Love this property since my first stay! The spa, Como Shambala, is amazing and we had several treatments there over the course of our stay. Staff are attentive and friendly (though sometimes it's nice to also have some quiet time); Breakfast is as always, amazing

This was out first time visiting Phuket and after Phuket town for a few days we arrived at Point Yamu. Upon arrival it's one of those hotels where you just know the experience is going to be exceptional. Welcome drink was offered in the beautiful and calm lobby and check in was carried out whilst we relaxed. Our suite was ready early and we were given a tour of the room, the design complemented the beautiful sea views from the wraparound balcony. Everything in the room was considered thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was exceptional and very clean. The pools are beautiful and the view is probably one of the best in Phuket as it overlooks Phang Nga Bay. Iced water is served and the towels are laid out for you. Service is truly exceptional and cannot be faulted. Be prepared to spend all your time at the hotel as there are no restaurants or bars in waking distance. That is part of the charm and makes it so peaceful. It's a true escape that feels so relaxing. It's a world away from the more commercial West side of Phuket. I'm convinced this hotel would cost double the price if it was on the West coast of the island. The Sauna, Steam room and the 'retreat' with two more smaller pools outside were perfect to spend a little time at in between lounging at the main pools. My partner also said the spa treatments were exceptional. The breakfast is a unhurried and delicious. Every taste is catered for. I especially enjoyed sitting outside before breakfast, at 7am, enjoying a coffe

This hotel was just amazing!!!! We booked a three bedroom villa overlooking the Andman sea. The villa had its own pool and a butler. It was simply incredible! We could order in breakfast to the villa or go to their restaurant which served a fabulous and generous breakfast. The spa and gym was also fabulous. Highly recommend the Como Shambhala massage.

Remote and perfect get away from crowds. But close to the water and beach front. Lots of areas to go besides your room to view surrounding nature. Hotel decorations and building materials matched the environment around it - so in this case, water and greenery. Staff were not just friendly but actually greeted me by name and got to know me. Sure I was there for 6 days but still - never had this type of stay. There were several free activities - yoga and beach walks - which were great. There were several paid activities but I didn't do them (Thai cooking) as I'd taken Thai cooking classes before. I would hope to come back to this location! it's amazing.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful every moment at our trip. We stayed in a room with balcony but no pool, which may have been worth the splurge! Even without the private pool, we enjoyed the well equipped spa and larger swimming pool which were very quiet this time of year. Thank you for a great stay!

Hotel magnifique au calme. Chambre grande et très bien pensée avec dressing. La piscine de la chambre est très propre et les piscines de l’hôtel sont calmes et adaptées aux enfants en bas âge et très grande. La vue est incroyable et le petit déjeuner très bon (pancake excellent digne d’un chef). Le spa est très calme et reposant. Billard disponible avec clim et jeu d’échec. Les burgers sont très moyen je les conseilles pas. Le restaurant thaï est délicieux même si tout est un peu cher. L’eau est à volonté dans les chambres mais 10€ la bouteille au bord de la piscine ou aux restaurants. Comptez 30€ le burger, un quinzaine d’euro le cocktail, très cher pour le pays mais normal dans un 5 étoiles. Le seul bémol de l’hôtel est qu’il n’y a rien à faire autour à pied, et peu d’excursion viennent vous chercher jusque la. Cet hôtel est parfait si vous souhaitez du luxe sans quitter l’hôtel ou pour un moment à deux romantique

The villa I got was beautiful and clean! The hotel staff were extra courteous, professional, pleasant and made sure we were always happy and comfortable. They did not disappoint and I will do Como Point again the next time I am in Phuket.

Absolutely gorgeous views. The room was wonderful, spacious, roomy, great decor with killer king size mattress and pillows inducing deep peaceful sleep. Both restaurants are world class and the ala carte buffet breakfast is worth getting up for! Taxis to pattong and other places of interedt are about 1000 baht each way because COMO is waay out by itself but that's a small price for a slice of serenity in paradise. I cannot praise the staff enough...accomodating and so happy to serve. Highly recommended.

The property and staff are top notch. The views are also great at the pool. We were upgraded to a large suite upon checking into the hotel. The food was very good. The only downside for most people will be the lack of a beach and the location. I was fine as I travelled with a friend who is Thai so we rented a motorbike and could travel around the island. I think this resort is ideal for someone who wants to just relax at the property. They do have cabs that can take you to other parts of the island but this will be an additional cost and will take some time. The location is very secure as it is inside a development with many multi-million dollar homes.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is awesome. Our villa was impressive,3 bedroom two stories with a private pool and view of the ocean. Jimmy was so nice, we loved her. The only reason I gave it a 4-star instead of a five, there was construction going on with a huge crane one villa over from us. So, while trying to enjoy our beautiful pool over looking the ocean was disturbing to keep seeing the crane move back & forward, while interfering with our pictures as well. I asked to move villas after check-in, but was told I could the next day, we had to tuff it out for 1 day in that villa and kind of missed out on the hanging out by the pool for the day and unpacking some of our things since we were moving the next day. The following day, the hotel moved all our luggage while we were out on the boat. Everything else at the hotel was lovely. A little disappointing while celebrating my niece's birthday with the room construction and changes the following day. But overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was just amazing!!!! We booked a three bedroom villa overlooking the Andman sea. The villa had its own pool and a butler. It was simply incredible! We could order in breakfast to the villa or go to their restaurant which served a fabulous and generous breakfast. The spa and gym was also fabulous. Highly recommend the Como Shambhala massage.

