Holiday Inn Express - New Rochelle by IHG

Parking was nightmare no attendant present when he popped up said I should have pulled car up a ramp that says DoNot Enter. Have no receipt for car no clear directions posted. If free you get what you pay for but cost was $25. Elevators do not go to hotel therefore your pulling luggage up from a dungeon like garage. Room had stains on carpet and had to retrieve remote from front desk. This was dreadful I want to be compensated for this nightmare. Customer service severely lacking. Also need more staffing one person is incapable of checking in multiple parties at one time.

Very clean, staff friendly, breakfast alright, and the parking hummmm not ok have to paid Not free.

Parking’s Fee me cost $.. and a room’s TV don’t have a Closed caption for hard of hearing or deaf peoples.

My only complaint about my stay is that the air freshener they were pumping through the lobby and hallways was EXTREMELY over powering. INSTANT HEADACHE. It was so strong and noxious. I would not stay here again only for that reason.
