We booked in a 4 star hotel a room with beautiful pictures. We specifically searched for a room with 4 single beds which was when we booked. When arrived we had a ok room which did not look like the pictures and had a double bed and a fold out sofa bed with a very bad matras. So that was disapointing. The next morning the hotel wasn’t 4 star as described but 3 star. And the breakfast was very minimal, eggs overcooked, almost no healthy options and cucumber sliced with a dirty knife. In the end it was a mediocre breakfast for a 3 star restaurant / hotel but we specifically searched and booked / paid for a 4 star to avoid this. Ok for a budget stay but if you list and advertise a 4 star restaurant with beautiful pictures you set a wrong expectation

Værelset var rent, men sovesofaen var virkelig dårlig. Der faldt flere lameller ud af sengen og vi måtte sætte skraldespanden under for at holde den.

It was an interesting experience. I arrived late and check in was problematic because there isn’t on-duty receptionist. The room was in another building. The room was large enough for a family of 4 but almost nothing inside. Nobody informed me about breakfast, room etc. I wish I were better informed.
