I wanted to share some feedback about our stay. The apartment itself was nice, but unfortunately there was a persistent urine and sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made it unpleasant at times. Our biggest disappointment, however, was the location. It felt much rougher than we had expected from the listing. On several occasions we were approached by drug addicts and heavily intoxicated people, and our children became genuinely scared. As a family, this made us feel uncomfortable and affected our overall experience. Considering the amount we paid for the apartment, we honestly don’t feel that the stay lived up to what was advertised or what we expected. We chose the apartment based on the description and photos, but had we known more about the neighborhood and the issues with the bathroom, we would most likely have chosen another place.

Eine Vorwarnung, dass es am Gebäude gegenüber aktuell umfangreiche Bauarbeiten erfolgen und es dadurch auch in der Wohnung dadurch den ganzen Tag zwischen 6 und 17 Uhr sehr laut ist, gehört fairerweise zwingend dazu! Diese hat gefehlt!
Eine Vorwarnung, dass es am Gebäude gegenüber aktuell umfangreiche Bauarbeiten erfolgen und es dadurch auch in der Wohnung dadurch den ganzen Tag zwischen 6 und 17 Uhr sehr laut ist, gehört fairerweise zwingend dazu! Diese hat gefehlt!

Muy bien ubicado pero el baño olía feo por el tubo, se escuchaba que salía agua y no se veían fugas. Los sillones muy viejos y las sillas del comedor te hundías cuando te sentabas
