Dirty bed sheets with stains, when lifting up blankets there were crumbs and hair underneath which shows the bedding was not washed or changed. Hallways smell like alcohol and there was a drunk guy wandering around not knowing where his room was. Very unsafe hotel for young children. The most appealing part of this hotel was the pool but the water was freezing cold and hot tub jets were not working.

Microwave and fridge didn't work. Front desk staff need to unlock pool door manually to let you in. Signs say to return wet pool towels to the front desk(awkward) or there will be a $10/towel fine. However, staff instruct you to leave the towels in a bucket by the door.... Arcade game doesn't work properly... You can play, but the prize doesn't advance when you win. Ice machine out of order. Very few TV channels work. The pool is amazing! 2 awkwardly small hot tubs(only one working), but the pool and slides are awesome for kids. Poolview rooms do not have a door to the pool, just a window. The beds were comfortable. One vending machine, reasonable prices. Washing machine/dryer available with Soap in the vending machine. Overall, it was exactly what I expected from a 2 star hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Bed bugs! Third time booking with them in 6 months and same problem every single time. We will never be booking with them again. We book almost every week at some place or another for business trips and this has been one of the worst ones.

Stayed 4 nights at this property, I had a mouse in my first room, the second room I stayed in also had a mouse. Not much was done to rectify the issue, I was only refunded one night for my stay. Wouldn’t recommend. You get what you pay for.

Killed a cockroach and my sheets had makeup stains and hair from the last guest. Door needed to be pulled closed to latch. Front desk called my room 30 minutes before checkout to remind me to leave on time.

Staff was quick to check in, kind and at least it is close enough to the airport. Unfortunately, the area felt quite sketchy so to speak. The room upon arrival was still dirty and we ended up cleaning down the table tops as there were sticky marks all over immediate sense was to check the bedding to make sure it was good to sleep in. The room had a smoky smell to it even being a non smoking room and there were cockroaches / other bugs in the room bathroom. Thankfully was just there for the night but felt quite icky staying there.

We enjoyed the pool area and the staff was were very friendly. However I woke up to a cochroach crawling on my bed and 2 more crawling on the wall at 4 in the morning. The halls are very noisy with people yelling, crying, and fighting till 5 in the morning.

The building is old and in an industrial area of Winnipeg. The room itself was very clean but faced the pool so it smelled strongly like of chlorine. There was a fridge but it wasn’t cold, there was a flatscreen tv but only 1 channel, there was AC but it didn’t work ( electrical outlet out of the wall) We went to the front desk but no one was there and we called but no one answer. The shower was fabulous though!

I liked the price as hotel costs are rising beyond affordability. I liked that the rooms are nicely renovated. I did not like the limiters snack options or that the restaurant was in the basement, and had a musty odor

The room had a VERY strong chlorine smell obviously from the pool. It was hard getting to sleep and my throat was sore in the morning. If it wasn't so late, I wasn't so tired from driving 15 hours, and I didn't have to get up so early in the morning I would have moved rooms. Basic bed and shower, would not recommend it for more than a night's sleep

We were there for two nights. The hotel although slightly renovated was still an old hotel. Needs a lot of upgrades. Our room was very humid bc we were right by the pool (not by choice). There was no fan in the bathroom to keep the moisture out. The bed was comfy. Pillows too soft.

Honestly, this place sucks. From having no elevator, to an extremely noisy ice machine and rude staff on checkout, this place is terrible. I only stayed for one night and my shower barely produced any water, I could barely wash myself. They advertise free breakfast on the website but none to be found, I was additional phoned at 10.30am when checkout was 11am. I was travelling with quite a bit of luggage and staff were unwilling to assist with any of it upon checkout - I don’t expect you to carry anything, but you could at least hold the door open. Screw this place, I want my money back.

This is my third stay and I believe it keepa getting better. The staff, was as usual, very courteous and quick to make adjustments to accommodate us. We felt valued and will definitely make this our little stop in Winnipeg. For professionals like myself who maybe on a budget, this is a good spot.

It was quick checking in and the employees were very nice and helpful. The only complaint would have is when first walk in it had a bit of a smell but once heading to our room the hallways were good and didnt smell.

This was the worst experience I have ever had a manager that is the worst at check out I asked for the manager and desk clerk said he was out for delivery . In fact he was in the room straight in front of . Do you let employees to lie ? He slammed the door . This is nothing compared to what my experience was

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport . We would definitely stay there again for Winnipeg.

Walked in and then walked out. Paid the night but left immediately would not be coming back. Front desk was nice. I went there with children we did not feel safe, and it smelled like cigarettes and old alcohol.

I booked the room.. checked in. But didn’t stay. There is a beer vendor and a bar attached. It’s bright around the hotel but I still didn’t feel ok to stay there by myself. I got another room at a different hotel. Took the money loss.

We witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot and was so scared to leave our car in the lot. We asked about a refund . We never even went to the room. I need a contact number to see about a refund in the room we never even stayed in. Sincerely Wendy. Flintoft

The pool is worth coming for the slides are very fun and a little bit scary. The water is too cold though . Room is basic but adequately cleaned. Front staff were very nice especially the guy who checked us in and the lady that gave my kids cookies. Only the complaint That is the cook in their coffee shop restaurant was extremely rude. She was obviously late so other staff members went and got the keys and started the pancake and coffee order that we made and when she came in instead of thanking them for opening the kitchen she yelled at us for being there before she was ready and then yelled at them for being in the kitchen.

I liked the price as hotel costs are rising beyond affordability. I liked that the rooms are nicely renovated. I did not like the limiters snack options or that the restaurant was in the basement, and had a musty odor

No breakfast is served even though i selected a breakfast option. They only give you a cup of coffee and a toast. Also, some weirdos are always standing by the entrance door. Kids crying and jumping around the lobby. The rooms are not bad at all.

The General Manager was great and fixed a problem at check in. The area and building were less desirable. Very limited eating in hotel. No room service available.

The pool and waterslide was good, kids really enjoyed themselves. Large dirty ring around the whole pool. It needs to be scrubbed out. Restaurant was dingy, no one around.

Old coffee in the coffee maker. Restaurant and lounge closes at 6 and 9. Walked to McDonald’s. Sidewalks full of ice. No blankets on lumpy bed. Pillows too high. Water temp fluctuates

Hot tub was dirty and jets didnt work, hallways were dingy and stunk, room stunk and the bed broke, loud noise all night, outlets didnt work in room. And the pool was extremely cold

There is nothing good or positive about this property. It should not even be listed on an option for Expedia. I have travelled for 40 years extensively and this Hotel if that’s what you could call it is the worst place that I have ever stayed. Out of Thousands of Hotels that I have stayed at around the world, this one is the bottom by far. It should be taken off of the list.
