I had several short stays at Theory Hotel on a recent trip to Georgia and throughly enjoyed it. I was always greeted by friendly and professional staff. The rooms were always clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location is excellent and walkable to many parts of the city. Also within easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is definitely Not 5 star hotel! But location is Great, very close to freedom SQ 2 min walk. But has no view, there was very bad smell came from our room and we didn’t what it was!! Staff were good. Noise can wake you up if you’re so sensitive. It is in safe area too.

The hotel is in a very noisy area. You cannot sleep in your room if it is facing the main road which is busy 24x7. The staff is rude and the breakfast is mediocre for the money they charge. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Maybe 2* at best
