I was greeted with a “yes?” on arrival. There is no attempt at customer service or friendliness here. The ice machine was broken. My neighbor didn’t have any toilet paper. Stained rug, stained tub, no outdoor sitting/smoking area, it was a smoke free room but the blanket had cigarette burns. The television didn’t have a single channel and the handle on the microwave was broken. The fridge and ac worked wonderfully.

The first room that I was given was so filthy. There was dirt all over the floor there. Bath bathtub was horrible the toilet had dried poop in it. And when I lifted the sheet I found, there was dog hairs all over the sheet. When I asked for a refund, I couldn't get one because I had booked through home.com. expedia And they would not give me my money back. So the manager put me in another room for that night since it was very late and i walked away from the rest of my reservation to stay where it was clean and safe. *shivers*

Found dirty towels in the bathtub. Bathtub and commode were dirty, feces on the bowl. Floor was sticky. Bedspreads & rugs were visibly dirty. Trash in front of our door - we removed it after our 2 night stay. Room had a sour odor. The front desk attendant and housekeeper were very pleasant.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Carpet was stained and had holes, sheets did not appear to be clean, towels were stained and very thin. Mold and stains in the tub…I wouldn’t bathe my dog in it. Definitely won’t be staying here again!

When we arrived, the heater was on and the room was about 90 degrees; it took all night for it to cool off. There was no ice bucket or drinking glasses, the the shower was like something you would use to power wash a horse, plus cold water sprayed from the cold water handle. The overall condition of the motel had deteriorated and there was essentially no breakfast, hot or otherwise.

Very spacious, and very clean. Literally looks brand new! Our first time staying in West Plains, so no idea on that, but all three of our rooms were perfect, comfortable, and an amazing breakfast provided.

Rude staff that barely understands English, so poorly you're met with blank stares when you ask questions because they don't understand you. Room smelled mouldy and musty, badly enough we had to buy air freshener to tolerate the room. Room was dirty, with sticky stuff on the floor, nasty stains on the sheets and all over the bathroom. Smoke alarm had no battery. Unknown stuff smeared on the walls. Numerous people who "live" at the motel appeared to be on illicit substances and we're screaming at each other and behaving violently multiple times during our stay. Water from tap had strange metal flakes in it, and any time you turned on the tap in the bath it ran red with rust. Seriously dissatisfied with this place, especially for the price they gouged us for because of the eclipse....

First of all the guy ripped me off out of $ when I reserve the room originally he wanted me to cancel because he did not want to pay Expedia the $ month and he tried to charge me $ for my dogs which I hesitantly paid Which is B.S. because I reserve the room I annotated on it that I had two dogs weighing five and 20 pounds each The last review I did on that cesspool is the guy approached me and beg me to take it down

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Person doing the check in was rude. Then got into the room, not impressed at all. It was disgusting. Dead bugs on bathroom floor, we were provided 1 very thin medium towel and a floor mat towel that was stained. Hot water took forever. Room badly in need of being brought out of the 1960's. I do not recommend this place. Avoid at all cost.

After checking in I noticed the tv did not work, toilet seat was broken, and toilet was backing up into shower. I notified management and all issues were completed/fixed right away. The only problems were sheet protector was not secured tightly on sheets, the sun shone through windows in the morning so I could not sleep in. Not much can be done about the sun I understand just be aware of this issue when booking. Continental breakfast served.

It was absolutely horrible. There was a Crack head rocking back and forth, chewing his face off by the office door. When I got in the room it was filthy. There was mo shower head, which was probably for the beat because I probably would have gotten a staph infection from standing in the tub.

I booked this room through Expedia. Got there to check in and the lady was very rude-dogs barking and a card game or something going on. I told her I had a reservation and she commented "Can't you read the sign -NO VACANCY".

There was no one there at 3:00 pm to check us in. We arrived at 2:45 and was told it would be an hour and a half before check in. He told me to apply for a refund and there would be no problem. Now I've been told by someone else that we were there before 3, so tough luck and no refunds. This is a terrible place, Dumpy and there were only construction workers staying there. I tried to give business to an older property with local owners, NEVER AGAIN. This place steals your money.