The hotel looks great, the breakfast is really good with lots of options. The only thing is you are very out of the way here so if you want peace and quiet this hotel is for you. The views of the surrounding bays are gorgeous. The hotel gave us a lovely room upgrade so we had lots of space!

The staff were great, very pleasant and helpful. The service was excellent. A few things in the room could be improved such as easier access to sockets, faster bathtub filling, clearer light and AC controls, and having a master switch by the bed. Overall a good stay with really friendly staff. Note there’s no beach within walking distance, but they have a paid trip by van/boat to nearby island.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were immediately taken care of by the staff. The staff all took point to know us and what we liked, helped us with transportation to wherever we wanted to go, greeted us every single time we saw them with a big smile and friendly hello. In the bar area, I have to give Feliz top marks, he helped me with some information regarding the area and the place I was going and so sweet about it! Everyone was so great and genuinely nice. We had an amazing room, definitely recommend the Bay King room. The amenities were great, the food was wonderful. I didn't want to leave. I will definitely return to COMO when I come back to Phuket. It was a great trip, but they really made it better by helping us out with information, transportation and really helping us get a solution from a problem we encountered. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay a couple of extra days for the next flight out. Though they were sold out, they did find us a room and helped us move over to it. They could not have done a better job, the whole staff deserves praise, in every area. This is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had and the lobby to pull up to is amazing and beautiful.

Loved my stay at Como Point. Dao was so helpful in setting up a private driver to see all of the places I wanted to see in that area. The staff was always pleasant and more then willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was exceedingly pleasant.

It was a wonderful stay throughout. Were welcomed from the get-go and the staff were courteous always and informed about events in and around the area. The front desk accommodated our late checkout request and even refunded the amount since we had an issue with a water leak one day in the bathroom. Simple gestures always go a long way especially with the hospitality industry. We look fwd to staying here again. The property has an amazing view of the bay. The only downside is it is a little far from downtown Phuket and Pa Tong but nothing a Grab app couldn’t fix with cabs.

Remote and perfect get away from crowds. But close to the water and beach front. Lots of areas to go besides your room to view surrounding nature. Hotel decorations and building materials matched the environment around it - so in this case, water and greenery. Staff were not just friendly but actually greeted me by name and got to know me. Sure I was there for 6 days but still - never had this type of stay. There were several free activities - yoga and beach walks - which were great. There were several paid activities but I didn't do them (Thai cooking) as I'd taken Thai cooking classes before. I would hope to come back to this location! it's amazing.

10 out of 10 for COMO Point Yamu. This was a vacation to remember, from the moment we stepped foot into the Como Point Yamu we were treated with kindness and care. The team was so friendly, get to know you by name & we had the most relaxing week surrounded by amazing staff who honestly couldn't do enough for us. Their breakfast buffet is next level.

This is a tough one. The place is beautiful but very secluded and out of the way. There is no real beach which didn’t matter to us but if that is what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. In short, it is at least a half hour cab ride to any other dining or sites. If you just want to hide and relax, at what are North American resort prices, this is the place for you.

The Como is the most exceptional hotel with incredibly comfortable rooms, delicious food and freindly & professional staff. If you are looking for a true luxury escape in Phuket, then look no further than the Como. It feels like a hidden gem of pure magic and escape. If I had to find a negative, it is that the beach is not really acessible nor swimmable and the area is remote. This can also be a positive - depending on what you are looking for. Well done. Keep up the fantastic work !

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the entire experience was lovely. It is a beautiful place to stay and the pools are fabulous. The breakfast was my favorite part--so delicious and varied. It was everything you could want a breakfast to be. The only thing to be aware of is that the nearest beach is about a 5-10 minute walk and isn't really accessible at high tide.

Fantastisch mooi hotel! Overal waar je kijkt is het prachtig. We voelden ons super welkom en kregen ook een kamerupgrade naar aanleiding van onze honeymoon. Het zicht is prachtig!! Enige nadeel is dat het wel wat ver van alles is.

