We love it at the Summit! Right on the beach with 2 huge pools. They have a Tiki bar and Bikini Bobs to grab lunch. Our room was great.

Pros: Great location to the beach and nearby PCB amenities. The pools are large and onsite restaurant and bar is a plus. The room offers most everything they have advertised. Porch views of the beach are great Cons: Dryer did not work, and was texted it would be replaced. However, this did not happen. If you want the to hear the sound of the waves from the patio, you’ll be disappointed as you’ll get to hear whatever music the restaurant decides to play until they close. The bed is like sleeping on a rock, if you like a super firm mattress maybe this isn’t a con? 2/4 elevators were down, and this property is massive. So getting on the elevator was a process. While it says you get beach and pool access, you have to pay an additional $27 at the front desk to get wrist bands and “free parking” pass as these weren’t left available in the room as I expected they would be. The room did not have a trash bags as advertised, which wasn’t the end of the world as we’d brought our own. Misc: The resort is very large, so there is a ton of guests who much of which smoke, drink, and listen to loud music and act unruly. I’m not opposed to this behavior, but if you’re looking for a tranquil beach getaway, this maybe the wrong place. But if you’re 4/20 friendly and looking for a loud active resort this could be for you! The property doesn’t not have anything other then pots/pans utensils etc… do not forgot salt/pepper, coffee filters, oil, or anything else in the kitchen

Room needs some maintenance (door hinges loose, water damage on ceiling, small odds and ends) Pool area is great and store is convenient. Bikini bobs: avoid unless you need ice. Overall was worth the price of admission and I’ll be staying here again

Only downfall was the only one elevator worked. Memorial Day weekend. And 15 floors. Was very hard to ever get on the elevator luckily we stayed on the 4th floor and the stairs were very useful

We loved the room and the location communication prior to our arrival was off, I was sent a Code for the door then the day we were traveling was sent an email saying they need a CC on file which is fine but on the drive down wasn’t the time to be doing that due to cell service issues. We loved being on the 14th floor but the elevators at the resort were horrible they only had 2 and they were constantly breaking down and so hot inside. The pool isn’t open after dark and doesn’t open until 8 a.m so that was also disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Mold smell. Mold on lampshades. Mold under lage area rug. Dirty drawers and floors. Pee smell in bathrooms. Rusty front of dishwasher and inside food particles in trap. Sinks and tub needs scrubbing. Original cupboards all over warped. Crevices had dirt and food in kitchen on floors. Refrigerator missing shelf bars on door. All furniture dirty and musty smelling. Pull out mattress had stains. Hole in wall in bathroom. Cable connection falling out in bedroom. Wash machine stained clothing and left lint all over clothes. Shower curtain corner molded. Didn't have enough towels had to call maintenance for working vacuum, lock on patio door to remove the area rug and smell. Took over a day and the smell was never adressed or was the lock.The elevators broke leaving 1 of 3 working for a building full of people. Staff using filthy mop bucket for the common areas by elevators on all the floors. Ashamed I spent so much money for my family to stay here. We couldn't stand the smell. Ice machine broke by pool. By kids pool could only smell someone vaping or smoking unmentionables. The only good thing was the beach and affordable prices at Bikini Bobs.

Extremely dirty, and not healthy to stay in. Found black mold under sitting area in living room. Had some type of moisture and water issue, there was two dehumidifiers in the unit. Walls were separating from moisture, a lot of tile was coming up, and plenty wall damage. Didn’t appear to be cleaned, we had to buy bleach to clean mold, after checking in, we searched around for another unit and couldn’t find one so we had to stay there.

First off, I purchased the insurance off expedia (6:11 pm) and 20 minutes after tried to cancel the room. The insurance said I had to do by 6:59am. Why was I charged for something that was already expired when purchased. Absolutely ridiculous. We arrived at 12:30am and the walk-in experience was terrible. The room smelled of mold and mildew that hit you in the face immediately. My son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed and when pulled down the sheet had piss and dirt stains. There were dirt/bugs on the sheet/mattress. Next when entering bathroom half the lights were out. If they couldn't notice something that simple, then they didn't care to clean the room. The bathtub had black mold all around the edges and was very dirty everywhere. There were no towels, wash clothes or linens. There were holes and tears in the chairs in the kitchen. We tried to contact expedia and the complex but since after hours we got no assistance. I would not sleep on the beds for fear of bugs. The next morning I contacted the complex immediately to get refund and leave the awful mess. The lady I spoke with denied that was her unit and said she couldn't offer assistance. We left to get breakfast and then I got a call from her stating she made mistake and it was there unit. She said they would refund and I told her we were not there and I would grab my things as soon as finished eating. When we returned we were met by another lady that was very defensive and rude. More to say but limi

Place was dirty and rundown. Never sent a property manager to inspect the place when we called requesting a move right away. We stayed one night. There was not even a shower curtain in the bathroom. Ceiling was flaking, furniture and curtains stained, not properly cleaned. It was not equipped or maintained. it was not fit to be rented out to guests for a week. We left after one night as it was too late to find something else by the time we arrived that night.

