Wonderful place. Santre is a brand new resort, the holiday was perfect, stimulating and relaxing at the same time. The rooms are modern and characteristic. They look out onto a private terrace with a view of the town of Brixen. Mount Plose is located behind the Hotel and can be reached in a few minutes by car or by walking through the narrow streets of the small village of Sant'Andrea. A special mention must go to the staff, without whom the experience would not have been the same. The cuisine is excellent, with attention paid to all tastes (including vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner). The whole experience is enhanced by the activities organized by the staff (cycling, hiking, yoga).

Fabulous place. Wonderful story of three young brothers ownership who are very visible everyday and everywhere working—to make your stay perfect. Food as good and interesting as any Michelin star restaurant in Europe. Fantastic and very roomy spa and pool areas. Excellent service by all staff. Beautiful hotel. Shuttle offered to nearby ski slope and town. Definitely will make a return trip.

This is BY FAR the best hotel my fiancé and I have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful, the setting tranquil, the saunas fantastic, the pool area idyllic and calming and above all the staff were just the most accommodating and welcoming of any we have encountered. Special shout out to Leonardo and all the catering staff, bar staff and reception - you are what makes this hotel brilliant.

Santre is a newer hotel so there weren’t as many reviews as some other places but all in all, this is one of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed at. The entire hotel has a tranquil spa retreat like feel. The entire staff is so accommodating and they learn your likes to anticipate your wants for the rest of your stay. We stayed in the room with the sauna and whirlpool and it was a dream. Very comfy bed and amazing food. The chef creates masterpieces.

Tolles Hotel von der Ankunft und Begrüssung über die Abnahme vom privaten PKW bis hin zum Checkin und Begleitung aufs Zimmer. Das Abendessen im Restaurant sowie Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Spa Bereich war ebenfalls sehr schön und angenehm. Die Bar sowie Terrasse waren super lecker und wunderschön. Wir hatten leider nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, planen jedoch für einen längeren Zeitraum zurück zu kommen.

체크인 할 때 룸 업그레이드 되어 좋았고, 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 수영장은 길이가 짧아 살짝 아쉬웠지만, 전망이 좋아 앉아서 책읽기 좋았습니다. 저녁식사에는 디저트 뷔페가 있어 좋았고, 아침식사에는 건강하고 맛있는 음식이 나와서 좋았습니다. 한국의 5성급 호텔을 생각하면 같은 가격으로 훨씬 좋은 서비스를 받은 것 같습니다.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker, die Beratung bezüglich Wein ist super. Insgesamt ist alles sehr, sehr sauber und neu. Das Fitnessstudio ist gut ausgestattet und die Saunen sind schön. in der Gegend gibt es jede Menge Sportmöglichkeiten, bei uns war beim Hotelaufenthalt sogar einmal pro Tag eine Berg und Talfahrt mit der bloße Bahn inkludiert.

Santre è davvero una chicca nelle Dolomiti del SudTirol. Spazi comuni e Spa meravigliosi, camera molto bella e pulita sempre bene, esperienza colazione fantastica, escursioni e aufguss di altissimo livello. Alcune piccole note : Cena da semplificare un pochino, a volte su certe proposte lo chef vuole raggiungere livelli troppo alti e sofisticati. Servizi dell'Hotel tipo accoglienza e facchini da migliorare. Cuscini in camera da aggiungere delle soluzioni più dure e non solo super soft.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. For the price tag it’s worth everything. Very nice spa center, excellent staff, pool, sauna, view, 5 course delicious dinner and comprehensive breakfast. The only downside is the shower in main bedroom of president suite, it stinks like hell once you showered in the other shower in the secondary bedroom first. To busy and forgot to complain about it during the stay.

The hosts and their sons have created a stellar property. Meals are mostly excellent, facilities are modern, clean and chique. Views over Brixen/Bressanone are lovely. A good rest stop to put up your feet and just relax after many days hiking in the area.

