We enjoyed our stay as it was close to the shopping precinct and we could walk to meals and the beautiful beach. The cleanliness of the facilities was a stand out for me. Be aware there are stairs to the second story.

The Resort was clean with easy walking distance to the shops and beach. The pool was basic but it was nice. The Resort bedroom we stayed in had a ceiling fan that would only go one speed flat out and sounded like a helicopter in the room, so we had to sleep on the couches that where uncomfortable and didn't get much sleep for the 2 nights we stayed. Also the oven wouldn't turn off after using it and we had to ring after hours number for someone to come help fix it, luckily he came quickly and was able to fix it for us.

Fan didn’t work, carpets tiles had all stains on them. Ac fan only worked on high and temp only went to 23. Bathroom was not clean.

We stayed for one night. Looked good in the internet and a good location. Reception girl was friendly but when we went to the room it all changed. Weeds around pool, you could hear other rooms going to the toilet, workers were noisy, quilt in the cupboard hadn’t been washed in ages and smelt and the mini fridge rattled throughout the night.

Really easy to find, just on the edge of town and near shops and a takeaway. Really friendly reception with great local advuce. Room was prestine if ageing. Everything was there. Would book again

Property needs a reno, for over $200 a night...bed was hard...need mattress toppers, microwave was old and yellow didn't work and towel rails were a yellow colour too...it was clean ...frig was rusty at the bottom and made a noise.TV you had to sign into 9now to access and other apps to access channels

This was good value overnight accommodation for us. Our room had a small outdoor area that overlooked the pool. Shower & bed were good. The room had a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster which was a requirement for us. The only drawback was that the only place to wash the dishes was in the bathroom sink. Location is great, with a flat easy walk to multiple shops, restaurants and the beach. And there is a small set of shops with a grocery store right around the corner. Gated parking area next door where you can leave your car (for a fee) if taking a overnight tour to Fraser Island. And tour pick up point is just a few steps away. Very convenient.

Easy to find on main road into Rainbow Beach. Staff person was pleasant and helpful on check-in and information provided to help manage our stay. Room was clean with basic facilites. Would have liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom. There is a requirement to wash our dishes ourselves but the only facility to do this is in the bathroom!

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It included a washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The linens and pillows were spotlessly clean. The pillows and mattress had additional protective layers. Mary greeted us upon arrival, and she was exceptionally kind.

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Perfect location to everything you need. IGA next door, Ed's bakery and bottle shop. Bowls club across the road. Access to beach drives close. Although some rooms are a little old, i will definitely be staying there again.

Stayed 2 nights after completing the Cooloola Great Walk. Manager checked us in early and was extremely helpful in every way. Excellent facility and close enough to everything Rainbow Beach has to offer. Well equipped, comfortable and quiet.

We had a unit with kitchen - all was very comfortable and roomy. We decided to put all the dishes through the dish washer before using them as the cupboards were a little grubby as were window sills, etc. Nice clean pool and barbecue area which could cater to a larger family group. We didn't find the staff very friendly - we asked to use the barbecue around 5pm and apparently you must ask before 5pm otherwise be subjected to a tirade about how the lady had started at 7am and all she wants to do is go home and have a life. Perhaps they should make sure in their information book that they make it clear that after the office is closed at 5pm wo betide you if you want to ask for anything? Didn't we pay quite a bit for a room in a hotel which calls itself a resort? Get more office staff.

It was a nice stay and the accommodation was a nice old property but there were a lot of things that needed repair, such as blinds not closing properly, doors falling off hinges etc. The bed was terrible
