The service was great, staff were very polite and helpful. Expensive accommodation though for what you get. The old section had no lift which makes it unpleasant to walk up and down when you are on level 3. Their advertised parking is not onside as they are located in the old town but they have a buggy which they can take you to their car park.

I can’t say enough good things about Casa Delfino! The location, staff, and facilities were all excellent. Before arriving to the hotel I was able to easily set up airport transfers and book a rental car through the hotel. Once we arrived the staff was so friendly and professional. They recommended restaurants and made reservations for us, they gave us tips on where to sightsee, and whenever we needed to get to our rental car, they drove us in a golf cart to their private lot so we didn’t have to walk. The location was perfect, super walkable. The room itself was lovely. And the cherry on top (literally) was the stunning rooftop that had gorgeous views of the harbor and city. 10/10. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Absolut fantastisk. Billederne lyser ikke, alt er helt fantastiskt smukt, Fantastisk morgenmad og en staf som i den grad forstår hvad service er. Det ligger i den gamle stille del af Chania med kun 2 minutter fra den gamle havn. Servicen inkluderer afhentning med golfbil enten vedderes private parkeringsplads eller ved taxa holdepaldsen, og det gentager sig ved afrejse hvor man med sin baggage køres ned til taxaen. En vidunderlig oplevelse, og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage :-)

Great location in Old Town Chania. Lovely hotel and spa with great amenities. Stay was wonderful. Room was slightly small but very adequate. Their parking is off site, so you call them when you get close and they guide you to the parking. Overall a great experience.

The room we had was large, beautiful, with a balcony. (But even if you have a room without, the rooftop terrace has a magnificent view). But what makes this hotel stand out is the service. The staff helped us with transfers to and from the airport, with dinner reservations, with booking activities, with laundry... They are very attentive to the needs/wants of the guests. The breakfasts were excellent. The location is in the centre of the old town. Note that this is a historic building with lots of stairs. If you have mobility issues ask for a room on a lower floor or accessible by elevator.

Top notch service and attention. The structure is immaculate, the breakfast is amazing, but what makes this place so special is the staff and management. Antonis, George, Alex, Eleni, and Margarita treated us like family. Crete itself is amazing, Chania is so special and underrated, and Casa Delfino is the perfect place to stay. They organized pickups and car rentals for us, but also provided us with great guidance on what to see and what to skip, and every suggestion was spot on. We enjoyed some of the most amazing beaches and restaurants that we would never have found if it wasn’t for the suggestions from the staff. The hotel was charming, located on a tucked away little street just a short stroll from the Venetian Port. Be aware that there are some stairs to get to the hotel and we were on the 5 th floor with no elevator.

Our experience at Casa Delfino was great! What truly made it exceptional was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants, as well as ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect, and the room was impeccably clean. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Chania again, there's no doubt that I would choose Casa Delfino as my accommodation. Thank you immensely for making this stay a true highlight of our trip!

Aucun problème de propreté. Très bon accueil - félicitations. En même temps, les grecs en général, sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Petit déjeuner très réussi - félicitations. Attention aux bruits nocturnes et tardifs en provenance de la rue, essentiellement féminins et anglo-saxons, nous concernant (même si l'hôtel est situé dans le centre historique). Une attention supplémentaire pourrait être faite par la direction concernant les chambres situées à côté des espaces réservés aux femmes de ménage qui prennent leur service vers 7H00.

Terrifically charming hotel. Staff were beyond friendly and provided excellent service. Very clean. Only thing lacking was an elevator, but it worked out ok. The charm of the hotel was worth the stay.

Excellent stay and service. Well located , well appointed property, warm, attentive team and manager . Beautiful views from roof terrace, lovely breakfasts in courtyard. Met outside old town on arrival and warm reception , lots to see and do in Chania with as little or much guidance from the team at Casa Delfino as needed. Deserving of its consistently high ratings .

Everything was perfect. Superb service from every member of staff. Probably the best breakfasts in the world with a fantastic choice of fresh home made food. Cleanliness and hospitality are top of the agenda. Perfect location in the heart of the old town with an easy 3 minute walk to shops, tavernas and harbour, but nevertheless very quiet and discreet. The whole building has been beautifully renovated and the family owners are rightly very proud of its heritage.

THIS WAS OUR FAVORITE PLACE IN CHANIA! I was upset we didn't book our whole 5 day trip there. Staff was amazing and friendly, especially Chrissy! We came during the offseason (Early December) for our honeymoon and would love to come back. Very easy to walk around to get to the main square for food and drinks. Room was spacious and had all the amenities.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower had endless hot water, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the veranda had a breathtaking view. Had excellent service throughout my stay, and the location of this property is central to everything in old town Chania. Highly recommend. I will be returning for sure!

Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated well. So true. The reservations they made yielded incredible service and generous extras. Breakfast was wonderful and served in the beautiful courtyard. The biggest challenge was noisy neighbors but the windows were soundproof so we slept well.

Our experience at Casa Delfino was great! What truly made it exceptional was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants, as well as ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect, and the room was impeccably clean. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Chania again, there's no doubt that I would choose Casa Delfino as my accommodation. Thank you immensely for making this stay a true highlight of our trip!

All the positive reviews at this hotel is true. This is a well run family owned establishment and their attention to detail and level of service is impeccable. Everyone is treated like a VIP and they’re happy to assist with anything you need. We were there for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. There was a rolling power issue over night and kicked our AC off during it we alerted the front desk in the am and they sent someone to fix it right away. The mechanic continued to check up periodically to ensure the system was in good working order. The hotel also provides recommendation on restaurants in the area and they’re happy to help you make the reservations which i would highly recommend that you do. We went to Pallas twice because the food was service was amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Casa Delfino! The location, staff, and facilities were all excellent. Before arriving to the hotel I was able to easily set up airport transfers and book a rental car through the hotel. Once we arrived the staff was so friendly and professional. They recommended restaurants and made reservations for us, they gave us tips on where to sightsee, and whenever we needed to get to our rental car, they drove us in a golf cart to their private lot so we didn’t have to walk. The location was perfect, super walkable. The room itself was lovely. And the cherry on top (literally) was the stunning rooftop that had gorgeous views of the harbor and city. 10/10. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated well. So true. The reservations they made yielded incredible service and generous extras. Breakfast was wonderful and served in the beautiful courtyard. The biggest challenge was noisy neighbors but the windows were soundproof so we slept well.

Casa Del Fino is a wonderful boutique hotel experience. It is centrally located in Chania. The staff is EXCELLENT. parking was easy to find once you get used to the driving and the staff was always waiting for us at the remote parking location to give us a ride back to the hotel. The rooms were spacious with very tall ceilings. Margarita, the managing director is the 8th generation of the family Delfino. She was wonderful, very helpful, friendly. there was a rooftop restaurant we really wanted to visit, however, didnt have a reservation. Margarita called and was able to secure a reservation on the rooftop overlooking the bay that same day (when reservations usually need to be made few months in advance). at the end of the dinner, the restaurant staff brought us desert that Margarita ordered for us. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. highly recommend this hotel when visiting Chania in Crete. My family will only be staying there every time we come back. great GREAT experience.

The service was great, staff were very polite and helpful. Expensive accommodation though for what you get. The old section had no lift which makes it unpleasant to walk up and down when you are on level 3. Their advertised parking is not onside as they are located in the old town but they have a buggy which they can take you to their car park.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the old port and the staff are helpful and attentive. The decor combines the old and the modern creating an elegant yet casual ambiance. Breakfast in the courtyard was amazing. This is a top tier luxury boutique hotel that I would highly recommend.

Fabulous oasis of quiet in middle of Old Town, close to harbour front and local shops and restaurants yet only 15 mins walk to nearest beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Casa Delfino is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city. Convent to walking, dining and shopping. We stayed at the hotel in November, during the off season and so it was quieter. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were fabulous.

Everything was perfect. Superb service from every member of staff. Probably the best breakfasts in the world with a fantastic choice of fresh home made food. Cleanliness and hospitality are top of the agenda. Perfect location in the heart of the old town with an easy 3 minute walk to shops, tavernas and harbour, but nevertheless very quiet and discreet. The whole building has been beautifully renovated and the family owners are rightly very proud of its heritage. We will return!

There’s so many great things to say about this hotel! First, the staff, they are all outstanding! Chrissy, eleni, Maria, mixalis, Alexandros, they all went out of their way to make our stay special. It’s all in a great location, clean rooms, great breakfast!

The bed was very comfortable, the shower had endless hot water, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the veranda had a breathtaking view. Had excellent service throughout my stay, and the location of this property is central to everything in old town Chania. Highly recommend. I will be returning for sure!

Great service! Their breakfast they offer had great variety and perfect for the family. Our departure was very early and they even had a breakfast box made to take with us. Location was great and all booked excursions were easy to get picked up for.

We had a great stay! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The only thing to be aware of is that taxis and cars can’t drive directly up to the hotel. However, the hotel offers a buggy service that will pick you up or drop you off at the road where you can meet your taxi, and they’ll also help with your luggage. Just call them about 10 minutes before you arrive or before you’re ready to leave, and they’ll take care of everything. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Delfino. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed, great shower, free water everyday! The breakfast was outstanding. They had a wide variety of food and every single item was delicious! They even made coffee to order, if you wanted! We throughly enjoyed our morning cappuccino. The staff went out of their way to help us, answer any questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The hotel is centrally located. I highly recommend this hotel!
