Amazing place to stay! Very quiet and secure! One thing to keep in mind is that its boat access only so when you arrive be prepared to pay 400 bot

The property has so much potential but sadly they don’t update or maintain the rooms. The whole shower head units are rusty and the faucet spouts are faulty, water splashing everywhere. No beach towels are provided and the bath towels look like they have been through hell and back. No lounge chairs either. The only great thing about this place is the location. We rented the oceanfront view rooms and it was nice to have direct access of the beach. The water is clear and you can do some light snorkeling - it’s the only saving grace.

A chegada no hotel é horrível, você desce na ilha e não sabe para onde ir, não há funcionários que te ajudam com as malas e você fica perdido. A estrutura do hotel não é boa, falta muita manutenção, quartos embolorados, móveis velhos, jardins abandonados, tem muita coisa que poderia ser melhorada imediatamente, a começar pela organização e limpeza, mas os funcionários não colaboram e o hotel parece abandonado. Falta gerenciamento. Também não tem estrutura nenhuma do hotel para o hospede usufruir da praia com conforto, tomar banho de sol, o hotel não disponibiliza cadeiras e nem guarda-sol, disponibiliza apenas um pedaço de tecido para você estender na areia. o melhor do hotel é o restaurante, comida gostosa e atendimento simpático. O café da manhã é fraco e todo dia a mesma coisa. A beleza natural da praia acabou valendo a pena ficar nesse hotel.

Paradise by name and paradise by nature! Absolutely stunning setting on beautiful white sand beach with turquoise water. We were picked up at the pier after exiting the ferry from Koh Lanta and delivered to the resort by long boat free of charge. We had booked the basic bungalow which was completely functional with air con, a decent bathroom, awesome little veranda to hang out on. Coffee and tea supplied and free buffet breakfast included in our deal. Breakfast was the best we’ve had so far in our 3 weeks of travelling. Gorgeous cats everywhere. Snorkeling gear available for hire (100 baht for the day) Restaurant with plenty of selection and ok prices considering the location. Loved it so much we extended our stay and upgraded to the superior rooms. Amazeballs! Massage onsite for about 400 - 500 baht an hour- my best one yet… not too firm 😉

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix sur la plus belle plage de Koh phi phi Si je devais noter quelques points à améliorer : pommeau de douche pas pratique pour notamment enlever le magnifique sable de la plage ( pas très agréable de dormir avec du sable ) + pas de chaise ou transat pour la plage + prêt de paréo et non serviette de plage ( donc en avoir avec soi ) Bon à savoir navette bateau offerte pour arrivée et départ selon heures . En dehors payant ou sentier pour accès village (30mn de marche)

Perfect place to get away from the bustle of Tonsai and still be only a 5 mnt taxi boat away. Good snorkeling nearby you can swim from the beach. Good swimming and white sandy beach. Rooms are clean. In house massages good. Owners are very helpful. Would be good to keep the grass mowed.

Schönes Resort am Long Beach - wahrscheinlich das Beste am Long Beach, geräumige Bungalows direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist perfekt. Direkt vor der Bungalow-Tür beginnt der Strand. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch - Blick auf Ko Phi Phi Ley. Preis passt und das Frühstück ist auch recht umfangreich für thai Verhältnisse. Leider trotz sehr internationalen Gästen kaum bzw. Schlechte englisch Kenntnisse. Gerade beim Bedienungspersonal.

This is a beautiful property that could maybe use a bit more upkeep. A/C in our room was questionable and the furniture was a little run down. The beach was stunning but it is out of the way of the main district. While you can hike about 30 minutes to town or take a long boat, neither are super convenient late at night. The Long Boats can't always pull up to the hotel area either, we had to do a very sketchy hike over a steep hill from another beach with our suitcases when we arrived. Thankfully the staff carried our bags but it was definitely unexpected. Food at the restaurant is passable but not the best.

The hotel premisses are quite dates, it’s not exactly what you see in the pictures. There aren’t beach chairs or anything like that. The breakfast is really catered to the asian market much more than the western one. The bed was not very good in my opinion. On the plus side, they have complimentary boat ride on arrival and departure to the pier. They checked us in earlier as well.

