Os funcionários são atenciosos e as o atacões do hotel são ótimas.

Tout est mis en oeuvre pour que vous vous sentiez à l'aise. La mise à disposition de boissons chaudes ou froides et de petits gâteaux est une très bonne attention et très réconfortant surtout après notre escapade aux sources chaudes de Reykjadalur. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la propreté et le petit-déjeuner très complet. Nous recommandons cette adresse à 200 pour cent.

The rating is actually 4.5 and its just because on our first day, our towels smelled so musty so we had to have them replaced. Also the corridors can be very noisy especially since the doors are heavy and slams if not guided to a close. If your room is close to the Spa, the geothermal smell (sulphurish) can be smelt in your room though that is not the hotels fault at all. The reason I continued to give it 5 stars though is because these things are bearable and is not entirely a deal breaker for me. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and breakfast was great. You can also see the northern lights when the sky is clear and the timing is great. I would still come back and stay here.