The wallpaper was hideous. The washer could only hold two beach towels(very small), The dryer did not dry anything. The balcony door did not lock. The bed has no box springs and there is a huge dip in the mattress so it hurt to sleep on it. And most of all.. There was a turd in one of the toilets!!!

This unit is old but was clean. It is not 2 bathrooms like we were told. It is a bath and a half, with a flimsy door btw the toilets that doesn’t close all the way. The bedroom (only one bedroom) is on the parking lot end. There are 2 bunks along the hallway, so not set up for 2 adult friends

I had stayed at the Summit a handful of times years ago. I was happily surprised by the updates and how nice the unit we were assigned was! My only complaint is that the two main elevators were both out of order so the whole building was waiting to use one elevator. (March 2023 - Spring Break)

The stay was good, the only complaints are, The bunk beds had no ladder to get to the top bunk so my daughter in-law and my daughter had to put the mattress in the living room floor. The sheet and bed spread were both the wrong size so the first night we had to find what we could find to place on the bed to cover. We found a shower curtain in the closet to use.

It was very nice but they only gave 1 face towel and the tv channels were hard to search for. The toilet was kind of loud when flushing and there were no stoppers for the tub or the kitxhen sink. Overall, I enjoyed it and it was a reasonable rate so we will be back very soon!!

Horrible run down condo hole in the wall cracked and broke tiles. Cracked and chipped formica counter tops. Bad patch repairs everywhere especially on ceiling. Kitchen has cracked a swollen cabinets. The place needs a complete gut and remodel. It’s terrible.

When we first got there I thought it was Amazing and we was talking about booking for next year until we started seeing roaches. If not for the roaches it would have been perfect. The blonde headed woman was not polite about the situation and had an attitude.

The property was in excellent condition and the staff was very helpful. However, the 4 o'clock check-in was a nightmare because everyone was trying to get into the building at once. If the room check in times were staggered it would be better on everyone.

Pros: Great location to the beach and nearby PCB amenities. The pools are large and onsite restaurant and bar is a plus. The room offers most everything they have advertised. Porch views of the beach are great Cons: Dryer did not work, and was texted it would be replaced. However, this did not happen. If you want the to hear the sound of the waves from the patio, you’ll be disappointed as you’ll get to hear whatever music the restaurant decides to play until they close. The bed is like sleeping on a rock, if you like a super firm mattress maybe this isn’t a con? 2/4 elevators were down, and this property is massive. So getting on the elevator was a process. While it says you get beach and pool access, you have to pay an additional $27 at the front desk to get wrist bands and “free parking” pass as these weren’t left available in the room as I expected they would be. The room did not have a trash bags as advertised, which wasn’t the end of the world as we’d brought our own. Misc: The resort is very large, so there is a ton of guests who much of which smoke, drink, and listen to loud music and act unruly. I’m not opposed to this behavior, but if you’re looking for a tranquil beach getaway, this maybe the wrong place. But if you’re 4/20 friendly and looking for a loud active resort this could be for you! First off, I purchased the insurance off expedia (6:11 pm) and 20 minutes after tried to cancel the room. The insurance said I had to do by 6:59am. Why was I charged for something that was already expired when purchased. Absolutely ridiculous. We arrived at 12:30am and the walk-in experience was terrible. The room smelled of mold and mildew that hit you in the face immediately. My son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed and when pulled down the sheet had piss and dirt stains. There were dirt/bugs on the sheet/mattress. Next when entering bathroom half the lights were out. If they couldn't notice something that simple, then they didn't care to clean the room. The bathtub had black mold all around the edges and was very dirty everywhere. There were no towels, wash clothes or linens. There were holes and tears in the chairs in the kitchen. We tried to contact expedia and the complex but since after hours we got no assistance. I would not sleep on the beds for fear of bugs. The next morning I contacted the complex immediately to get refund and leave the awful mess. The lady I spoke with denied that was her unit and said she couldn't offer assistance. We left to get breakfast and then I got a call from her stating she made mistake and it was there unit. She said they would refund and I told her we were not there and I would grab my things as soon as finished eating. When we returned we were met by another lady that was very defensive and rude. More to say but limi

The condo lacked basic ammenties (toilet tissue) the big towels were not cleaned and there was no face towels. The communication was poor with front desk. The locks didn't work on the bedroom door. Security gave a hard time.

