Situated just outside of Warsaw, this well-kept and high-quality hotel was perfect for us as a family arriving by car with plenty of available parking spaces. We only stayed one night, but got up early to try the hotel pool and SPA facilities before heading on. Definitely considering another stay when the opportunity arises!

I had a second time family stay at the double tree Hilton Hotel, and it’s great! The place has a solid four-star vibe, with a lot to like. Check-in was smooth, and the staff girls was very friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Very polite The rooms on third floor are spacious (for two), clean, and comfy, with a nice view of the city, especially in the evening- you can see skyscrapers lights - kids were surprised. The bed was cozy. The bathroom was spotless, with a modern shower and fluffy towels. The good swimming pool was a highlight—big, clean, and perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. They’ve got a decent gym too. The hotel restaurant served moderate breakfast, menu could use a bit more variety of options, so no complaints. Groot en fijn hotel. Schone kamers, hadden 2 dode insecten in de kamer liggen, maar verder was het schoon. En je zit ook wel in een natuur rijke omgeving. Had van te voren aangegeven een wieg/ campingbedje te willen voor onze baby. En die stond netjes klaar. Konden op de laatste dag nog gratis voor late check-out kiezen. Veel keus bij het ontbijt, allerlei ei soorten maken ze daar live. Enige nadeel dat je moet wachten en toen ik dus even was weggelopen had iemand anders mijn bestelling gepakt.. maar de chef maakte mijn bestelling wel gelijk opnieuw.

The front desk was bit arrogant not humble at all while checking in. We asked for cutlery in the room they refused and said you have to pay for spoon and forks if you want in your room service and amenities was not good alot of dust in the room and washroom wasn’t clean either called three times in morning for dental kit nobody bothered until I actually had to go down to reception to ask for one. Would i ever visit this hotel again? No thanks i would like to get compensiated

Away from the main city so needed my own transformation to get around. Also the shower rubber needs to be replaced as the water leakers onto the floor. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

The beds in this location were so hard it was difficult to sleep. Staff at the front desk were exceptional but main dining room staff were rude and service was terrible. The staff at the bar were very welcoming and accommodating.

Property was nice and clean, Facilities are nice. But the room was really cold. I tried to raise the temperature, even called in and they sent a maintenance guy and was promised it would get warmer in the room but never got above 20.3 which is very cold to me.

La struttura è più che buona nel suo complesso, andrebbero migliorati alcuni aspetti delle camere , moquette ormai datata , Nella terrazza esterna ci vorrebbero dei mobili piu moderni, probabilmente la struttura viene usata per conferenze ed in questo senso si presta ottimamente allo scopo

Alles war toll. Auch Frühstück war sehr lecker und die frischgepressten Säfte mit sehr viel Obst und Gemüseauswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlage zum entspannen war ebenso auch sehr schön. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, ist einfacher Zugang zum Netflix und anderen Medien. Sonst war wirklich super schön. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall.

Alles war toll. Auch Frühstück war sehr lecker und die frischgepressten Säfte mit sehr viel Obst und Gemüseauswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlage zum entspannen war ebenso auch sehr schön. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, ist einfacher Zugang zum Netflix und anderen Medien. Sonst war wirklich super schön. Nice hotel with good std and tidy rooms. The only remarks I have : Beds were uncomfortable in terms of hardness Breakfast , despite the being large th bread for instance was of poor quality and the bacon should be much better prepared . The juices felt like low cost juice etc. Would be great if the hotel builds a pool outside Parking cost are over the top . Would I revisit this hotel probably not

This hotel offered a mixed experience. While the rooms were spotless and well-maintained thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff, the restaurant service left a lot to be desired. my parents spent 5 nights at the hotel. at the reception, the man was not very friendly, put the key in, to the question is there breakfast in the hotel? he said that there is, for free. I like this hotel, used to go often for spa and swimming pool, occasionaly stay in the hotel. however this time the stay was a little bit dissapointing as there was a huge conference and there was no place in the restaurant to eat ( we ate in the bar in the lobby). very crowded. staff was helpful to organize us the breakfast delivered to the room. generally I like staying in this hotel

We asked for cutlery in the room they refused and said you have to pay for spoon and forks if you want in your room service and amenities was not good alot of dust in the room and washroom wasn’t clean either called three times in morning for dental kit nobody bothered until I actually had to go down to reception to ask for one. Would i ever visit this hotel again? No thanks i would like to get compensiated

Groot en fijn hotel. Schone kamers, hadden 2 dode insecten in de kamer liggen, maar verder was het schoon. En je zit ook wel in een natuur rijke omgeving. Had van te voren aangegeven een wieg/ campingbedje te willen voor onze baby. En die stond netjes klaar. Konden op de laatste dag nog gratis voor late check-out kiezen. Veel keus bij het ontbijt, allerlei ei soorten maken ze daar live. Enige nadeel dat je moet wachten en toen ik dus even was weggelopen had iemand anders mijn bestelling gepakt.. maar de chef maakte mijn bestelling wel gelijk opnieuw.

Situated just outside of Warsaw, this well-kept and high-quality hotel was perfect for us as a family arriving by car with plenty of available parking spaces. We only stayed one night, but got up early to try the hotel pool and SPA facilities before heading on. Definitely considering another stay when the opportunity arises!

Świetny hotel. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo ładne pokoje duże i gustownie urządzone Ładnie pachnące kosmetyki. Pyszne i bardzo urozmaicone śniadanie. Fajny basen. Jedyny minus to bardzo twarde materace ale to już kwestia gustu. Niektórzy lubią twarde inni miękkie wszystkim nie dogodzisz. Bardzo polecam.

Alles war toll. Auch Frühstück war sehr lecker und die frischgepressten Säfte mit sehr viel Obst und Gemüseauswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlage zum entspannen war ebenso auch sehr schön. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, ist einfacher Zugang zum Netflix und anderen Medien. Sonst war wirklich super schön. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall.

The only remarks I have : Beds were uncomfortable in terms of hardness Breakfast , despite the being large th bread for instance was of poor quality and the bacon should be much better prepared . The juices felt like low cost juice etc. Would be great if the hotel builds a pool outside Parking cost are over the top . Would I revisit this hotel probably not

I stayed for 4 nights and the hotel was busy most of the time with a large amount of conference guests. One morning in the restaurant it was difficult to find a table and get breakfast. Breakfast has a good selection with a live cooking station for omlettes and eggs. I ate in the restaurant in the evening twice with a different experience both times. The first time wasn't great service, my main dish was brought out while I was still eating my starter, the waitress wasn't very helpful and there was a guests dog running around, however the food was very good. The second time was completely different, the waitress Weronika was so helpful and made dining a pleasure. The gym is well equipt and the pool, sauna and steam room were also good. The staff in the Health Spa were not too helpful giving information about towels or lockers in the changing room. The room itself was quite spacious, with fridge and kettle - 2 bottles of water provided each day.
