Parking was nightmare no attendant present when he popped up said I should have pulled car up a ramp that says DoNot Enter. Have no receipt for car no clear directions posted. If free you get what you pay for but cost was $25. Elevators do not go to hotel therefore your pulling luggage up from a dungeon like garage. Room had stains on carpet and had to retrieve remote from front desk. This was dreadful I want to be compensated for this nightmare. Customer service severely lacking. Also need more staffing one person is incapable of checking in multiple parties at one time.