전체적으로 청결하고 좋은것 같습니다. 그러나 객실에는 욕조가 없습니다. 가장 아쉬운 점입니다. 리셉션에서 나보다 뒤에 도착한 단체가족의 체크인을 먼저하여 시간이 많이 지체되고 기분이 상했습니다. 식사시에도 자본주의에 맞게 등급이 낮은객실은 뷰와 거리가 먼 안좋은자리에 배치합니다. 음식은 특이합니다. 조식은 굉장히 맛있고 메뉴도 좋습니다. 과일이 신선합니다. 판단은 각자.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Santre hat seit knapp 1 Jahr geöffnet und man merkt noch die Moderne der Einrichtung. Wir hatten einen mega Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das sehr junge Team besticht mit Aufmerksamkeit und Engagement. Die Kulinarik hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Santre würden wir definitiv weiterempfehlen und wiederbesuchen.

Santre is a newer hotel so there weren’t as many reviews as some other places but all in all, this is one of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed at. The entire hotel has a tranquil spa retreat like feel. The entire staff is so accommodating and they learn your likes to anticipate your wants for the rest of your stay. We stayed in the room with the sauna and whirlpool and it was a dream. Very comfy bed and amazing food. The chef creates masterpieces.

Hotel and facilities were amazing! Food was delicious. Views are stunning. However, it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on and we had a terrible sleep. The hotel staff explained the problem the next day - very apologetic and understanding. But the night staff were dismissive and unhelpful and left a very bad taste in the mouth given the price we paid.

They look out onto a private terrace with a view of the town of Brixen. Mount Plose is located behind the Hotel and can be reached in a few minutes by car or by walking through the narrow streets of the small village of Sant'Andrea. A special mention must go to the staff, without whom the experience would not have been the same. The cuisine is excellent, with attention paid to all tastes (including vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner). Spazi comuni e Spa meravigliosi, camera molto bella e pulita sempre bene, esperienza colazione fantastica, escursioni e aufguss di altissimo livello. Alcune piccole note : Cena da semplificare un pochino, a volte su certe proposte lo chef vuole raggiungere livelli troppo alti e sofisticati. Servizi dell'Hotel tipo accoglienza e facchini da migliorare. Cuscini in camera da aggiungere delle soluzioni più dure e non solo super soft.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. For the price tag it’s worth everything. Very nice spa center, excellent staff, pool, sauna, view, 5 course delicious dinner and comprehensive breakfast. The only downside is the shower in main bedroom of president suite, it stinks like hell once you showered in the other shower in the secondary bedroom first. To busy and forgot to complain about it during the stay.

Great stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. At first we thought we were The Menu when we saw the painting in the elevator, turn out not so sinister. The evening meal was a lot of food, especially for kids. Recommend your kids start with just 1-2 of thier top choices first. Would definitely stay again. Bar was great

Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von A bis Z einfach perfekt. Hätten wir keine verbindlichen Termine gehabt für die wir nach Hause mussten, hätten wir definitiv verlängert. Das Dessertbuffet am Samstagabend hat uns komplett umgehauen. Wie liebevoll und hochwertig alles zu- und angerichtet war, ein Traum!

Definitely not a five-star experience. The hotel may be beautiful, but the customer service culture is nonexistent. If everything goes smoothly, you’ll probably enjoy your stay—but if you have a problem, don’t expect flexibility, empathy, or solutions. I made a booking-date mistake, fully acknowledged it, and still received zero help despite my original reservation being seven days away. I had to pay again and lose the full amount already paid. Five-star hospitality is about how you treat guests when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard.

I made a booking-date mistake, fully acknowledged it, and still received zero help despite my original reservation being seven days away. I had to pay again and lose the full amount already paid. Five-star hospitality is about how you treat guests when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard.

The location and the fascilities are amazing at the Santre - thats what makes you want to comeback back again. Unfortunately the staff didn’t match up standard this time. A bit ignorant at dinner and not so present as you would expect at a five star hotel.

I have traveled a lot and stayed in many beautiful hotels. Santre Dolomythic Home is exceptional!! The views from the rooms, pool, restaurants are constantly magnificent. The freshwater pond, amazing! The food, delightful. Beds and rooms are so comfortable. The spa treatments, the lounge areas and those views all bring you tranquility. For anyone hesitant to go to the adults only nude area, being wrapped in a towel is acceptable and the amenities there are incredible; saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, etc…just do it! I wasn’t sure how I would feel about getting dressed for breakfast and dinner and then spending the rest of the time in my robe…I am changed! Currently sitting in my robe at home :)
