The hotel is well located near key cable cars and train. Easy to walk. Staff were amazing. And we very much enjoyed the pool with views of Mt Blanc and the spa as well. Can certainly recommend this for a stay in Chamonix for hiking and enjoying the summer months.

We now stay here every time we visit Chamonix. This trip we stayed over in the farmhouse instead of the main hotel. Think it might be our new favorite. Beautiful views from the deck. The service here is outstanding as well. Conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk to the city center for restaurants and shops. Both restaurants on site here are 5 star! Love the bar as well. Highly recommend this place.

As we pulled in we didn’t know what to expect but it is charm filled and historic. Moments from the town and train station it is the heart of it all and yet a magical world unto itself. The pool was wonderful. The staff was helpful and kind and the owner, who is the 5th generation to run this lovely place, was on site. The rooms were on the cozy size and had all we needed for relaxin and comfortable stay.

Stayed her twice on upscale mountaineering trips. They treat us well even if not typical client. No complaints about loads of gear. Ac, parking, great service, breakfast, comfortable bed, nice pool, sauna. Highlight is garden dinner in the casual restaurant.

We loved our trip at Chamonix thanks to the wonderful hotel staff. Everything was perfect during our stay, and you can tell the hotel staff pouring heart into maintaining the property immaculate and ensuring guests the best experience.

We stayed in “Le Ferme” building and loved it. Beautiful, cozy building. All staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s quiet at the property but only a very short walk to all the action- perfectly placed.

The staff was completely uninterested in booking excursions or giving advice that did not relate to their own property and opportunities to make themselves money. Requests for recommendations in the area went completely and repeatedly ignored; staff was dismissive and condescending when attempts for help were made.

Loved our stay here. It’s perfectly located to walk to the center of town and the train and launching points for other activities! The staff were lovely including the sweet driver. We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. Had we been a bit more proactive there wouldn’t have been any issues at all. I highly recommend a stay here and would do so again in a heartbeat.

This was an amazing resort. It has been in the family for nearly 100 years. The staff were amazing and so hospitable. The Michelin star restaurant where we celebrated our daughter's birthday was incredible. We want to come back soon.

We now stay here every time we visit Chamonix. This trip we stayed over in the farmhouse instead of the main hotel. Think it might be our new favorite. Beautiful views from the deck. The service here is outstanding as well. Conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk to the city center for restaurants and shops. Both restaurants on site here are 5 star! Love the bar as well. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed her twice on upscale mountaineering trips. They treat us well even if not typical client. No complaints about loads of gear. Ac, parking, great service, breakfast, comfortable bed, nice pool, sauna. Highlight is garden dinner in the casual restaurant.

This hotel was a dream. We visited France for 16 nights on our honeymoon and stayed here for 3. This was by far the highlight of the trip. The property is straight out of a Pinterest board, the staff incredible and the food and drinks delicious. We told them they were celebrating our honeymoon and we were given complimentary champagne on arrival. We enjoyed breakfast in bed each morning and afternoons by the pool. We hiked in the mountains and explored chamonix which is a great town!! We already can’t wait to return some day! I can’t think of one negative thing to say.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and explained everything well at check in before showing us to our room. Room was one of their small ones so it was cosy, provided toiletries and coffee were good. We didn’t use the hotel amenities as preferred to be out and about so couldn’t comment further.
