Very easy access with plenty of dining options. Some green areas for pets. Electronics with the Hilton app did not work, but that's of little consequence as room key and remote was fine. My only area of improvement would be to add USB in the room. There was none available. I brought chargers.

We like where it is centrally located in Delaware. What we did not find convenient on the hotel property was the back door on the first floor level not working and was forced to walk around the hotel to the front door to get to the room. 1. Very unsafe at nighttime to be walking the parking lot alone, and 2. Having a dog to do their business outside at any hour of the night was very inconvenient to walk back around to main lobby to get to your room.

I liked the convenience of parking near the main entrance without having to walk far with luggage. The suite was in good condition and comfortable. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the television and the front desk immediately sent someone and the issue was quickly resolved. The hallway carpet has had its overuse and normal wear and tear but I wasn’t sleeping on it.

The property design is nice, the staffs are friendly, but the maintenance of the room is terrible. The hook in the toilet wall was broke off, the toilet paper not refill, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were empty. The toilet exhaust fan not working, so after shower the toilet super hot and stuffy. The main door of the room has a problem, has to bang very hard to make sure is closed and locked. There are at least two to three flies flying in the room. The swimming pool water is very cloudy, the game room is very dirty and the game set not functioning.

The food area and coffee was good and people were nice. Quality of building was very poor. Not the employees fault. They were getting ready for an inspection the next day and were working on certain rooms. When I asked “you know which rooms they will inspect?” I was told “yes”. Inspections should be random.

I liked it was an extended stay hotel. So it had a fridge and dishes. It was also pet friendly so I could bring my dog. The beds were a bit harder than I'm used to but i still able to get a good night sleep. It had convenient access to a main road.

Overall, the cleanliness of the property was good, but we checked out the pool The water wasn’t real clear so we didn’t use it. staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean.

I arrived late as I had been at a tournament all day. Room was very expensive (almost $500 for one nite in June) and it was a mess. Bathroom was filthy w hair and mold all over the bathroom. Hold in bathroom wall. Stains all over the rug. Bedspread had a stain. I went to front desk and they just gave me another comforter w no apology. Was incredibly disappointed. Spoke w the front desk and they told me to just contact the manager on Monday. Really disappointed at apathy

Was initially checked into a room with stained carpet & reeked of alcohol. Changed room but an he so later another quest tried to enter. Then someone wanted to deliver towels & dishwashing detergent. Next morning, went down to breakfast & card no longer worked. Upon checkout, someone else’s CC was on file

The room was fairly clean. But one of the bottom wheels on the desk table was broken. I used another desk area in the room. Also, the shower wasn't very clean but it wasn't too bad. The breakfast food was not very good, it tasted very artificial. The staff was friendly. The kitchenette had everything we needed and the dishes were clean. I would stay here again.

This was our first stay at any Hilton. We loved our one night stay. Check-in was simple. The design of the room was cozy and spacious for three. Location was definitely a plus, and the staff were kind. Breakfast was also a plus. Instead of the usual, they had fabulous breakfast sandwiches- yum! There were a few cons, the silverware and mugs weren’t clean and there was tons on caked on dust on the night table. We definitely would stay again.

Room was modern and well maintained. This hotel is double thumbs-up all around. It seems they allow dogs which was a bit of a problem as one dog nearby my room was barking loudly during the evening.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. There was no remote in my room. The desk gave me the wrong remote so i went the entire 1st night with no TV. Once i did get a functioning remote, i haf to get maintenance because the TV box was not working. I had issued with tech while staying here. The staff were nice but the compensation was sub par as well in my opinion.

We did not ask for a handicapped-accessible room, but were given one. It was a big room and had motorized blinds so someone in a wheelchair could reach the controls. The bad part about this was that the top of the blinds constantly flashed red-green-red-green, right over the head of the bed. This is not conducive to sleep.

It took 4 days for them to do the room service. Everyone in the reception area was rude, except the receptionist, who is from Czech republic. Stayed there for 5 days, they act as if I am staying there for free..

We were in Dover for the race. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Truly one of the most enjoyable hotel staff experiences I’ve had in a long time. Every single staff member I interacted with during our stay went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Will 100% stay there again. Thank you.

It was not worth the price. Although it had a decent updated gathering area as you arrive which was also seating for breakfast, overall it was not anything special. The room kitchenette was the one thing worth noting as excellent. The shower was slippery with the body wash squirting on the floor of it. The room was awkward with only one screen in the seating area and not mounted to be able to turn it towards the two beds--there should have been another one in the obvious spot directly in front of them. Instead, some weird empty shelves? Put up some art instead of you're going to be cheap with one TV. Breakfast was the absolute worst. We arrived just before 9am and the tables were filthy, some with the remains of guest meals covering them. Most of the food was nearly empty and nothing was replaced. There was even a lack of silverware and we had to ask and received plastic forks. The coffee area was dirty with spills and drips across the counter. Even the area to leave your trash was overwhelmed and chaotic. It will be our first and last time. I veered from Marriott and won't do it again.

It was not worth the price. Although it had a decent updated gathering area as you arrive which was also seating for breakfast, overall it was not anything special. The room kitchenette was the one thing worth noting as excellent. The shower was slippery with the body wash squirting on the floor of it. Exceeded my expectations. When traveling on my own I prioritize safety, then cleanliness. This hotel gets 5 out of 5 for both. Bonus was the bed was super comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Free breakfast had a lot of options as long as you could eat gluten. For those of us with an allergy/celiac there weren’t any good options besides Dannon yogurt and apples. I was driving Maine to NC and this was the perfect place to stop for the night. Shout out to Brandon at the front desk!

The room was fairly clean. But one of the bottom wheels on the desk table was broken. I used another desk area in the room. Also, the shower wasn't very clean but it wasn't too bad. The breakfast food was not very good, it tasted very artificial. The staff was friendly. The kitchenette had everything we needed and the dishes were clean. I would stay here again.

This was our first stay at any Hilton. We loved our one night stay. Check-in was simple. The design of the room was cozy and spacious for three. Location was definitely a plus, and the staff were kind. Breakfast was also a plus. Instead of the usual, they had fabulous breakfast sandwiches- yum! There were a few cons, the silverware and mugs weren’t clean and there was tons on caked on dust on the night table. We definitely would stay again.

I had reserve 2 rooms for the nights, first room we had to move because it wasn't a properly cleaned animal feces spot on the floor. Next room, shower wasn't the cleanest and the air conditioner stopped working during the night. The second room move twice due to malfunctioning televisions. Pool was off limits very nasty color. Two washer one was broken so I had to go out to a laundromat. Allthough the staff especially Bella and the gentleman that worked July 5, 2026, 3pm to 11pm shift his name might have been Steve tried so hard to accommodate us and was sincerely apologetic.
