A séjourné 1 nuit

So hard to get a hold of the location. All I wanted to know was if Redford in provided an iron. It took me 20 mins and 3 different phone calls to find out and to confirm that there was an iron. We got to the location after making a reservation with a king bed, I was told that they didn’t have anymore so my wife and I had to get a double bed room, there was no iron(had to call front desk and go downstairs to get one) rails on stair case were super loose and unsafe, the first time we used the restroom water started spraying everywhere and flooded the bathroom. Maintenance went and fixed it but left 3 soaked towels on the floor. Not a good experience at all
