Check in was smooth, no issues. Room was in dire need of repair. There was many areas of chipped paint and the bathroom door was delaminating from water splashing from the shower. Water pressure is excessive and it splashes everywhere. The bathroom door jamb was rusting and the drywall in the room was swelling. Not going there again. One of the beds sheets had holes in them. Vending machine was inoperative. Breakfast food was gone by 0730 and not replaced.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. There was a dirty sock on the windowsill, an empty package from a bar is soap still on the bathroom floor, stained sheets and no washcloths in the bathroom. The front desk clerk said she was going to talk to the manager and call me and that was 3 days ago

The place is absolutely filthy. Building is in serious disrepair. We were in two rooms due to issues with the first one and both were disgustingly filthy. Dirty sheets on the bed. Microwave didn't work. Walls were dirty, floors were dirty, tub was dirty (we didn't even shower), not even any facial tissues. Red Roof was once a great stay, but not any more. Never again for us.

The towels were dark looking instead of white. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The sheets had stain on it as if though they were not washed and wrinkled looking. The shower and floor looked dirty, shower curtain stained and dirty. The carpet felt dirty when walked on. The service was Good though!

The staff was very friendly but that is the only good thing I can say. I will not stay at a Microtel in the future if this is their standard. We were in town for a funeral and booked a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds (mattress) smelled like feces so we moved over to the other bed which squeaked on every move. The carpet was very sticky/damp and made me wish I brought slippers so I didn’t have to walk on the floor barefoot. There was garbage under the beds from previous guests and used toiletries still on the shower ledge. The phone did not work at all and the entire room was musty.

Ok for quick place to crash for 1 night while traveling. However, the automatic mirror was broken, water was lukewarm at best, no water pressure in shower, no stopper for the tub, and the toilet and sink were both sluggish. The beds were very firm and we both woke up with body aches. The hotel was very noisy with people running in and out and playing their televisions too loud until very late into the night. Basically I would only stay here in an emergency.

the room we were in had torn carpet, the carpet felt sticky, so we made sure we wore our flip flops while walking around, there were what looked like spit balls on the ceiling. We asked for more towels and a couple of the towels we had were dingy and never got more towels. Someone/ people were being really loud at 4:30 am laughing, talking and screaming in the hallway. and someone was definitely smoking weed in the hotel.

Looks like it was remodeled but only repainted. Bed squeaks, pillows are not good, and the carpets need to be steam cleaned. Their system is only able to check in at 3pm, not even 10mins early.

The room was super cute but the bathroom was nasty. The bed was super hard and only a sheet for a blanket. Had coffee in room but no coffee pot. The bathtub faucet dripped all night. Was super tired when we got there so we slept and left.

The bed was comfortable. There's a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge in the room. There's a couple of outlets that are easily accessible. There's one by the bed but you will have to get down on the floor to reach it. Having a room directly across from the elevator was convenient. I wasn't expecting the noise. I could hear the elevator ding and I could hear the TV in the adjoining room. The good: nice budget hotel with comfortable beds and a nice decor. The bad: very little soundproofing. The tub had seen better days. The bathroom floor was wet and I wasn't sure where the water came from. The breakfast could have been it's saving grace. I peeked the night before and was happy to see they had a hot plate. But come Easter Sunday, no hot items were to be found, unless you count the waffle maker. No juice either.

The reservation was for 2 rooms for 2 nights for a Queen suite - 1 queen bed with a sofa bed. The hotel was overbooked and they gave us a room with only 1 queen bed. I had spoke directly with the hotel prior to arrival to confirm rooms which they did. Staff acted like it was Expedia’s fault and not the hotel. The rooms were filthy including stained sheets. Fingernail clipping, gum on the wall and air filters that were black. Staff said they were sold out and made no effort to clean and come up with solution. We cleaned the rooms and bought sheets at Walmart because there were no other rooms available in town. I believe Expedia should no longer offer this hotel and also make amends to my family for this awful experience.

