Very clean nice andspacious. Convenient. Really appreciate the mini fridge

Like other reviews, the exterior is sketchy. But the room was clean and the double beds were comfortable enough. The room itself needed some repair (the bathroom baseboards need to be replaced and the tub/shower spigot needed to be re-caulked). But the price was great for what I needed (a place to sleep after a long day driving).

Room was really nice! Staff was awesome and everything was clean. Area was full of shopping and food. Everything you need is with walking distance if need be.

Nice older Mom and Pop hotel built in the late 60's or 70's. It has recently been remodeled with nice rooms and a comfortable bed. Each room has a refrigerator and a microwave. It is several blocks from a freeway so it's quiet. There are several restaurants and fast food places nearby. I recommend it as a quiet comfortable place to stay in Lake City.

Average motel, good location for dining, some shopping for essentials, and car care. Room was clean and tidy. Beds weren’t the best, but not the worst. Price was about average for what I got. I would stay again.
