Overall the property was good. It does lack some common amenities such as room coffee maker, dish towels and soap. There is also no ice machines on the property so you have to plan ahead and make your own ice in the freezer. Bathroom amenities could be more generous. Only had a small bottle of shampoo. I'm sure we could have gone down to the front desk and ask but those things should just be provided. Overall, room was very clean and beds were okay.

Pros- very very clean rooms. I entered my room and there was a clean bleachy smell. The room was very clean and so were the amenities. The tv was nice and large. The floor is not carpeted but very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, I was greeted everyday. I was also called after I got to my room to see if everything was in order after I first checked in. I cannot stress the cleanliness and the wonderful staff. They were great. The security of the place is also good. You have to have a key card to get into the main part of the hotel. I felt safe. Cons- very noisy. The walls are not very thick and therefore you will hear everything and I do mean “everything”. Many workers staying here and they are up all times of the night going in and out of their rooms. The weird ramen noodle smell in the hallway of people cooking in their rooms. The bed, omg there is no other word but awful. It’s very hard and has no support or comfort for that matter. You have to exchange towels and wash cloths in order to get new ones and your room is not cleaned everyday. Overall- very good place, it has its pros and cons. This would be good for someone overnight for a quick stop off or someone who is trying to get a place in the area.

The Miller Lane area is quieter and safer than the past. Updated security and bright as day lighting are huge improvements. Room was spacious, full kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. 24h fresh coffee is a plus. Need pet waste cans on property. We were there for an overnight only.

Front desk guy employee was friendly and the park lot will be over jam by 10pm. I had to work early in the morning and I almost couldn’t get out my parking spot.

Very clean and quiet. Wouldn't have noticed, of I didn't have a pet with me, but the trash outside was very very full and had fallen out and blown everywhere. Other than that, would definitely recommend.

Had our truck vandalized spray paint and tires cut the hotel staff did try to help with video footage but it only reaches front of hotel. Staff was able extremely nice and place was clean just not in the best area

Very friendly welcoming staff and a clean room. The room itself was spacious, with minimal amenities. Unfortunately the walls are super thin and it was easy to hear my neighbor's phone conversations and everything going on in the hallway. Made it difficult to get a good sleep but was tolerable for the couple nights I was there. My room also faced the parking lot and had blinds but no curtain, so there was lots of light coming in as well. The hotel has easy access from the interstate and there's lots of restaurants and shopping options nearby. I was traveling with a service dog and appreciated the pet relief area, though other guests weren't great at picking up pet waste. All in all, I would stay here again. I felt like the staff were great even if the construction of the building wasn't.

Place was very clean and cozy. Comfy beds and easy parking and decent rates. Nice to have laundry services on site. Only dislike is that laundry service is third party and some machines took money and timed out too quick and reset itself with no refund option. Also dryers took two cycles to dry medium load of clothes. Still very convenient on property and would recommend. Wish there was a breakfast included with rate as comparable hotels nearby had nice full breakfast for about 15-20 dollars more a night. However definitely a clear winner versus a little cheaper roadside hotel that is no where near as clean as this place.

Overall we had a great stay. Property / room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff friendly, nice laundry facilities, other guests were quiet and plenty of parking. Only complaint was guest(s) near our room would smoke marijuana every afternoon and cigarettes in the mornings and our room would reek when we came back in evenings or get up in the morning.

The experience was bad. I stayed less than ten hours an I want my money refunded and the extra money u took off my card. Filthy hotel no hot water. I was visiting my family in South bend. Sad that the hotel went down like that.

The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. My back was killing me every night I slept here. Glad to be back in my own bed. Everything else was good but the facility had no breakfast at all, which can be both good and bad. We once saw hoodlums come in and eat breakfast at a facility we know they never stayed there.

Wasn't what I thought for a suite.. but can't complain for the price. But bring your own coffee pot. That was a first for me. Not bashing them at all just letting you know what to bring.

Great hotel and very friendly staff! I loved the fact it was simple and they had things that just made sense. Stove, microwave, fridge, and large fridge. What I didn't care for was the bed and thin walls. Bed was hard and walls were very thin

It was a pleasant stay. I was nice to have a full size refrigerator. There was a small stove, but nothing to use with it. Also, no hair dryer was provided. The bed was harder than what I’m used to. It was a decent stay.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The beds although were very uncomfortable. Also, staying on the first floor you hear everything, so at times it was noisy.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff are amazing and so nice! Only complaint is that the walls are a little thin, and the amenities are lacking. Not very many towels are given, barely any soap, no hair dryer, no plates/cups for the kitchen area like many suites provide. Other than that, it was great and if need be I would stay there again!

