the stadiums, walkable but you do need to cross a busy road. The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly at check in and check out.

We were in Philadelphia for a concert at the Wells Fargo Center. Hotel was in walking distance to the arena. Easy, quick and safe walk to and from. Hotel room was very comfortable for our brief stay. Would stay again.

We booked this hotel to watch a concert at a venue basically 2 blocks away. It was walking distance but there is no dining around it. We came back from the concert hungry and had to leave again by car as the restaurant was closed and there wasn't anything walking distance. The property was clean and beds comfy.

The room was great, the front desk staff was helpful, but their onsite Bistro left a bad taste in my mouth. It was frustrating to watch multiple tables that came in after I did be served well before my 2 top was served a mediocre breakfast.

Even though it was a short stay , the service was great the night staff and morning staff was so kind I definitely will be back again for a longer stay also the breakfast here is good especially the the eggs they were scrambled to perfection

Property was clean, staff was nice and close to all the staduims. 15 minute walk to the Wells Fargo Center, 10 minutes to downtown Philly. The Bistro in the hotel was not worth the money, better off taking the 10 minute ride into Philly to eat.

Great location, great rooms and accommodations, and lovely and approachable staff. The only negative I’d give is the food is not that diverse. A minor opinion on an otherwise beautiful stay.

This was our first stay, in fact, our first time in the completely revamped Navy Yard neighborhood. It was a great experience. Great facility and an amazing, informative, and helpful staff. We stayed here because we were attending the Rush concert at Xfinity Mobile Arena. And, yes, the venue was an easy and convenient walk from the hotel. Certainly better than paying $40 to park at the Arena. And no traffic snarls trying to leave. We would highly recommend this hotel. Outstanding.

The area around the hotel is extremely safe and easy to navigate when walking to the nearby arenas. Also the prices of the food were very reasonable!! Staff were so kind and helpful!! Room was extremely clean and the bed was quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Nice stay and nice room. Disappointed in the service at the bar/ restaurant. We did not get any food because it was too busy and by the time they came to talk to us they were closed
