エアコンがききすぎ。調整が難しかった。

On the first night of my business trip, the room smelled musky upon entering, but since my arrival was at midnight, I just tried to sleep it off. But the sheets felt uncomfortable. During the morning, I was horrified to find my bed sheets discolored and dirty. Upon going to the toilet, the bath towels look horrible, worse than rags to be used on the floor. They were terribly norñt white, smelled funky. Finally, I smelled smoke coming from the air vent.

Cannot find my left amenities bag! I mistakenly left my bag there but they said cannot find anything left behind. And I am very sure about this… Cannot trust the staffs anymore

Long walk to get to the hotel lobby. Leaking many places in the restaurant and hotel walkway during heavy downpour. Slippy and dangerous. Breakfast definitely can be improved.

They shutdown elevator to save electricity I was stuck at 8th floor I had to call to get help 4:30am to catch flight to HongKong. They told me late at night or early morning they shutdown elevator. This is illegal and unacceptable. I will report to Holiday Inn in the US. Also floor was wet due to roof leaking. They did not fix since last year I came in the same area was leaking. Lastly they will not print me the invoice with the reason I booked thru Expedia 3rd party. I will not stay at this hotel anymore because they are not Holiday inn quality.
