Hotel Plaza Las Matas

Hotel de 4 estrellas ubicado junto a la estación de Renfe de las matas en las Rozas en una zona muy tranquila pero con algunas deficiencias en mi opinión que no encajan con las 4 estrellas que tiene. En primer lugar tienes unas pocas de plazas de parking enfrente del hotel que casi siempre están ocupadas, pero si no te importa aparcar a unos minutos tienes siempre sitio seguro y sin OTA. El desayuno del hotel es estilo buffet pero con muy poca variedad y cosas, para lo que vale ya podrían tener más variedad. El pasillo de las habitaciones no tiene aire, se nota mucho la entrada principal donde tienes el fresquito y los pasillos hacia las habitaciones donde te cueces del calor. Las puertas de la habitación que nos tocó las jambas estaban en muy mal estado, y los inodoros casi no corría el agua, es verdad que está bien para el tema de sggoro de agua pero ni tanto ni tan poco... El tamaño de la habitacion normalito y es verdad que la cama de matrimonio es grande y la TV de 50' y el aire de la habitación va bien, pero os aconsejo pedir 2 tarjetas para que siempre esté funcionando. La nevera de la habitación enana y no enfría nada...algo esencial con el calorazo que hace en verano en Madrid. Por los alrededores tenéis algún bar no muchos, un súper carrefour, y la estación de tren. En general si buscas tranquilidad es tu hotel está claro, pero lo único aconsejaría cogerlo sin desayuno ya que los 11€ por persona no compensa.

Second we stayed at Las matas hotel, location is perfect to stay near Madrid. Easy parking, many dining options, also good public transportation nearby

El desayuno bastante completo aunque algo caro. Todo muy limpio, personal en general amable. Bien comunicado, con la estación de cercanías y la parada del autobús al lado. Parking subterráneo que en verano se agradece. Buena opción para visitar Madrid y su entorno.

Dificultad de aparcar en en los exteriores, buena opción la de reservar parking del hotel

It is a hotel that is far from being 4 stars. Super dark, very old everything, no good service, horrible parking, the rooms are more or less decent but there is nowhere to plug in the cell phone or computer as comfortable... I understand that they have to improve a lot to call it 4 stars, it doesn't even reach two stars. From the first day I wanted to leave the hotel because I did not feel comfortable at all ... I must give credit to the breakfast which was at least decent.

El hotel es grande, en buen estado y limpio, no incluye el estacionamiento, es de paga, pero se puede aparcar afuera sin costo, el desayuno tampoco lo incluye pero si lo tomamos, es bufet y está bien

The property was great, parking was great and the staff was great. We should have stayed somewhere closer to downtown Madrid because this was too far for us to go back and forth to places. But as far as the hotel and the area, it was great.

La habitación muy limpia y los empleados muy amables y atentos. El desayuno buffet muy variado y para todos los gustos. Hemos estado muy cómodos.

Only bad thing was the internet was very spotty and you could only run 2 devices - if you asked they gave you a code so you could hook up more.

Ok for short stay central station backs on to hotel so can be noisey .but overall very clean and staff friendly and helpful

All good with the hotel but as with all hotels I used this time around in Europe (Spain and Germany), the rooms have that embedded tobacco smell! Other than that all good. Very frie dly personnel.

Très bon hôtel. Tres grand lit et très propre. Vous avez la gare juste coller à l hôtel pour vous rendre en centre ville.

Viajaba con mi hija de 13 años y fue un horror prácticamente todo. Nos dieron dos camas cuando yo habia pedido cama de matrimonio,las ventanas de madera antiquísima que se escuchaban los coches de la autovía constantemente, por no decir el tren de mercancias que pasaba cada 10 minutos con un ruido insoportable cerca de la ventana. Las vistas daban a un parking abandonado, no hay servicio de carta de almohadas ni mantas con lo cual la incomodidad era total

I thought it was going to be close to the airport but it wasn’t. It cost me a lot of money for a taxi. I got there very early on a Sunday and it is located in a small town, a nice place but nothing opened which I guess is normal for a Sunday. The staff was great they did manage to get a room ready for me very fast.

Escolhemos esse hotel para ficar perto do Las Rozas Village. O atendimento foi bom, o hotel foi renovado e estava em ótimas condições e o café da manhã estava bom.
