GHL Arsenal Hotel

Staff was extremely nice/helpful & our room was very clean. The pool was underwhelming compared to the pictures. Didn’t look as fancy as the pictures made it & although the setup is nice, the water wasn’t very clean and there were also crows/birds that would take breaks on the edge of the pool to sip water. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for our trip. We only wanted to use it because we arrived early before the check-in time. The hotel Breakfast was really good in a nice area on the first floor. There was a pretty good amount of options on the menu (vegetarian) and we felt like we were at cafe nearby. The location is also perfect if you’re a tourist in Cartagena. Stayed here for two and a half days but would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

A/C was not working in room. No rooms available for 2 nights.

Room was small but clean, staff was lovely, rooftop pool was a highlight!

Very sweet employees even after we checked out they said “ Please this is still your home , you arefree to use all amenities that were included “ it made me very happy.
