Friendly attentive staff. Every person was pleasant & helpful. Hotel is Clean, well maintained, good condition. A drawback; room service only Thur thru Sun. I arrived on a Wed. Casino allows smoking and dining room is in the casino. Fortunetly the hotel is non smoking but I asked for a 3rd floor room on the opposite end of hotel away from casino to avoid 2nd hand smoke drifting thru vents. A little tough to use workout room with smoke wafting in.

Hotel at the Win River Casino. Hotel is non smoking but lobby still has cigarette smoke smell. The staff is great. Luggage carts available and elevator for easy room access. Restaurant in the Casino served a nice breakfast. Lots of parking.

There is no longer a spa, the hot tub is tiny, thats about all my complaints. There arebetter casino hotels out there but this location is convenient.

Our room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty socks by the bed when you entered the room along with a used qtip by the bed and the mini fridge was frozen over with the door unable to close. Ended the trip wasting 2 plates and a full pizza due to this. Upon check out, the staff didnt know what i was talking about regarding the fridge and told me i should have let them know beforehand. Ive stayed here before and had no issues. Its a shame the customer service was so sub par this time. I dont know if ill be staying here again. Tip for the next person that stays here: thouroughly inspect your room before you go eat at their restaurant or hit the casino. Also stay with the front desk when making a complaint to ensure it gets documented. Restaurant had good food and casino was fun.

Yesterday I reserved a room, we are locals, we were just trying to have fun, I chose a suite with a jacuzzi. When I wanted to use it, the big surprise was that the drain plug was full of hair. That killed my vibes and we decided not to spend the night there. The worker on duty was very embarrassed and apologized when I showed her the photo of how dirty it was.

The room was over sanitized. Very strong odor of perfumey cleanser. Hotel is across from the railroad tracks so you can easily hear train whistles. Overall facility was worn and dirty. Dingy sort of ambiance. Staff were all friendly and very helpful.

The staff was great. The room seemed very clean except for some stains on the walls and ceiling, and we found a few cigarette butts when we pulled a chair out from the wall. The worst thing for me was the smell of smoke coming from the casino. I knew to expect some smoke (given it is a casino), but the hotel area is supposedly non-smoking. Our room was one that was the farthest from the casino, but it still smelled like smoke. Walking through the casino to get to the restaurant was actually nauseating to me. I’m a former smoker, and can usually handle a bit of ambient smoke, but this was over the top. Maybe they need to invest in better ventilation system? If you can handle the smoke, it was a great value. All of the staff were sweet and helpful.

Very small checking and lobby area with only one staff. Hotel Hall is very dark. Hotel room size is ok but everything is old. The AC unit in our suite was very loud and hard to watch TV. It's nice to get two bottles of water a day and free parking close by

Stayed in the Bay Suite. Very spacious. 2 bathrooms, shower and Jetted tub. They even provide bath salts. Keurig coffee in room. Comfortable bed. Couch, two chairs a table with 3 chairs. Very clean. Only negative is the great view of the roof.

The room was decent, but the air conditioner kept malfunctioning. I called the front desk Anna they told me how to reset it. It worked, but after approximately 15 minutes it switched from cooling to heating. I reset it every time and it continues. The television also lost signal every 5 minutes for about 45 seconds. I called the desk and they said it was a network issue, which I found hard to believe since it lasted the entire 3 days of my stay.

Check in was at 3:00 pm & we arrived at 3:05. Our room was not ready. We were not able to check in until 5:00 pm. The staff was very friendly & apologetic.Even though the lobby was non smoking it smelled like cigarette smoke. We look for valets & bell service when we travel. There was no bell service & the valet was closed on Sunday.

Check in was at 3:00 pm & we arrived at 3:05. Our room was not ready. We were not able to check in until 5:00 pm. It was absolutely wonderful to stay here! I usually don’t bother to do reviews but the service was so exceptional I want to let everyone know! Everyone was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and happy! It was a very nice comfortable hotel and very clean! I will definitely stay here again l!!

Casino was a bit off of the freeway. Arrived and the lobby was pretty smoky. Hotel was smoke free. Hotel staff was friendly and kind. Woman did not give us directions to where anything was. Restaurant inside the casino was good and had a nice selection to choose from. Also received a coupon for each of us upon checking in to the hotel, to get &15.00 off of our meal. Hotel room was very nice and spacious. We were very close to done Railroad tracks, which was noisy, also someone had a barking dog close by.

Win-River has a beautiful nature setting. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone. This was my second time staying at Win-River. My only complaint is that the hotel lobby and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke when I have stayed at this property. My room was smoke free and the restaurant was smoke free. They do have a smoke free gambling area.

My only complaint is that the hotel lobby and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke when I have stayed at this property. My room was smoke free and the restaurant was smoke free. They do have a smoke free gambling area.

Asa always a great place to stay not to eat. The staff in the cafe I think it’s called creek side is horrible. They’re not friendly , courteous or happy. Very slow service just to get a cup of coffee took 10 minutes. There dirty and gross.

Slow service at the restaurant even when there weren’t many customers. The casino reeks of smoke there’s no way for rooms to not get the smokey smell.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The free valet parking was a lovely perk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the window could be opened. They gave us vouchers to sign up for their “players club”, which provided us the net of free breakfast. Apart from the second hand smoke wafting from the casino into the lobby, it made for a pleasant overnight rest stop.

Excellent stay. Spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, friendly and professional service everywhere, easy parking on premises. A very convenient overnight stop on our way home. There is a restaurant on property with very good food. Highly recommend this place if in the area.

The hotel and casino were great. Only one option for food, and the casino had no beverage station. No place to get water or soda.

Casino was a bit off of the freeway. Arrived and the lobby was pretty smoky. Hotel was smoke free. Hotel staff was friendly and kind. Woman did not give us directions to where anything was. Restaurant inside the casino was good and had a nice selection to choose from. Also received a coupon for each of us upon checking in to the hotel, to get &15.00 off of our meal. Hotel room was very nice and spacious. We were very close to done Railroad tracks, which was noisy, also someone had a barking dog close by.

Had a great stay, room was great, lady at front desk was great. But we went to the breakfast buffet in the casino, 1. Way too expensive and 2 we had TERRIBLE service. We had just got married and had family in town. She turned away a family of 6. Our waiters was terrible and rude.

Dinner was sub par. Waiter was good! Front desk was Great as was the the club card lady. lady bartender was very unfriendly. Room was nice!

The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean like other 3 star hotels. One downfall was the smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel lobby is also one of the entrances of the Casino so every time someone walked into the lobby the doors will automatically open and the stench of smoke rushes in.

So I am a repeat customer at this hotel specifically for the room we stayed in due to family events and birth dates, however this is the first time I've ever had a poor experience the hotel was completely sold out so I know making any complaints to the hotel staff directly would have done nothing for me however the floors were incredibly sticky in the suite upon entering and within 30 minutes of walking around bare feet my feet were completely black! On top of that the jacuzzi tub did not seem to be working the lights were flickering and would not stay on the Jets motor was extremely loud and not soothing of any kind!

The main issue we had was the restaurant was not as clean as we would have liked. We were given dirty silverware and dirty napkins. Table needed to wiped down. The menus were disgusting... traces of food, sauces and fingerprints on them. We got up to wash our hands before we ate our food after touching the menus. But, the food was good.