It definitely doesn’t feel like a “resort” at all — more like a motel. Whoever photographed Paradise Resort should get a raise, however, because the photos look far, far better than reality — I even walked right by when I was first arriving because it looked so different from the photos and there was no signage. The “spa” is a collection of day beds with thin curtains and is not luxurious at all. In general, I’d advise against staying at any Long Beach hotel during the off-season — there isn’t anything to do and it’s inconvenient to get to the main area of Phi Phi. If the weather is bad, sometimes the boats aren’t even running, and the 45-minute “walk” to the main area is really more of a hike and is confusing and strenuous, especially with luggage. I was very close to changing hotels, even without a refund, because I’d really wanted a “resort” experience. I’d stay elsewhere!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a really beautiful resort on a beautiful island.

Room is awful, in dire need of renovation. The toilet room - literally smells like a septic tank. Green looking fluid all over the floor, tiles even look dirty. The towels they provide smell like they haven’t been washed and dried properly. In the bedroom section - mattress is rock solid, may as well of sleep on the floor. Fridge is disgusting. Lack of descent lighting. Mosquitoes everywhere! I understand the rural aspect, but many things which are straightforward can be approved upon. The main reason for not giving this place 1 star is the beach and restaurant / staff. These are the best things this place can offer. Also, fyi literally no shops or other restaurants close by.

Location is excellent, team is a bit confused but nice, however the condition of the room terrible. Rust on all metal in bathroom, mould, a 1,5m open crack in bathroom tiles. Wrapped drinking glass with large stains on it, bad smell from sink. This would not have been an issue at a correct price level, where you know what you will get, but when paying 4 star price in a not central location it is very bad. Brought this up to reception first evening, they did not have a solution, no offer to move room etc. We said we would follow up next day. Heard nothing. Same day after. Mentioned on check out, and got a response that “what would you like me to do?”. No action, no fix, no assistance. First day, ok condition blue resort towels in room, from second day miscolored turquoise towels with damages all around replaced the blue ones. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is the amazing beach next to the resort and the team is sweet, however a complete lack of management holds their delivery back and made for a really disappointing stay.

Extremt hårda sängar. Väldigt lyhört. Mycket mögel både i badrum och resten av stugan. Extremt otrevlig personal både mot oss och andra gäster. Dåligt frukost utbud. Middagen var inte bra tillagad. De glömde vissa rätter och skyllde på gästerna. Transfer taxi gick bara 3 gånger om dagen och passade inte in bra med frukost dagen man skulle checka ut.

The location and hospitality were both incredible. The staff were so amazing and helpful, they made our stay wonderful. The beach while public felt quite private in front of the resort, there were always beach chairs to be found and a beautiful amount of shade available for those hot phi phi days. The bungalows were very clean and well cared for though there was some water damage in places in our room. I feel that this is to be expected in the environment. We would definitely stay here again!!

Detta hotell ligger 10 min med båt från hamnen. Gratis båt finns bara man frågar någon i hamnen. Det är trevligt att det ligger lite avsides, då det är väldigt mycket folk inne i stan. Det är en lång sandstrand med ljusgul sand och det finns flera hotell, restauranger, massageställen etc där. Du kommer absolut inte vara ensam, men det är lite färre folk. Vill du bada så är det toppen här. Massage 500 baht, lunch/middag 300 baht. Jag bokade inklusive frukost. Frukosten var okej. Hälften var mer middagsrätter såsom spaghetti bolognese(!) men resten var mer europeisk frukost med bröd och yoghurt. Det rum jag fick var okej. Jag hade stannat längre om det varit bättre, för stranden var väldigt trevlig och detta verkar vara det bästa hotellet på Longbeach om man ska tro recensionerna. Även om de städade varje dag, bytte lakan varje dag, och man fick nya handdukar varje dag oavsett om man ville det eller ej, så var det inte rent. En del sängkläder behövde pensioneras, och det var inte rent överallt tyvärr. Badrummet var inte kul, så jag duschade i mörkret för att slippa tänka så mycket på det. Dock var det tyst i rummet. Det enda jag kunde höra var ljud från insekter, men aldrig någon människa, vilket var skönt och avslappnande. AC:n funkade bra. Men det var lite sjangserat. Jag vet att vi har lite olika syn på hur det bör se ut, men mer kunde göras för en liten peng. Tex måla om i rummet, skruva upp hyllor som höll på att falla ner. Bytte hotell pga det tyvärr.

