The staff and the place itself is amazing as always. The pool the workout center, the slate restaurant the store and the chocolate shop are all fantastic But the owners don’t really put things that need to be used in their rental apartments. Again, they are missing simple things like a kitchen cloth to wipe up spills or paper towel towels, at least coffee maker. I guess you could boil some water for tea in a pan or pot no washcloths in either bathroom. Other than the amenities that are missing, it is always a great place to stay

The location and facilities are top notch but they have some major issues. The first is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The rooms get hot in January, but the bugs get in if you open the window. I didn't realize and ended up with bug bites all over my body. So gross. The other issue is the towels. They do not leave enough towels in room for the pool, gym, or kitchen for that matter. I was alotted one hand towel and one bath towel despite continually asking for more. The staff would remove any extra towels every cleaning. The gym was pretty gross because of this. People leaving the cardio machines in a pool of sweat with nothing to clean them. They were nice enough to leave daily coffee and tea, but NO HOT WATER HEATER. There were so many fixable misses, but I won't ever stay here again.

My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better.

Great place to stay in Westlands. The location was center to everything. With the sarit center, westlands market, koda nightclub, the alchemist and other touristy things within walking distance. The hotel functions more as a hotel but the rooms look like apartments. This option would be great for longer stays since there's a kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop pool is so nice and provides a great sunset. The staff were so nice and accommodated me with any questions or concerns. My only issue is... on weekends the apartment would vibrate due to neighboring clubs. I was shocked but I actually loved that it was walking distance from clubs.

A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports.

This property was exactly what we needed after several weeks of safari. The apartments allowed us to make our own breakfast and lunch, and there were many different dinner options around in the area. Rooftop pool was lovely and had a great view of the city.

Understand the restaurant is not part of the apartment but don't get how they can't deliver food upstairs makes no sense.. Also the noise from the club outside especially at the weekend..! Otherwise a dope place loved it...!

There was a power outage after midnight that lasted past checkout time. Poor communication about the outage from the management and no compensation for it. Suites don't provide tissues or slippers as comparable properties do.

Clean facilities and good breakfast. Sadly the accommodation was incredibly noisy during both nights (loud music until 5am) which made it challenging to sleep. The person at check-in tried to tell us we do not have breakfast included, and we had to show a proof. Otherwise friendly staff and a nice place to stay!

The apartment was very badly insulated so it was very noisy from the two main streets. The kitchen amenities werevery basic and pots in bad shape. The supermarket very overpriced and some of the staff customer orientation and friendliness can be improved .

All rooms are owned by different people, this one had no paper towels, no dish clothes, no wine opener, no coffee maker, no tea pot to boil water, no wine glasses, no paper or pen…. Missing a lot of things needed everyday. The front desk staff is top notch, from helping with a phone call to Vincent using his app for bolt two times to help me get around town.

The apartment was very badly insulated so it was very noisy from the two main streets. The kitchen amenities werevery basic and pots in bad shape. The supermarket very overpriced and some of the staff customer orientation and friendliness can be improved .

Centrally situated for easy access to shops and malls . We were notified on our last day that WiFi and internet would be affected and finished by 1900. At 1930 an engineer came to the room to swap the router. He left after 30 mins saying he would be back in 20 mins . He never returned so I went to the front desk and they couldn’t contact anyone . We stayed up until 2300 waiting for the WiFi and tv services to be connected. No one contacted us and no one came back . When we checked out the following morning we had a very sheepish apology but no clarity as to what happened . This was very poor customer service with no communication at all

There was a power outage after midnight that lasted past checkout time. Poor communication about the outage from the management and no compensation for it. Suites don't provide tissues or slippers as comparable properties do.

Clean facilities and good breakfast. Sadly the accommodation was incredibly noisy during both nights (loud music until 5am) which made it challenging to sleep. The person at check-in tried to tell us we do not have breakfast included, and we had to show a proof. Otherwise friendly staff and a nice place to stay!

My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better.

All rooms are owned by different people, this one had no paper towels, no dish clothes, no wine opener, no coffee maker, no tea pot to boil water, no wine glasses, no paper or pen…. Missing a lot of things needed everyday. The front desk staff is top notch, from helping with a phone call to Vincent using his app for bolt two times to help me get around town.

This is NOT an hotel. They rent/sell apartments and have some services an hotel would have. Restaurant is a separate entity which they are not clear about. (I had to pay every single breakfast and every meal if I wanted to have them on site). Also comunication with the receptions is unusually challenging. They made every usual hotel service (airport transfer, invoicing, concierge etc...) incredibly slow. I.e. After they offered to pick me up from the airport and several confirmations emails I still found myself alone at the airport. I dont believe they can be considered an hotel but rather a condo association.

A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports.

Great place to stay in Westlands. The location was center to everything. With the sarit center, westlands market, koda nightclub, the alchemist and other touristy things within walking distance. The hotel functions more as a hotel but the rooms look like apartments. This option would be great for longer stays since there's a kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop pool is so nice and provides a great sunset. The staff were so nice and accommodated me with any questions or concerns. My only issue is... on weekends the apartment would vibrate due to neighboring clubs. I was shocked but I actually loved that it was walking distance from clubs.

This property was exactly what we needed after several weeks of safari. The apartments allowed us to make our own breakfast and lunch, and there were many different dinner options around in the area. Rooftop pool was lovely and had a great view of the city.

The staff and the place itself is amazing as always. The pool the workout center, the slate restaurant the store and the chocolate shop are all fantastic But the owners don’t really put things that need to be used in their rental apartments. Again, they are missing simple things like a kitchen cloth to wipe up spills or paper towel towels, at least coffee maker. I guess you could boil some water for tea in a pan or pot no washcloths in either bathroom. Other than the amenities that are missing, it is always a great place to stay

Understand the restaurant is not part of the apartment but don't get how they can't deliver food upstairs makes no sense.. Also the noise from the club outside especially at the weekend..! Otherwise a dope place loved it...!

The first time I visited I stayed for a month in a variety of rented rooms in the hotel’s same building. This trip I stayed for 7 days in hotel owned apartments. I know this place well. The location is what you’re paying for and it’s worth it. Rooms are huge. The staff is excellent. I will note that after I tipped an older security guard for his help with an unruly Uber driver, 2 young entrance security guards asked that I buy them coffee or something which was not cool and uncomfortable. The breakfast is decent however another place had 3x the better breakfast spread and the hotel was much less. (The location is worth it, as I mentioned.) One of the best gyms! Epic pool and lounge area! I wanna love this place more, and it’s so close to perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay and would come again. The apartment was well appointed, conveniently located and had excellent amenities. However, I suggest: 1.instructions for appliances that may be different for guests, 2. Checks to ensure that everything is in the room that should be. I was missing an iron. 3. They consider another brand of washer/dryer as these were completely inefficient everywhere I have used them. They do not actually dry clothes.

We notified the hotel we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary but we were put in an appointment with views of building sites and it was very noisy on the weekends from night clubs late into the night! The hotel apologised for this and provided ear buds to block out the nouse!!! The other side of the hotel had great city views and a lot less noise. Ir was a shame ss the actual facilities in the apartment we’re great Staff especially the second st the gate and entrance to the hotel were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very accommodating too. Would stay again but request a better less noisy view. VIP status not a knowledged at all as hotels.com would expect