Place was dirty and rundown. Never sent a property manager to inspect the place when we called requesting a move right away. We stayed one night. There was not even a shower curtain in the bathroom. Ceiling was flaking, furniture and curtains stained, not properly cleaned. It was not equipped or maintained. it was not fit to be rented out to guests for a week. We left after one night as it was too late to find something else by the time we arrived that night.

We loved the room and the location communication prior to our arrival was off, I was sent a Code for the door then the day we were traveling was sent an email saying they need a CC on file which is fine but on the drive down wasn’t the time to be doing that due to cell service issues. We loved being on the 14th floor but the elevators at the resort were horrible they only had 2 and they were constantly breaking down and so hot inside. The pool isn’t open after dark and doesn’t open until 8 a.m so that was also disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

TV in living room had no sound. No clean linens for 2nd night; we ran out of towels. We needed extra cover for one of the guests (old and got cold). Check-in too late and check-out too early; feel cheated out of leasure time. Mutiple pools & hot tubs was nice although always crowded to very late at night. We mostly just stayed in our room and just enjoyed the scenery from our balcony (which was amazing view). All things considerd- would book again.

We love it at the Summit! Right on the beach with 2 huge pools. They have a Tiki bar and Bikini Bobs to grab lunch. Our room was great.

Room needs some maintenance (door hinges loose, water damage on ceiling, small odds and ends) Pool area is great and store is convenient. Bikini bobs: avoid unless you need ice. Overall was worth the price of admission and I’ll be staying here again

Mold smell. Mold on lampshades. Mold under lage area rug. Dirty drawers and floors. Pee smell in bathrooms. Rusty front of dishwasher and inside food particles in trap. Sinks and tub needs scrubbing. Original cupboards all over warped. Crevices had dirt and food in kitchen on floors. Refrigerator missing shelf bars on door. All furniture dirty and musty smelling. Pull out mattress had stains. Hole in wall in bathroom. Cable connection falling out in bedroom. Wash machine stained clothing and left lint all over clothes. Shower curtain corner molded. Didn't have enough towels had to call maintenance for working vacuum, lock on patio door to remove the area rug and smell. Took over a day and the smell was never adressed or was the lock.The elevators broke leaving 1 of 3 working for a building full of people. Staff using filthy mop bucket for the common areas by elevators on all the floors. Ashamed I spent so much money for my family to stay here. We couldn't stand the smell. Ice machine broke by pool. By kids pool could only smell someone vaping or smoking unmentionables. The only good thing was the beach and affordable prices at Bikini Bobs.

Clean room no no no old towels left under cabinets used mold in bath ceiling bathroom door wood broken wouldnt lock 1 toilet barely flushed the other had to jiggle hand to stop from running constantly back door cracked bath tiles falling off or missing bed very hard very dated room owner needs to invest mo ey in it for what they charge or sell it to someone who can keep it up better terrible ceiling repairs from previous leaks upstairs all the plugs i mean all are fire hazards nothing will stayed plugged in with out falling out of sockets light bulbs missing 5 people stayed and only 1 patio chair have stayed in other units for last 5 years were updated and made us want to return but honestly this one drew the line for us
Clean room no no no old towels left under cabinets used mold in bath ceiling bathroom door wood broken wouldnt lock 1 toilet barely flushed the other had to jiggle hand to stop from running constantly back door cracked bath tiles falling off or missing bed very hard very dated room owner needs to invest mo ey in it for what they charge or sell it to someone who can keep it up better terrible ceiling repairs from previous leaks upstairs all the plugs i mean all are fire hazards nothing will stayed plugged in with out falling out of sockets light bulbs missing 5 people stayed and only 1 patio chair have stayed in other units for last 5 years were updated and made us want to return but honestly this one drew the line for us

So I gave this property a five. But on a scale of one to 10 I would give it an 8.5. Only because of some little things. But first the best of things. The two pools were great except they weren’t heated as advertised three hot tubs, a tiki bar and a snack bar excellent. The security in the place was excellent. I have heard other people complain about the elevators, but we did not have any problem with them at all. As goes to the room, it was a little dated. What was extremely clean and everything that we needed. Except for the balcony there was only one chair, no table. We had to go out and buy a chair in the table. And one other small note that coffee machine did not work at all. We really like to facilities. We probably wouldn’t stay in this room again no fault to the people who own it. But we had a great week and one extra note on the good side. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Was not informed they were undergoing construction during our time of our stay. We had no railing on our balcony and i had a 2 year old with me that could of easily fallen off the 13th floor if i were to have my patio door open. All of the pools were closed as well (again not informed about this.) Called Expedia and expressed my safety concerns along with our amenities not being use able at that time. Expedia helped us find a new place to stay and we left.
