Aloft by Marriott Cleveland Beachwood

Hotel was good. Good location. My only feedback is that we booked a 2 queen bed room and when we checked in, they said they were sold out and could not give us a king. They said since we booked through a third party, the room type was not guaranteed (we booked through hotels.com). The room was smaller and they gave us an air mattress for our daughter. Disappointing but they tried to accommodate.

I was not happy at check in, the hotel was overbooked. We had 4 guests and had to stay in a one king bed with a half in flared air mattress. Needless to stay it was not a comfortable stay.

This is our FAVORITE local hotel to escape away to! We love it here. The rooms are so perfect and always clean. The room decor is different and cute. And so are the shades. There's a pool table in the lobby. The staff is always pleasant.

I skipped the breakfast. Not too many choices and overpriced. That also applies to snacks. Great selection but let’s talk about the prices where ice cream cost 12.00!!! Room was great. Spacious and modern. Clean and quiet. I would stay again as staff was very nice and accommodating. Complimentary tea and coffee was a plus too! Over all great stay!

Everything was fine except the whole second floor hallways smelled like weed at around midnight. As if someone was smoking on the property.