Best location on the beautiful long beach. Nice rooms, beach front, kind people.

Large room, couch was dirty/stained, bed was very firm. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

great view and beach was incredible. hotel location was a bit remote, need to take long boat or a 20 min walk. hotel offers free ride on check in/out days. as for room, we had 2 large beds facing water, some issues we faced - wifi weak and maxed on # of people, and toilet flush was not good. staff super friendly. hotel breakfast was ok.

However, structure of building is very weak againt noise when somebody in next room makes noise after drinking at late evening. Problem is the reception close around 10 pm I had to complain next day but same thing was happened again on that day. Staff of the resort can only say sorry. I really suggest the resort to make a strict regulation for such uneducated and unmannered guests to be discharged in cases of having several.complaints from other guests. Everyone pays same cost and spend valuable time for own holiday and nobody has any right to ruin it for any reason.

The first floor room (not the bungalow) was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs some love, but it's not a deal breaker. The restaraunt had a decent choice and the food was good. The best part is that it's located in a quiet part of the island, so there is no disturbance from loud music and crowds until late night. The beach and the sea, which is why you come here, are close to perfect. The staff is nice and helpful too. Transportation between the main pier and the hotel was a little wonky, but it's free and... you know, island life. I spent quite a while choosing the accomodation and reading the reviews and wasn't disappointed.

Getting here is definitely a journey but it is worth the journey to tour this area. The restaurant and food were really good. The view from our room (beach front) was also amazing. I love the fact that the room had a covered patio with lounge chairs so you could look out at the beach/ocean. We opted for an excursion with the hotel which was private for just us and that was the highlight of our trip to phi phi. The only negative was the room was dated and could use some updating and cleaning. I realize staying right on the beach on an island does make things more difficult for upkeep but feel like if they did small things it would really make a difference. The only way to run the small ac was with the room key (an actual key) and once it is removed to lock the door when you aren’t in your room the air goes off. So you are always battling with recooling the room. Overall we loved visiting phi phi.

Room was comfortable, could possibly use a refresh, a few marks around the bathroom from wear and tear and some paint peeling from the wall in the bedroom where it looked like someone had stored some wet clothes/towels against the wall. Bed was large and comfy and good aircon kept the climate nice. Location is great facing out onto long beach, just make sure youre firm on prices to get longtail boats back to the hotel from town or one or two of the drivers may try their luck with your rates. Breakfast was super basic with limited choice but we had it included in the cost of our room so not a huge deal, if you really want a super high quality breakfast there's plenty of places to get it in Phi Phi town. Overall a positive stay!

I stayed 3 nights in the Beachfront Villa with indoor shower. Long Beach offers a quiet beachfront stay, away from the busy center of Phi Phi, and it delivers on that promise. Access is only by long tail boat (100 baht during the day, 150 at night). Restaurant options are limited but there are small markets nearby. Do not expect luxury. The room is simple and needs maintenance, and the service is average. However, the peaceful atmosphere and the beachfront view make up for it.

Vi har en bungalow til en familie på 4. Den var helt perfekt i størrelsen. Selve hotellet ligger helt til vandet og centralt på stranden. God mad på deres restaurant. Morgenmad var lidt kedelig.

Ein toller Ort und auch eine schöne Hotelanlage. Wir haben auf unsere Thailand-Reise viele Hotels und mussten hier leider feststellen, dass das Personal eher unzufrieden und nicht sonderlich motiviert gewirkt hat. Teilweise hatte man auch das Gefühl das Englisch nicht immer sehr gut verstanden wurde. Da wir selber in der Hotellerie arbeiten, haben wir vielleicht mehr auf Details geachtet. Uns wurden zum Beispiel jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl wir nicht darum gebeten haben und das auch völlig unnötig war. Für Anreiseinfos (nur mit Longtailboot möglich ) habe ich 3 mal versucht das Hotel zu kontaktieren und erst kurz vor knapp eine Antwort erhalten. Schöner Strand, man kann schnorcheln. Allerdings sind Ebbe und Flut stark ausgeprägt, bei Ebbe ist sehr wenig Wasser und man muss auf Korallen und Seeigel beim Schwimmen aufpassen. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und am Abend kann man auch gut essen. Wir würden das Hotel auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen, weil man die Ruhe und eine fantastische Natur geniessen kann, wirklich ein kleines Paradies.