We originally booked and stayed (for one night) at another hotel in Phuket. We booked this one an hour before checking in. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff (Wow on front desk, Dream at the pool bar), as well as everyone else were just perfect. The location, staff, food, pool, spa, room, style, design, quietness, other guests and vista were all perfect.

Thoughtfully designed resort. Room was extremely comfortable with a big sofa, table and chairs, huge bathroom with a bathtub big enough to swim in, and quirky handmade touches everywhere. While there are only two places to eat onsite (and a bar with a handful of seats that also services the massive swimming pool), food options were very good. Como Yamu Point is a really amazing place, overall can't fault it bar perhaps the bar and food was not as good as we have enjoyed elsewhere and the price of wine was very high, partly due to high tax in Thailand.

Hotel magnifique au calme. Chambre grande et très bien pensée avec dressing. La piscine de la chambre est très propre et les piscines de l’hôtel sont calmes et adaptées aux enfants en bas âge et très grande. La vue est incroyable et le petit déjeuner très bon (pancake excellent digne d’un chef). Le spa est très calme et reposant. Billard disponible avec clim et jeu d’échec. Les burgers sont très moyen je les conseilles pas. Le restaurant thaï est délicieux même si tout est un peu cher. L’eau est à volonté dans les chambres mais 10€ la bouteille au bord de la piscine ou aux restaurants. Hotel magnifique au calme. Chambre grande et très bien pensée avec dressing. La piscine de la chambre est très propre et les piscines de l’hôtel sont calmes et adaptées aux enfants en bas âge et très grande. La vue est incroyable et le petit déjeuner très bon (pancake excellent digne d’un chef). Le spa est très calme et reposant. Billard disponible avec clim et jeu d’échec. Les burgers sont très moyen je les conseilles pas. Le restaurant thaï est délicieux même si tout est un peu cher. L’eau est à volonté dans les chambres mais 10€ la bouteille au bord de la piscine ou aux restaurants. We originally booked and stayed (for one night) at another hotel in Phuket. We booked this one an hour before checking in. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff (Wow on front desk, Dream at the pool bar), as well as everyone else were just perfect. The location, staff, food, pool, spa, room, style, design, quietness, other guests and vista were all perfect.

This hotel is beyond my expectations! I stay at 5 star resorts across the world and this one is top tier! I am so incredibly impressed by the property, the employees, the service, the safety I felt at the property, the ambience, the pools, the suite, etc. The breakfast buffet is to die for and the restaurant food is beyond delicious! This is a must stay!

Hotel is amazing! It’s set in the most beautiful location and the staff are so so wonderful! I had hurt my knee and they were so helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. My suite was gorgeous. Special thanks to the spa staff who helped my during yoga and with the most amazing massage and added a herbal compress that helped me knee! Breakfast was delicious and healthy! I will be back!

Food and beverages, especially wine is overpriced. There is a a 20,000BAHT deposit……very high, upon check in. You are isolated in this hotel and have hardly any options for dining outside so be prepared to pay for the Como experience We had breakfast included and the staff were excellent! The breakfast was up to expectations even though we saw negative comments online This hotel is in a beautiful location but it is not delivering nearly enough for a return visit. After a stay at COMO in Ubud Indonesia I can say unfortunately there is no comparison

Relaxing at private swimming pool. Also main pool was not many guests through out whole day. So we could also enjoy there. Only little comment to improve the condition is Play room for games and table tennis. Last few visits we played table tennis but the spot lights s are too focused and strong some points and they glar too much to play. Also some kids are eating food there even with adult attendance. It is very minor points and entire atmosphere is always perfect!!

Fantastisk smukt sted. Vildeste udsigt og lækre pools. Vores private pool var i konstant skygge pga bambus tag, så den brugte vi ikke rigtigt! God mad og venligt personale. Ingen rigtig strand - og den der var var kedelig og ubrugelig. Men udsigten opvejer det hele!

My expectations were exceeded! The staff is incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly. We had the private pool suite room and it was gorgeous, cleaned twice a day. The shared pool, spa area, entire hotel is stunning. There are two restaurants that has great Thai food and then a menu with everything. Breakfast is included and is very good. They also have a happy hour twice a day, Big and Jo were our servers most of the nights and were excellent - we appreciated them a lot! We did one of the hikes through the hotel to Black Rock and had an amazing time, and the spa did a phenomenal job as well - definitely utilize their activities. The beach is better for walking along than staying on - the beach locations on the other side of Phuket you can relax on, but none of the hotels are beach front and they didn’t seem super spectacular when we visited. Old town (I’d skip it), Patong, Kata beach, Big Buddha, and the temple (skip if you’re seeing Bangkok temples), etc. are about a 45-1 hour drive due to traffic, but the other luxury hotels I looked at in comparison to here was the same scenario. I did a lot of research trying to find the correct report/ location and think this hotel was perfect. Will definitely be recommending to anyone!
