Room 2 - Accessed from rear garden area via an unkempt patio complete with old pub picnic bench table and umbrella. Only access though lockable couple patio door which meant no natural air ventilation at night unless you wanted to seep with doors wide open. No ventilation window in bathroom. All decor, furnishing and fittings have seen better days, tired and in desperate need of renovation. Room was full of cobwebs and had clearly not been cleaned properly. Bathroom grubby

The room was big and clean, with a patio just in front.

Filthy smelly room management not interested and refused refund!

There was no greeting when arrived by young lad,abd also kettle in room needed a descale had all thick scale inside

Nice warm welcome, room was better than we expected at the price, Hot drinks available in room , parking next to room, tv with sky, but only watched the bbc news, Breakfast was excellent nicely cooked, nothing was too much trouble as I went slightly off menu, good price. bar in the evening had a nice friendly crowd in, overall a very good place to stop
