O quarto família é muito espaçoso, renovado e limpo. O atendimento foi excelente, pudemos deixar nossas malas após check out pra buscar depois, quando ainda nos ofereceram um café. A única coisa que não é muito boa é o Wi-Fi que é um pouco lento.

Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, mutet etwas wie Jugendherberge an. Teppich etwas naja. Fernseher für die Entfernung zum Bett sehr klein. Deluxe Zimmer kann man nur auf die Größe beziehen, alles andere leider nicht. Maximal 3 Sterne. Drum herum sind zwei drei Kneipen, welche abends etwas laut sind. Insgesamt für eine Woche aber OK. Kahvaltı az çeşitli fakat sağlıklı ve doyurucu idi. Görevliler her daim servis hizmetinin yürütülmesi için özenli bir davranış içindeydiler. Kahvaltı bölümü temiz ve düzenli idi . Odalar çok geniş, temiz idi, yataklar çok konforlu ve büyüktü. Ebeveyn ve çocuk odasının ayrı olması rahatlık açısından olumlu idi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde idi. Tramvay ve metro hattına çok yakın olması gezilecek yerlere ulaşımda çok rahatlık sağladı. Otelin bulunduğu bölge merkezi ve güvenli idi. Gece geç saatlere kadar gezmek için ideal bir konumda.

Frühstück und Personal TOP. Lage auch. 15 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof. Warum keine 5 Sterne: Teppiche ziemlich abgenutzt zum Teil mit Flecken. Haare im Bad. Es war kein Duschgel mehr in der Dusche. Und als I Tüpfelchen gab es Feueralarm Mitten in der Nacht.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist mit zu Fuß am Wenzelsplatz. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Wir hatten die Deluxe-Suite. Diese besteht aus 2 Zimmern (eines davon ist deutlich größer). Insgesamt sehr viel Platz. Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Großes Lob an den jungen Mann an der Rezeption. Außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim nächsten Prag-Besuch kommen wir wieder.

Vi boede på hotellet i 3 dage. Dejligt stort værelse, med plads til familien. Tæt på centrum og god morgenmad! Det eneste der var træls var at kaffemaskinen på værelset ikke virkede.

Wir hatten mit 3 Personen ein Apartment mit 2 großen einzelnen Schlafzimmern. In jedem Zimmer ist ein Fernseher, Schrank, Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch. Bad mit Dusche und Toilette sind in 2 Räumen aufgeteilt, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, verschiedene warme und kalte Speisen, Müsli, Obst und Gemüse. Die beiden Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr nett, obwohl sie manchmal sehr viel zu tun hatten. Vom Hotel aus ist vieles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen , ansonsten ist die Straßenbahn nicht weit entfernt. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Wir hatten mit 3 Personen ein Apartment mit 2 großen einzelnen Schlafzimmern. In jedem Zimmer ist ein Fernseher, Schrank, Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch. Bad mit Dusche und Toilette sind in 2 Räumen aufgeteilt, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, verschiedene warme und kalte Speisen, Müsli, Obst und Gemüse. Die beiden Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr nett, obwohl sie manchmal sehr viel zu tun hatten. Vom Hotel aus ist vieles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen , ansonsten ist die Straßenbahn nicht weit entfernt. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist mit zu Fuß am Wenzelsplatz. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Wir hatten die Deluxe-Suite. Diese besteht aus 2 Zimmern (eines davon ist deutlich größer). Insgesamt sehr viel Platz. Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Großes Lob an den jungen Mann an der Rezeption. Außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim nächsten Prag-Besuch kommen wir wieder.

Personal am Empfang super und sehr freundlich. Frühstück immer etwas da und zwei sehr fleißige Damen. Frühstücksraum etwas klein. Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, mutet etwas wie Jugendherberge an. Teppich etwas naja. Fernseher für die Entfernung zum Bett sehr klein. Deluxe Zimmer kann man nur auf die Größe beziehen, alles andere leider nicht. Maximal 3 Sterne. Drum herum sind zwei drei Kneipen, welche abends etwas laut sind. Insgesamt für eine Woche aber OK. Wir hatten mit 3 Personen ein Apartment mit 2 großen einzelnen Schlafzimmern. In jedem Zimmer ist ein Fernseher, Schrank, Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch. Bad mit Dusche und Toilette sind in 2 Räumen aufgeteilt, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, verschiedene warme und kalte Speisen, Müsli, Obst und Gemüse. Die beiden Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr nett, obwohl sie manchmal sehr viel zu tun hatten. Vom Hotel aus ist vieles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen , ansonsten ist die Straßenbahn nicht weit entfernt. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Esta fue mi segunda vez en Praga y elegimos este hotel. Muy cerca de todo. Tiene una pequeña tienda cerca que hace más fácil adquirir souvenirs y cosas básicas para la estancia. El hotel muy limpio. La habitación espaciosa y todo queda céntrico. Muy recomendable

4+ stars - honestly we were a little nervous as we walked through the neighborhood to our hotel room from the train. We were surprised to see so many pot shops and erotic shops, and the flag at the hotel had definitely seen better days! That being said, the rooms were well appointed and the staff worked hard to please, especially at the breakfast buffet which was quite good. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were also good. The welcome beer/small bottle of champagne was also appreciated. Now that we are more familiar with Prague, we know that the pot shops/erotic shops are just part of the scenery. With a quick update to the exterior like the flag outside and the carpets, we would give this 5 stars.

Outstanding service from the Manager, clean rooms and hotel in general, quiet area, the only reason I m not giving it a five stars is because AC in the rooms did not cool enough. Even though it was set to 16 C, it didn’t feel even close to that.