Stayed in the ocean front room. Great, clean and spacious room right in front of long beach. If you are looking to get away from the busy party area of phi phi definitely stay here. It is a 10min (100 baht per person) ride to long beach from phi phi don. Long beach is absolutely beautiful. Some of the staff members at the reception and restaurant were very rude and not accommodating. Most staff were fine though

We loved our stay at Paradise Resort. We enjoyed the location, especially the stunning snorkeling at Shark Point which is straight from the beach. Our ocean front bungalow was so comfortable and right on the beach. Unfortunately when we left, the long tail boat organized by the resort back to Tonsai was overcrowded. We had 25 people on board plus luggage and it felt like the boat was going to capsize. It was a scary end to an otherwise perfect stay at Paradise Resort..

Loved the fact that resort was away from village. Boat to resort was included in stay. Breakfast was good. Beach was not busy. Several restaurants nearby but ate all but one meal at hotel as we found best value for money. Wife loved the cats wondering around and even bought cat food for them. Easy to get taxi boat if you want to go to village. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will recommend to anyone coming to phi phi

We booked 6 nights in the Family Room which is located in the Thai Modern Building. It was fantastic! The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a great view of the sea. The staff at reception were absolutely amazing. They were both helpful and kind. The restaurant was outstanding! You couldn’t beat the view, it was right on the water and a little elevated so nothing blocked the view. The food was so good and there was a huge selection. The Thai food was amazing, but if you want variety, their more Western dishes were also very good. Our favourites included som tam Thai, Penang curry with shrimp, pad Thai, prawns with tamarind sauce, Tom yum soup, and the whole fishes. We ate there every lunch and almost every supper and were never bored. The breakfast was also very good. I loved that they also served Thai food there, such as clear chicken soup with cabbage and tofu, green curry, fried rice, etc. The kids filled up on banana pancakes/crepes and sausages and ordered scrambled eggs from the egg station. Special shout out to Joy and Smile and the rest of the crew for their outstanding and friendly service! My kids adored them. This resort is located on Long Beach which is a lot quieter than the main area. There were no nighttime shows except for the fire show in front of Phi Phi The Beach resort a few doors down (highly recommended!). Shark Point is just a few steps away and you can swim out there. We had an amazing stay and cannot recommend this place enough!

Away from the town so it's nice and quiet. The only real option to get around is to take a boat. Walking to/from town is not easy! Snorkeling is right off the beach and Shark Rock is very close (excellent snorkeling!). Recommend the speed boat when you take the trip from Phuket to Phi Phi.

Gorgeous location right on the beach. Staff was friendly and nice. You must take a ferry or water taxi to get to this resort from Krabi. Cars are not permitted on this part of the island/section.

Located on Long Beach a quick long tail boat ride or a 30 minute hilly/sweaty walk from town. A perfect beach front resort if you want quiet and beautiful, far from the party scene. There is a nice water front restaurant and others near by. Nice beach rooms (#102 has a great ocean view). The staff were very friendly and helpful. They can provide private boat service to Maya Bay and snorkeling which was great. They included lunch and stale bread to feed the fish while snorkeling which was was too cool being surrounded by beautiful fish:)

ザ　ビーチの島ピピレイ島が真正面に見える絶景のロングビーチにあるホテル　港からは、タクシーボートでの移動となります。アクセスは不便ですが、行ってみる価値はあります。

Stunning location, absolutely beautiful. Hotel itself is a little worn around the edges but the location makes it worth it. Shower in room not the best form power and heat adjustment. Breakfast included which was decent. Please note that with luggage you have to take a boat from the town to the beach and walk across the sand with cases. This added to the adventure for us, but for some may be difficult especially in the heat. Don’t need long here as not loads to do unless you are happy to sit on a beautiful beach and read for a few days, then you couldn’t really do better than this.

O hotel engana bastante, o banheiro é extremamente antigo, precisando de uma reforma. Shampoo e sabonete sem identificação, foi dificil tomar banho dessa forma. Esperava mais desse hotel, café da manhã bem fraco também.

Right on the beach! Get the villa and enjoy paradise at your doorstep. Nothing fancy/over the top, but loved every minute! Restaurant was delicious!
