The property was really nice and seemed newly renovated. We stayed in the rooms a street down from the main building of the hotel. Pool was clean, very walkable to nearby shops and the beach. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was yummy as well. Wish the towels were a little more updated.

Koselig lite familiedrevet hotell som ligger ypperlig til i Cala D’Or med kort gåtur til både sentrum, marinaen og en byens fineste strand. Hotellet består av to bygninger med ca 100 meters avstand. Ved svømmebassenget er det alltid plass. Rommene har gode senger og godt aircondition. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme familie som driver hotellet. Utrolig stille område både natt og dag selv med den sentrale plasseringen. Rommene er enkelt utrustet, men virket nyoppussede og greie med tilhørende romslig balkong. God frokostbuffet. Det er ikke heis i bygget som har basseng. Anbefales.

This is an excellent hotel for a very reasonable price I am shocked that this is only a 3 star resort. We stayed in the annex building which seems recently built and is very modern and clean. The pool area is very quiet to the point it almost feels private which is a pleasant change from the usual packed poolside. The hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful and even let us use the pool and store our luggage once we’d checked out as we had a late flight. The hotel was very close to the main strip but just far away enough as to not be bothered by the noise of the clubs. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would definitely stay again.

Had a recent stay at this hotel and absolutely loved it. We were in the newly renovated area by the pool which was slightly away from the main hotel and the busy road. The room was clean and had everything we needed and was perfect for us. Breakfast at the hotel was great with plenty of fresh fruit, food and choice and the hotel staff were lovely throughout. Parking on the roads around was a little challenging but didn't have any issue getting a space, just had to have a look around, what this would be like in peak summer though, I don't know.

Fantastic family run hotel, an absolute joy to stay there so friendly, accommodating and attention to detail throughout is a delight. If you opted for Breakfast its buffet and an option of a hot dish (which is a cooked breakfast) Beds are comfortable, air conditioned, pay extra for a safe and a beach towel is provided for your stay. Internet is good and provide a shuttle service to and from the hotel. For your beach days you can hire beach umbrellas and snorkels. The swimming pool is clean and a quiet resting and chill out place with plenty of chairs and umbrella's. They do light lunches and a very reasonable bar. Very convenient for supermarkets, shops and a 5 mins walk to lots of eateries 😋 and little further the beach and harbour

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed in the newly refurbished annex and it was wonderful. Great access to everything with lovely clean rooms. We were given the offer of ground or upper floor, we chose the latter and although there is no lift facility, it is not a bad climb to the top. The breakfasts were fabulous with a continental style buffet and then the offer of eggs, bacon, beans or pancakes. All of which were delightful. Our flight was an evening schedule but there is a baggage storage facility and the availability of a shower room, with hairdryer and towels to access beforehand. A true gem of a hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely rooms, excellent facilities. Nice pool area separate to some of the accommodation but only on another street. Parking on street near the hotel. Very close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Couldn’t be more helpful. Towels for the beach and parasols are able to be hired straight from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely spot and would stay again if visiting Mallorca. The staff was absolutely excellent, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was great. Quiet area, easy to find free parking, and walkable to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, the beach, and a marina. Our room had a nice patio with a drying rack and a pool right outside. We were also able to use an iron, rent an umbrella for a very reasonable price for the week, and borrow beach towels. They also had a bar where we could buy bottles of water. It felt like they really thought of everything we'd need for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem in Cala d’Or. Newly renovated, spotlessly clean and cosy. Close to the two beaches to choose from. Nice swimming pool located just at the corner of the main building. If you're looking for a more private and quite place I recommend Ses Puntetes.

Erg fijn hotel, het is wat authentiek, maar doet zeker niet af aan de service! Zeer goed ontbijt, parasols te leen (tegen een kleine vergoeding van 3€ tijdens je gehele verblijf). Centrum en stranden zijn op korte loopafstand. Hebben er 2 dagen van genoten. Enige minpuntje was dat onze kamer heel muffig rook, beetje putlucht.
Erg fijn hotel, het is wat authentiek, maar doet zeker niet af aan de service! Zeer goed ontbijt, parasols te leen (tegen een kleine vergoeding van 3€ tijdens je gehele verblijf). Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es war wirklich alles rundum toll, den einzigen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für die Sauberkeit. In meinem Zimmer lagen im Bad Bartstoppel und Haare. Ausserdem hatte ich ein Handtuch mit Schminke dran.

