We loved it here. We stayed for a week it was so nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had tons of options. They have a pool it was a bit cold but I also enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck after going in the sauna. It's a short walk to the beach so nice.

El hotel no tiene vista almmar, sólo se ve algo de mar a lo lejos. La limpieza en el baño es deplorable, todo lleno de moho, se nota que en años no han pasado una fibra por las duchas. El piso, la regadera llenas de hongos. La pintura del techo, cayéndose. Todos los dias la habitación llena de arena de playa, aún cuando no fuimos a la playa! Lo unico que vale la pena de este hotel, sonnlas camas. Los telefonos en la habitacion no funcionan, sólo suenan, pero no escuchas al que llama. En receocion, Petra no brindo un servicio cordial, parece que no era su semana, no ayudó en nada.

Todo muy limpio y muy bien excepto el bufete que aunque lo entiendo por el aumento de precios de todo que tampoco habia tanta variedad, por ejemplo las chuletas de cordero esraban quemadas. No sé, ya, que es más escueto, al menos que estén más cuidados estos aspectos culinarios. Sólo eso. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Welcomed by a bug crawling across our bed as well as a flooded bathroom. My father had filthy towels and a used plaster on the bathroom floor. Waited ages for anyone to come and serve at the bar. Done customers even walked away due to not being served.

A nice, quite, clean hotel for few days. The stuff was kindly and the buffet was clean and more than enough. The only point from our site was that we had 4 days the same dinner buffet. No changes, nothing different. But I think we would choose this hotel again for a stay in Valencia...

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la mer et ma chambre donnait vue sur la mer. Le personnel a été très agréable. Les deux petits points d'attention est que pour le prix de la chambre je m'attendais à du plus haut standing (matériel parfois vieillissant) et surtout le matin où j'ai du partir la réceptionniste de la veille m'avait réservé soi-disant un taxi et le matin son collègue me dit que ce n'était pas possible de réserver donc j'ai eu un coup de panique de rater mon train (et mon avion) mais finalement heureusement que j'avais anticipé.

Malheureusement une erreur au Check in j’ai du payer 2 fois la chambre. Le personnel a reconnu leur faute le lendemain matin et attend le remboursement sur ma carte bancaire. Autrement bon séjour.

En esta ocasión nuestra experiencia no ha sido positiva debido a que al llegar a recepción para comer ya en el hotel nos dijeron que hasta las 16h no daban habitaciones, eso ya lo sabíamos. Preguntamos más tarde si sabian el número de habitación para dárselo al camarero para que pusiera el importe de la misma en el número de habitación, pero había habitación todavía. Me dijeron que tan pronto hubiera 1 habitacion me llamarian al número de móvil que me pidieron para avisarme. Comimos y nos fuimos a dar un paseo. Llegamos al hotel a las 21h y nadie nos llamó para hacernos saber que la habitación estaba preparada. Por lo que entramos a la misma a las 21:10 h, y al día siguiente a las 12 a la calle. No tuvieron la sensibilidad de alargarnos la estancia un poco más. Así que nos fuimos con mal sabor de boca. Lo demas todo bien.

Llegamos al hotel a las 21h y nadie nos llamó para hacernos saber que la habitación estaba preparada. Por lo que entramos a la misma a las 21:10 h, y al día siguiente a las 12 a la calle. No tuvieron la sensibilidad de alargarnos la estancia un poco más. Así que nos fuimos con mal sabor de boca. Lo demas todo bien.

Welcomed by a bug crawling across our bed as well as a flooded bathroom. My father had filthy towels and a used plaster on the bathroom floor. Waited ages for anyone to come and serve at the bar. Done customers even walked away due to not being served.

We loved it here. We stayed for a week it was so nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had tons of options. They have a pool it was a bit cold but I also enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck after going in the sauna. It's a short walk to the beach so nice.

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la mer et ma chambre donnait vue sur la mer. Le personnel a été très agréable. Les deux petits points d'attention est que pour le prix de la chambre je m'attendais à du plus haut standing (matériel parfois vieillissant) et surtout le matin où j'ai du partir la réceptionniste de la veille m'avait réservé soi-disant un taxi et le matin son collègue me dit que ce n'était pas possible de réserver donc j'ai eu un coup de panique de rater mon train (et mon avion) mais finalement heureusement que j'avais anticipé.

Todo muy limpio y muy bien excepto el bufete que aunque lo entiendo por el aumento de precios de todo que tampoco habia tanta variedad, por ejemplo las chuletas de cordero esraban quemadas. No sé, ya, que es más escueto, al menos que estén más cuidados estos aspectos culinarios. Sólo eso. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Fui por trabajo. me quede a cenar en el hotel y tenian buffet.; fue una mala experiencia gastronomica, muy poco surtido, fritanga....en definitiva muy poco saludable. A las 21h ya no habia fruta, ni yogurts; solo pasteleria industrial.....nada justificados los 19€ que pague

A nice, quite, clean hotel for few days. The stuff was kindly and the buffet was clean and more than enough. The only point from our site was that we had 4 days the same dinner buffet. No changes, nothing different. But I think we would choose this hotel again for a stay in Valencia...
