In the property description it is not mentioned that the bar is closed although it did mention there was no dining service during renovation period. It was not mentioned that next door to the property there is a 24/7 major railway construction site which was extremely noisy throughout the night. Although in a convenient location for the airport we would not recommend staying at this property.

We unfortunately booked during the time the restaurant / pub was out of action due to renovations. This meant loud construction noises all day and nothing available in the immediate area, with no apologies. I have double checked the website and there is no mention of this - as previous Bayswater locals we were very disapointed to learn after our booking that we did not have our veloced "baysie hotel" to enjoy a meal and a few drinks. In addition to this the housekeeping services were terrible, we were woken up twice with a "do not disturb" door tag. The woman was rude and unhelpful. We left our room from 10am-2pm after staying 2 nights and a doore tag asking for our room to be made up and it did not happen. However, I must mention the woman in reception was lovely and super friendly. Overall a very dissapointing experience and would not recommend!

This wasn't mentioned when making booking (not good ), we should have been informed. Traffic condition in the area due to all the construction turmoil.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The whole complex is a construction site so no street appeal but once you find the rooms they are fine for a few nights. Would recommend if you need to stay in the area but not as the basis for a first time visit to Perth.

Das Hotel ist von einem Bauzaun umgeben. Angeblich findet Hotelbetrieb statt, aber auf die Nachrichten, die auf dem Anrufbeantworter hinterlassen wurden, erfolgte keine Antwort, auch nicht von dem angekündigten "Caretaker". Die vereinbarten elektronischen Informationen, die FRÜHZEITIG geschickt werden sollten, da ich nicht ständig online bin, haben mich erst erreicht, als ich nach telefonischen Fehlverversuchen ein anderes Hotel aufgesucht habe. Dem freundlichen Taxifahrer, der mich unterstützte, sei Dank!!! Sonst hätte ich auf der Straße schlafen müssen.

Didn’t realise when I booked I’d be smack bang in the middle of a construction site, it was fine tho, clean and the complimentary coffee from the cafe around the corner stellar

We unfortunately booked during the time the restaurant / pub was out of action due to renovations. This meant loud construction noises all day and nothing available in the immediate area, with no apologies. I have double checked the website and there is no mention of this - as previous Bayswater locals we were very disapointed to learn after our booking that we did not have our veloced "baysie hotel" to enjoy a meal and a few drinks. In addition to this the housekeeping services were terrible, we were woken up twice with a "do not disturb" door tag. The woman was rude and unhelpful. We left our room from 10am-2pm after staying 2 nights and a doore tag asking for our room to be made up and it did not happen. However, I must mention the woman in reception was lovely and super friendly. Overall a very dissapointing experience and would not recommend!

There was to construction going on, hotel is shut down due to renovations so no dining (not good) railway line next door was being upgraded construction went on all night ( Noisey). This wasn't mentioned when making booking (not good ), we should have been informed. Traffic condition in the area due to all the construction turmoil.

Great place for a family stopover. Kids appreciated the bunk beds in a separate room and we all enjoyed a meal in the pub. And two stops to the airport meant we could be there in 20mins.

Frustrating layout and tight parking: Regretful stay for the price We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, intending to use the secure parking and train link. However, our experience fell short. Upon booking via Hotels.com, we received an auto-message containing passive-aggressive, rigid text about check-in rules, bonds, and limited reception hours. This was an unwelcoming start for a $207 nightly rate. While the late check-in staff were very welcoming and friendly, the parking is exceptionally tight. The listing mentions limited parking, but the actual ratio is roughly 10 spots for over 40 rooms. We were initially forced to park outside the gate in an adjacent bottle-shop carpark, which felt insecure for an airport-linked stay. I only managed to secure a proper spot later when another guest left. The room layout was highly inconvenient. The map provided led us through a winding maze: up a lift, down corridors, up a flight of stairs, and back down another flight of stairs just to reach Room 3. Because of this tedious up-and-down trek, we opted to leave our heavy luggage in the car. While the room itself looked nice, the overall experience did not justify a $200+ price tag, especially compared to the superior standard of nearby hotels for a similar price. It is convenient for the airport, but be prepared for limited parking and an exhausting walk to your room.

Very comfortable six night stay while visiting family in Perth. Lovely reception staff. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel next door was the perfect spot for numerous catch ups, lunches and dinners. Easy walk to cafes, IGA and pharmacy. Location is conveniently located near the train station. We’ll be back.