Bed was so comfy! Clean nice small room. Newly done up. Clean bathroom and newly done also. Nice quiet rooms. Only once heard people next door. The mirrors de fog and aircon in the room. Staff are absolutely lovely!! Only things was it was a little expensive for such a small room. But everywhere was! Lovely experience and good location.

Wij (stel) verbleven 5 dagen in Hotel Ses Puntetes en zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf. De kamer was prima in orde: netjes ingericht, een goed bed en elke dag schoonmaak – alles fris en verzorgd. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel – echt een warm welkom en altijd bereid om mee te denken of tips te geven. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden in de buurt. De ligging is ideaal: rustig, maar op loopafstand van strandjes, restaurants en het centrum van Cala d’Or.

Rigtig god oplevelse. Hyggeligt hotel i tæt gåafstand til skøn lille strand og by. Meget venligt personale, hyggelig atmosfære, god morgenmad, ingen larm. Meget venlig rengøringsdame. Det eneste minus var de meget hårde madrasser i sengene.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Ses Puntettes last week (we are a family of 4). From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, warm and professional and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms newly refurbished and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect - and attached to our annex accommodation (which was less than 30 seconds walk from the main hotel) and always had plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk to the main area with great restaurants and shops and yet provides a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle which we loved. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful, and the bar food and drinks perfect and great value. The beautiful beaches, Cala Gran and Cala Petite with crystal clear waters and white sand are a very short walk away (5 & 10 minutes respectively) and the stunning marina is under 10 minutes away. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Ses Puntettes last week (we are a family of 4). From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, warm and professional and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms newly refurbished and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect - and attached to our annex accommodation (which was less than 30 seconds walk from the main hotel) and always had plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk to the main area with great restaurants and shops and yet provides a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle which we loved. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful, and the bar food and drinks perfect and great value. The beautiful beaches, Cala Gran and Cala Petite with crystal clear waters and white sand are a very short walk away (5 & 10 minutes respectively) and the stunning marina is under 10 minutes away. A very friendly and nice hotel! The breakfast was at a very high level. The room was always very cleaned. All the personal was very friendly and nice. The rooms are not so big but together with the balcony it is ok.

Bed was so comfy! Clean nice small room. Newly done up. Clean bathroom and newly done also. Nice quiet rooms. Only once heard people next door. The mirrors de fog and aircon in the room. Staff are absolutely lovely!! Only things was it was a little expensive for such a small room. But everywhere was! Lovely experience and good location.

It’s located in a quiet are but just a short walk from the restaurants and beaches. We stayed in the annexe on the second floor overlooking the pool. No problem getting sunbeds. The corridors and rooms are in very good condition and the shower in the bathroom was good. The air conditioning in our room was the best I have had on a holiday - quiet and effective

If you opted for Breakfast its buffet and an option of a hot dish (which is a cooked breakfast) Beds are comfortable, air conditioned, pay extra for a safe and a beach towel is provided for your stay. Internet is good and provide a shuttle service to and from the hotel. For your beach days you can hire beach umbrellas and snorkels. The swimming pool is clean and a quiet resting and chill out place with plenty of chairs and umbrella's. They do light lunches and a very reasonable bar. Very convenient for supermarkets, shops and a 5 mins walk to lots of eateries 😋 and little further the beach and harbour

Checked in late and had lovely lady greet me on reception. My room was in the new building which was outside and round the corner (1 minute walk). Room was clean, air conditioning worked. Mini fridge. I didn't think about putting water in my room so I had to go out to reception at 6am and was kindly greeted and purchased water for my room. Suggestions: add a full length mirror ( there is wall space) there is a mini fridge but no kettle so a small kettle would be nice.

I booked Ses Puntetes based on other reviews, and we were not disappointed. It is a small hotel, maybe less than 20 rooms and the staff are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, and with such a small place they knew everyone who was staying there. Great location, a quiet street but less than 10 mins walk to the marine, 2 of the main beaches, and less than 5 mins to the main centre. Will definitely return.

This is an excellent hotel for a very reasonable price I am shocked that this is only a 3 star resort. We stayed in the annex building which seems recently built and is very modern and clean. The pool area is very quiet to the point it almost feels private which is a pleasant change from the usual packed poolside. The hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful and even let us use the pool and store our luggage once we’d checked out as we had a late flight. The hotel was very close to the main strip but just far away enough as to not be bothered by the noise of the clubs. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would definitely stay again.

