A very mixed experience. The food was amazing with really fresh ingredients and good variety each day. However, we were really disappointed with the quality of the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the towels were cheap and nasty, the toiletries in the room were basic (eg rough toilet paper, no conditioner etc), the room was tiny, there was no fan in the bathroom, we had a shower over the bath (not like the photos), the gym didn’t open until 9am so we couldn’t do our workout before breakfast which we normally like to do, they don’t give you tap water at the restaurant at dinner time ( we had to go back to our room to fill our bottles in the bathroom sink!). Ultimately the staff were friendly, the facilities were ok (the outdoor pool actually has a stunning setting), but I’m genuinely amazed how the rating was so high on hotels.com as it had so many very average features.

Hotellet var jättefräscht och personalen var händigt serviceminded och hjälpsam. Vi älskade även poolområdet (både utomhus- och inomhuspoolen). Det enda negativa var att sängarna var hårda och att det inte fanns någon aircondition eller fläkt på rummen.
