Loved this hotel! Beautiful, spacious rooms, 2 outdoor pools, fantastic breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is next door to a indoor/outdoor market and a very short walk to a huge mall, CentralWorld with lots of options to eat on every floor. Could have added 4-5 sunbeds to the largest pools for busy times. But people were very good at not hugging the sunbeds.

First time trying this hotel. A little inconvenient if not staying in the main tower as need to get to 11th floor and walk through a Skybridge to change another lift to rooms. Buffet breakfast is good though.

Sehr schönes und super gelegenes Hotel. Angrenzend mit direktem Zugang zur Mall. 2 schöne Pools im 11. Stock. Super Frühstück, da sollte für jeden Geschmack was dabei sein. Nachtmarkt direkt vor der Türe und ein weitere in 10 Min. fussläufig. Centralworld Mall nur wenige Gehminuten. Auch Klong Boot Anbindung in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Kjempeflott hotell, god mat og god service. Fin plassering, med både butikker, kjøpesenter og restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Perfekt for de som også ønsket å være med på den store nyttårsfeiringen. Får ikke helt toppskåring da vi opplevde dårlig trykk på vannet i dusjen, få solsenger ved bassenget og at det var mye venting på heisen.

タワーが分かれている為、エレベーターの乗換えがやや手間ではあったがプールが棟ごとに2箇所あるのはよかった。直結した小モールからコンビニ、スタバ、マクドナルド、bootsへ行くことが可能。宿泊の前後(長時間)荷物を預かってくれるのもすごく有り難く、おすすめできるポイントである。

The hotel it’s self looks pretty good but the rooms are old and tired with old dark unfriendly decor. The room and the bathroom has visible needs of attention for repairs and didn’t feel clean with old moldy grout and seal. Broken shelving in the shower, missing the glass but the hooks still hanging. The carpets outside the room were filthy. Sorry.

The staff service is good and they are helpful. The room has a stale smell and there was noise from the air con vent and had to someone to fix it in the middle of the night. Which cost some Inconvenience. Our sleep was disturbed.

Bear in mind I had 2 separate rooms for my travel party. The shower temperature was either scalding or cold. In room refrigerator did not work in both rooms. Central air conditioning but there’s no way to control the temperature (there’s a control panel but the temperature controls do not work). Service is typical Thai standard, friendly and accomodating. Location is great if you’re into cheap shopping. Overall 3 stars, poorly maintained rooms being a deal breaker.

Very impressive and beautiful large room. Great location, walking distance to day market, shopping malls and night market immediately alongside hotel. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, loved the variety of options which changed on a daily basis. There were also other dining options within the hotel premises. Fitness gym was a plus although contained minimal equipment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Very big room. Big enough for us to spread out our luggages on the floor for packing. There’s a 7-11 downstairs so it’s convenient for us to grab snacks and essentials too. A walking distance from Big C and Platinum mall.

Chambre sois disant de luxe mais très vieillotte avec une petite fenêtre contrairement au photo du site qui montre de grande baie vitré. très déçu par cette hôtel. Beaucoup trop grand, le hall d'entrée est blindé de monde, malgré 6 ascenseurs ont doit attendre très régulièrement qu'il arrive. Il y a certe de la quantité au petit dej mais rien d'exceptionnel, et la salle est très bruyante. passé votre chemin vous trouverez beaucoup mieux comme hotel sur bangkok. Seul point positif: la gentillesse du personnel

I won't do a lengthy review, as I've reviewed the Berkeley before. We like the hotel, but on this visit, our third, there was one issue that bears pointing out: We were in the hotel's North Tower instead of the main tower; on our five-night stay, we only requested housekeeping service on two days, hanging the "make up this room" sign on the door and illuminating the proper electronic green light before going to breakfast and being away from the room at least two hours. But both times the housekeeping staff hadn't cleaned the room and we had to call to have it serviced. The front desk was responsive enough, but it was shocking considering the overall quality of the hotel. In fairness, we would still return in the future, in hopes that the housekeeping staff will have learned its lesson.

The hotel was amazing, the room was immaculate and the staff were super friendly. We were granted an early check in, which was very needed after a 12 hour flight landing at 6am! Alis went above and beyond helping us get checked in.

Firstly the hotel was excellent. The staff were very accommodating. Till the time we left for the airport, the staff particularly Joey, Ryan and Pon were very helpful and funny. It was a great way to end our stay at Berkeley Hotel.

Found the property quite dated. Breakfast was average, hotel rooms very noisy due to road noise, cleaning could have been much better, Not impressed at all with the the hotel following the earthquake, we evacuated the building from the 23rd floor and ended up sitting outside for almost 7 hours with no communication from the hotel staff or managent as to when or if we could return to our room, I'm not convinced the hotel can be deemed safe after only a few hours after the way it was swaying 7 hours after business as usual. Disgraceful, money over safety.. The building had been evacuated yet still the staff are checking people in.

Our first visit a few weeks back was a lot better experience. This stay the room was not clean and the towels did not look to be in good quality. The staff at checkout maybe due to the business was not paying attention and would take people that came behind you ahead.

Still need to cross overhead bridge to go to main shopping areas. No clear traffic light for crossing at the junction. Toilet flooring is slippery when wet in the room. When its wet the water doesnt drain away well need several large towels to soak up the water outside the bath area. Inhouse restaurant fokd is good.

11月14日〜17日まで滞在させていただきました。 立地条件が良く、買い物から飲食、コンビニ、マクドナルド、ケンタッキー、スタバと何でもホテルの周りにありました。 朝食も豪華な方だと思います。好きな具材で作ってくれるオムレツはとても美味しかったです。 またバンコクに行く事があったら、朝食付きで泊まりたいと思います。 お部屋も広く綺麗でした。スタッフも親切でしたよ。 スワンナプーム空港から1本で行けるのも良かった。 ただ、日本語は通じないのと、最寄りの駅まで10分〜15分かかるのと、チャトチャック市場などに行くには乗り換えが必要で疲れました。賑やかな場所が好きな方には最高です。

Loved this hotel! Beautiful, spacious rooms, 2 outdoor pools, fantastic breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is next door to a indoor/outdoor market and a very short walk to a huge mall, CentralWorld with lots of options to eat on every floor. Could have added 4-5 sunbeds to the largest pools for busy times. But people were very good at not hugging the sunbeds.

Location was in the center of everything. Walking distance to shopping malls, night market, massage parlors etc. breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choices. Best buy for the money.

After an initial glitch during check-in, our stay at the Berkeley Pratunam was excellent. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve experienced, with a variety of Thai, Western and other Asian specialties: They even had an Indian section where cooks made masala dosas and plain dosas! The central location is good, near the Ratchaprarop Airport Link and MRT stations. The Berkeley has a nice outdoor pool outside an equally nice sports bar/cafe that has live music in the evening, and an efficient laundry service, which I did use. We did find on this stay and a previous one a year ago that adjusting the shower temperature in the rooms can be quite tricky.