The bed was hard but tony and Sabrina at the front desk were awesome we were on the second floor and the first night there were people moving all hours of the night and slamming doors we ended up staying another night because of car problems and we’re put on the fourth floor and there was a dog in the room across from us that barked constantly and you could smell dog urine and feces like the dog hadn’t been let out in a couple days we were moved to another room and was good from there

Our check in with Paris was great. She was so personable and committed to making us feel welcome. There was a quick, easy check-in and help when requesting extra blankets and assistance in addressing our wifi connection problem..

Other guests cars were broken into, no breakfast offered at all. One of the managers there is extremely rude to the guests. (Extremely rude)

The staff was amazing they was greeting friendly very informative. A Minor hiccups however were all human s#@t, they immediately corrected the hiccups. I would recommend anyone stay at this hotel for any occasion

We were on our way home from our grandson’s funeral at Ft. Liberty/Bragg. We only stayed one night . The staff and the facilities were excellent.The front desk staff were able to upgrade our without any difficulty. There were absolutely no issues with our room.

I didn’t get the room I paid for and it was not what I expected there was no description that I needed to pay to use cooking equipment or eating and silverware. I would have booked elsewhere. The staff made me feel uncomfortable and did not accommodate the mistake they made. I spent more money here then planed. It feels very Sketchy. There is to much going on and I smelled drugs in the parking lot.

It’s not a bad place to stay for the price. Our room was clean and quiet. It is also conveniently located off of I-75 and with plenty of dining options to choose from. This is nice because there’s no breakfast provided as is expected at an affordable extended stay accommodation.

The Miller Lane area is quieter and safer than the past. Updated security and bright as day lighting are huge improvements. Room was spacious, full kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. 24h fresh coffee is a plus. Need pet waste cans on property. We were there for an overnight only.

Great location close to I75. Lots of dining options. Room was equipped with fridge and microwave for quick meals (bring dishes and cutlery because none is supplied). Hotel is brand new. Front desk staff was super friendly.

Had our truck vandalized spray paint and tires cut the hotel staff did try to help with video footage but it only reaches front of hotel. Staff was able extremely nice and place was clean just not in the best area

Nice clean property. Helpful staff. One of the farthest hotels from food, but still walkable. WalMart close by if you need to by food.

I should have believed the reviews and skipped this property. The stench of marijuana was so bad that I ended up with a headache all night. Because this is a long term stay type of hotel, the crews who were staying here (construction, electrical, etc) were up and noisy by 5:30 a.m. the room was nice enough but definitely sparse and you got none of the comforta of a normal hotel (no Kleenex, hairdryer, ice machine, cups, ironing board). The coffee in the lobby is undrinkable because it's essentially mud in a 5oz cup even though the staff joked that it was "strong but people like it strong." My advice - spend another $40 and find a better option.

Very friendly welcoming staff and a clean room. The room itself was spacious, with minimal amenities. Unfortunately the walls are super thin and it was easy to hear my neighbor's phone conversations and everything going on in the hallway. Made it difficult to get a good sleep but was tolerable for the couple nights I was there. My room also faced the parking lot and had blinds but no curtain, so there was lots of light coming in as well. The hotel has easy access from the interstate and there's lots of restaurants and shopping options nearby. I was traveling with a service dog and appreciated the pet relief area, though other guests weren't great at picking up pet waste. All in all, I would stay here again. I felt like the staff were great even if the construction of the building wasn't.

To be clear, this is primarily a residential hotel. They offer rooms to travelers but they aren't really set up for this. Only minimal amenities, no coffee, no breakfast, few towels and glasses. But the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Expecting to be able to cook in the kitchen but you’d have to buy your own set up. Nothing in the kitchen not even a coffee pot to fix it in. Nothing bare kitchen. Refrigerator worked great and same with microwave but that’s it.

We had a ground floor room facing parking lot. The lights from the lot overpowered the tiny blinds in window and it was very bright in room. Also there was a kitchenette but no glasses, cups, plates etc!

it's not a bad place to stay for the price and certain things i had to do while there were not far driving distance so that part wasn't too bad, the biggest part and i know this probably shouldn't be a big deal but the room i was staying in had a very distinct smell to it and when i got there there wasn't a remote to the tv why have a tv if you don't have a remote for it that didn't make any sense to me.