When we got there the person at the counter was not there I call the number they had for late hours they didn’t answer as I was waiting for someone to come to the counter three other were be hind me wait 20 minutes until one of the other customers went to the back room were the counter person was sleeping then at the morning breakfast the two morning I went down there to says breakfast was to 9:30 I was the before 9:00 there was hardly anything left to and they said there not putting any more we will not say at this place again

They were double booked and did not get the room i paid for. They said to call Expidia, i did. Said could not find my booking information and system was down and hung up on me. Did that several times. My first and last time to use expedia. You can talk to anyone, and of no help at all on phone call.

The room was satisfactory. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived & we waited for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk; the person was on her cell phone & ignored us for for another few minutes. I will grant she may have been speaking with a customer, BUT she did not have the courtesy to excuse herself nor did she offer an apology for not being at the desk when we arrived. Breakfast items were lacking: no bagels, no milk & no batter for the waffles! Pitiable!! Thought Wyndham was better than that. Should have gone to Budget 6, would have had a more pleasurable experience.

For the price I paid for 2 night at this motel was not worth it. The A/C was not workin. My room was hot. The shower was leaking and the showerhead was just hanging down. That the water sprayed all over the floor. The breakfast was poor. They ran out of food and did not restock it.. There was not enough sitting for everyone. . Also they did not restock our towels.

The room was satisfactory. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived & we waited for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk; the person was on her cell phone & ignored us for for another few minutes. I will grant she may have been speaking with a customer, BUT she did not have the courtesy to excuse herself nor did she offer an apology for not being at the desk when we arrived. Breakfast items were lacking: no bagels, no milk & no batter for the waffles! Pitiable!! Thought Wyndham was better than that. Should have gone to Budget 6, would have had a more pleasurable experience.

The bed was comfortable. There's a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge in the room. There's a couple of outlets that are easily accessible. There's one by the bed but you will have to get down on the floor to reach it. Having a room directly across from the elevator was convenient. I wasn't expecting the noise. I could hear the elevator ding and I could hear the TV in the adjoining room. The good: nice budget hotel with comfortable beds and a nice decor. The bad: very little soundproofing. The tub had seen better days. The bathroom floor was wet and I wasn't sure where the water came from. The breakfast could have been it's saving grace. I peeked the night before and was happy to see they had a hot plate. But come Easter Sunday, no hot items were to be found, unless you count the waffle maker. No juice either.

Rooms were smaller than expected. Thankfully we were able to move to a larger room. Bathrooms were dark with low lighting, towel bars, shower bar was falling out of the wall. Breakfast was very basic with few choices. A plus was that coffee and juice was available all day.

I'll start off by saying the staff was excellent! No issues there. Anu, Brenda (the new housekeeper), Roxanne, and the day receptionist were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is terrible. Our first room had an odor, the bathroom had rust and mold. The AC barely worked. It couldn't keep up with the Texas humidity. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I'm not expecting much from a hotel but you could feel the springs through the bedding. The iron had some residue on it and left a stain on my shirt. Luckily I iron on the inside so you couldn't see it outside. We had a 3-night stay so after the first night, I asked if we could switch rooms. After a little back and forth, they showed me 2 other rooms. The first one was very well air conditioned, felt clean, but the tv was broken. You could hear everything but the screen itself did not work. The second room was not cooled down yet but we tested it for 15 minutes and it was fine. Settled on that one because at least the tv worked. So I thought. The remote stopped working after awhile and I couldn't use the manual button because it was also broken from others trying to use it. So it was either leaving it on all the time or turning it off and not being able to turn it back on. Also the shower in that one was cracked. It had some of that "As Seen On TV" tape. Also, the toilet was soooooo loud when you flushed and it would run like 5 mins to barely fill up halfway. Only warm item for breakfast was waffles.

Bad experience. Everything was broken. 1st was given the wrong room. Then was changed to a room on 2nd floor. Elevator worked when arrived, then broke down. AC in room didn't work. Fridge was froze up, didn't work. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work. Outside exit/entrance doors were broken: did not lock, so anyone had access. Rooms not too clean. Even the toilet paper holders were broken - paper roll was stuck on the bar - no roller bar - so fell to the floor a lot. Took a long time to get hot water in shower. Breakfast was skimpy. Last day there they didn't even have the hot plates filled. Staff was nice and helpful.