Lovely rooms, excellent facilities. Nice pool area separate to some of the accommodation but only on another street. Parking on street near the hotel. Very close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Couldn’t be more helpful. Towels for the beach and parasols are able to be hired straight from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel. We’ve been twice this year and already can’t wait to go back. It’s a little out the way but we enjoy the walk as Cala dor is beautiful. It’s a very small hotel but i absolutely love it. The staff, they make this hotel. They are all very welcoming and extremely friendly. 10/10!

This was a lovely spot and would stay again if visiting Mallorca. The staff was absolutely excellent, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was great. Quiet area, easy to find free parking, and walkable to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, the beach, and a marina. Our room had a nice patio with a drying rack and a pool right outside. We were also able to use an iron, rent an umbrella for a very reasonable price for the week, and borrow beach towels. They also had a bar where we could buy bottles of water. It felt like they really thought of everything we'd need for a pleasant stay.

The property was really nice and seemed newly renovated. We stayed in the rooms a street down from the main building of the hotel. Pool was clean, very walkable to nearby shops and the beach. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was yummy as well. Wish the towels were a little more updated.

Alle Mitarbeitenden super zuvorkommend. Alles sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Frühstück mega. Der Pool ist zu Fuss erreichbar - schaut aber nicht ganz so aus, wie beim ersten Foto auf Hotels.com suggeriert. Essmeile und Strände sind in wenigwn Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Ses Puntettes last week (we are a family of 4). From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, warm and professional and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms newly refurbished and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect - and attached to our annex accommodation (which was less than 30 seconds walk from the main hotel) and always had plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk to the main area with great restaurants and shops and yet provides a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle which we loved. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful, and the bar food and drinks perfect and great value. The beautiful beaches, Cala Gran and Cala Petite with crystal clear waters and white sand are a very short walk away (5 & 10 minutes respectively) and the stunning marina is under 10 minutes away. Every member of staff was a joy and made our stay a memorable one. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday one to remember.

Had a recent stay at this hotel and absolutely loved it. We were in the newly renovated area by the pool which was slightly away from the main hotel and the busy road. The room was clean and had everything we needed and was perfect for us. Breakfast at the hotel was great with plenty of fresh fruit, food and choice and the hotel staff were lovely throughout. Parking on the roads around was a little challenging but didn't have any issue getting a space, just had to have a look around, what this would be like in peak summer though, I don't know.

Fantastic family run hotel, an absolute joy to stay there so friendly, accommodating and attention to detail throughout is a delight. If you opted for Breakfast its buffet and an option of a hot dish (which is a cooked breakfast) Beds are comfortable, air conditioned, pay extra for a safe and a beach towel is provided for your stay. Internet is good and provide a shuttle service to and from the hotel. For your beach days you can hire beach umbrellas and snorkels. The swimming pool is clean and a quiet resting and chill out place with plenty of chairs and umbrella's. They do light lunches and a very reasonable bar. Very convenient for supermarkets, shops and a 5 mins walk to lots of eateries 😋 and little further the beach and harbour

Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville et très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Petit déjeuner complet et convivial. A noter piscine a l’écart sur autre bâtiment hotel a 50 m. A recommander.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed in the newly refurbished annex and it was wonderful. Great access to everything with lovely clean rooms. We were given the offer of ground or upper floor, we chose the latter and although there is no lift facility, it is not a bad climb to the top. The breakfasts were fabulous with a continental style buffet and then the offer of eggs, bacon, beans or pancakes. All of which were delightful. Our flight was an evening schedule but there is a baggage storage facility and the availability of a shower room, with hairdryer and towels to access beforehand. A true gem of a hotel. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is OK at best. All in all a little disappointed. The location is very good - central, but not noisy at all. Breakfast buffet was alright, it has all the neccessities. The staff was kind and welcoming. They have airport shuttle for 21 euro per person/way. And that is where the positives end. The room was not properly cleaned, especially not the floor. The shower drain was clogged, which we informed the staff about. They said they were going to take a look, but nothing changed or improved. We also found a long-tailed silverfish in the shower. There is no elevator. The bed was uncomfortable, extremely hard and squeaky. Will probably not come back here even though the location was super.

Me and my 17 year old daughter spent a 4 night break at this lovely little hotel in an excellent location just a few minutes walk away from Cala Gran beach and all of the bars, shops and restaurants in Cala D’Or. The hotel is spotless and a breakfast buffet is included with hot items cooked to order. We visited during an exceptionally hot August week and despite a small problem with the air conditioning in the room initially, this was quickly resolved and it felt like a wonderfully cool and restful place to come back to after a day in the baking sun. We only used the pool once as we prefer the beach but again this was spotless with plenty of sun loungers available. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again next time we visit Cala D’Or.
